Balcón frente al mar - Acceso a la piscina - Canchas de tenis Este hermoso condominio está ubicado en el extremo sur de la isla Amelia en el cuarto piso de la comunidad cerrada "Surf & Racquet Club". Este condominio cuenta con acceso a la piscina, canchas de tenis de arcilla, un elevador y a solo unos pasos de la playa más hermosa con arena blanca y suave. Hay dos habitaciones. El luminoso dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size y un baño principal en suite. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales. Esta unidad es una unidad de esquina y, por lo tanto, cuenta con una gran ventana hacia el sur en el comedor que hace que toda la habitación sea un espacio luminoso y agradable para pasar el rato. Uno de los sofás en la sala de estar se puede convertir en una cama. Esta unidad frente al océano cuenta con un amplio balcón privado con vista a la piscina y al Océano Atlántico. Disfrute de espectaculares amaneceres mientras saborea su café o té por la mañana. La cómoda sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana con acceso por cable. We arrived at 4:00 and could not get into unit until 5:00. I found it interesting that they charge for arriving early but could not have the unit ready and available by check in time with no recourse on our end. They were painting outside our unit restricting us from leaving and entering the unit with hands full of beach supplies. There were no kitchen towels and washer and dryer were very old and used. We have rented in the Surf and Racquet Club for years (not in this unit however) and will be going back to the condo that we have previously rented.

Perfect beach stay

Beautiful view of the ocean. Super easy access to the ocean and pool. Comfortable condo with everything you neeed at the beach and in the kitchen. Kerig coffee machine, washer and dryer with detergen pods, dish washing soap and detergent included, hand soaps and shampoos, cleaners and cleaning tools included. Beds are comfortable, towels and sheets are nice. Only thing I would change is the shower head in the master bathroom. It is not adjustable, I am 5'2" and it sprayed me straight in the face.

Fourth of July Vacation

The property was great, it was clean and up-to-date. Mgmt was great with communication and we had a wonderful time. Only complaint is the master bathroom’s shower is tiny. I’m 5’8” 175 lbs and could barely fit in it. Oh, they also need a can opener in the kitchen! All in all, it was great and enjoyed it very much.

Great view, needs updates

First , the location is great! Unit was clean. Nice kitchen. Not much to cook with. Washer and dryer older and rusty but works. Internet was great! Never found beach towels. Beach chairs advertised were for tiny people not older than 20! As a 47 year old it was difficult to sit in that or get out of it. ( they are not beach chairs, they are sand chairs) patio furniture is old and rusty. But balcony has a great view.A/C awesome and hot water so hot! The master shower is a coffin. I’m 5 ft 4” and weigh 123lbs and couldn’t turn around in that shower. So so small. No adult male could fit in that. The carpet in the LR very dirty and stained and sofa could use a cleaning (I’m sure because of end of season) Overall, ok for the price.

Great view and location.

We liked this unit as it has twin beds in the second bedroom which is good for older siblings, was a great location and had a nice view with comfortable outdoor seating. The shower in the primary bedroom was so small we could not even use it. I’m 5’ and slender and could barely turn around in it, had to use the hall bath for showering. Unit could use some updating. Area rug in living room has holes and should be replaced. I gave it 5 stars because of the location, view and check in process.

Want to love this property... but..

My mother and I stayed at this condo for a girls trip. There are many things to love about the property: location elevator, the grounds, the pool, the short walk to the beach, the view from the balcony, the property management: Amelia Island Vacations. The actual condo was lacking and is in need of some TLC. The shower in the master bathroom is the size of a bathroom on a plane. (that's being generous) The second bathroom is in dire need of a gut job. Actually the whole condo could use a fresh coat of paint and the kitchen supplies were minimal. (Not even scissors) Did any of this effect or stay, no. Will we stay at this particular condo again, no. Amelia Island Vacations were wonderful. They were quick to respond with any issues or problems. Thank you!

Nice location but could be updated

We love Amelia surf and racquet and have stayed here dozens of times over the past 20 years. But this unit could use some updates. First, the master shower was quiet small. As a 6'2" male it was impossible to get an adequate shower in it and I resorted to taking one in the other bathroom during our stay. The glasses were also small for drinking at dinner and there was no ice maker in the freezer so I had to buy ice for us to use at dinner and breakfast. The second bathroom sink didn't drain properly and while I called management to get it fixed we were on vacation and trying to schedule a time to have someone come fix it is super inconvenient. These are things that should be checked before a guest arrives. The floors were also pretty dirty and needed a good mopping.

Wonderful condo and location

The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great deck overlooking the pool and ocean - ate all our meals there. Kitchen was well supplied. Owners provided beach chairs and umbrella, which was a huge plus. Tennis courts are great. Easy communication with facility. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Property / Stay

Clean, great view of beach and pool, quiet, comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool with great views of each. Plenty of room for our crew of five. Pool was clean and our boys, 8 and 12, enjoyed using it. Tennis courts were also nice. Great trail for running walking close to unit with lots of wildlife and Harris Teeter is a 3 minute drive with little traffic.

Great, beautiful location

Unfortunately we were booked with the wrong date, but the property management team were quick to get us into a room- we did not, however, have WiFi for our weekend, which was a bit annoying sine I had to do some work. It was a lovely, clean place and we enjoyed our time together-
