Concierge Realty is proud to present luxury villas at Marriott Maui Ocean Club

**Reservations are available in weekly (7 night) increments with arrivals and departures on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.

The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing a significant villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovation project, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately Sept. 13, 2025, through Dec. 12, 2025, and April 11, 2026 through July 11, 2026. This work will occur daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry. There may be intermittent impacts to resort amenities during the project.

Championship golf- Test your game at the adjacent Kaanapali Golf Resort, which offers two championship golf courses.

Dining- The convenient Beachwalk Marketplace serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take advantage of two pool bars and world-class restaurants a short walk away. Longboards Restaurant serves dinner every night starting at 5pm.

Exercise & recreation- Stay active and engaged with our tennis courts, watersports and convenient beach equipment rentals.

Pools- Relax and refresh at our three pools, including a 3.5-acre super pool with slides, waterfalls and grottos. For the younger set, we offer a sandy beach with a fun pirate ship and waterslides.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving including but not limited to contacting rental agent at Concierge Realty and contacting the resort. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of villas at the resort and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
