Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for 10 days over Christmas. This unit has everything you need. We did a lot of cooking for convenience and to save a buck. We ate most meals on the Lanai. In fact we spent a lot of time on the Lanai. The view was beautiful and changed every day. Sunsets and clouds and rainbows and whales and turtles. Full moon and stars and even a moonbow! The sound of the waves was constant and relaxing. We will stay again for sure. Easy in and out with the door code, no key to worry about, no wait for check in and check out. Pool was great, lounge chairs on the oceanfront were comfy. Book it - you will love it.

You can see Lanai and Molokai and even Oahu on a clear day! The accommodations are perfect! All of the amenities you need for a perfect vacation! A pool, an elevator, close to so many beautiful beaches and snorkel spots. Then relax at the end of the day with a gorgeous sunset right from your lanai! Maui is a magical island! You can feel the energy and see the beauty all from this little lanai! Mahalo for such a pleasant stay! The local people are gentle and wonderful! Please be mindful of all they are going thru. We should show them the Aloha spirit by being kind and conscious that their beautiful, magical island has experienced a horrible tradgedy and many of them are without homes and even their loved ones in many cases. Don’t ask them questions unless they volunteer information. Let them be, to heal from this horrible devastation and just enjoy this beautiful, magical island and this gorgeous condo with amazing views!

You'll enjoy the Honu highway every day as the turtles come in to the inner reef to snack on algae on the rocks. Kaleialoha is always the right choice for your Maui get away.

Too many flaws

Not so great - Complex is quite worn and needs a face-lift badly. Dirt and grime inside and out. Thin walls, enough said there. Maintenance also entered room w/o approval while we were away. Our Favorite Oceanfront on Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite location on Maui. Honokowai has the best weather on West Maui. It is wetter to the north and hotter to the south. Even though the unit has it, we never need to turn on air conditioning. The trade winds here are perfect. If you want to here the ocean all day, this is the place for that! Management was great. Checked into to make sure everything was okay. Cannot wait to come back!

Perfect quiet spot for your next Babson

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was out first time in Hawaii and we stayed at this rental condo during our honeymoon. It was located in a great area! It was quiet, away from the noise and support touristy areas but there was enough nearby when you needed something (groceries, mom pop shops, coffee shops, restaurants). There's also a great beach right when you walk out the back doors of the condo, we went snorkeling everyday there and enjoyed the gorgeous sun sets too. The condo is also well equipped with a kitchen so if you don't feel like eating out all the time, you can grocery shop and cook your own meals. The host was always available and had great communication throughout. Overall we loved staying at this condo and would definitely book it again in the future!

Turtles Reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely vacation stay. This is our second time at Kaleialoha. Unit 312 was a much better unit than our last stay a year ago because the unit was a bit more updated and better equipped. We found everything to be as expected and described in the unit's description. We returned to this location because of its close proximity to everything, but far away from the bustle. Best of all was our daily swim among the turtles. We hope that your prices remain relatively the same in the future for our next visit. The only thing that we recommend replacing in unit 312 is a new beach umbrella that was found broken, rusted, and unusable. Lonelle is the BEST!

Checkin and checkout were easy, and the instructions were readily available and clear. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and would definitely accommodate a long stay given the amenities available. We would have stayed longer if time permitted, and will definitely be looking into this property if we're ever fortunate to make a return trip to Maui! We watched whales and turtles from the balcony, and fell asleep each night to the lullaby of the ocean. Absolutely amazing setting!

Balcony view right on the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in Feb. 2022 and had a wonderful time! We loved being on the third floor (seemed very safe and private), and the view from the balcony right over the ocean was priceless! We could see whales all the time, as well as sea turtles--we had one that seemed to visit the rock right below us at 3:00pm every day to snack on the greenery on the rock. The balcony faces west, so we started each morning having our breakfast and coffee there for a peaceful time. There are pull-down light-filtering shades that we pulled down during about two hours in the afternoon to block the afternoon sun to keep it cooler, and then once the sun was almost down we pulled them back up to see the beautiful sunsets. Aah! The description of this place is exactly as listed, and we found the kitchen well stocked with pans, dinnerware, etc. so that when we wanted to cook, we had everything we needed. The in-condo washer and dryer was very convenient. Lonnie responded within minutes the one time we had a question. The location was great, too. We could walk to stores and restaurants easily. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing ocean views

The unit is nice and well maintained, but the view from the lani is amazing. I loved sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a cocktail watching the waves. At night we left the siding doors open in order to hear the waves crashing against the rocks. So soothing. We saw a number of turtles feeding and even eels. Nice place to stay we will be back.

The condo was clean and well stocked.the furnishings in the living room need to be updated and there is some wear and tear in the kitchen.great to have an ice maker in this unit. Sea wall is back but I all the palm trees are gone so I hope they plant some new ones since it is quite bare out there.
