Este alquiler de vacaciones en aguas abiertas se encuentra en el paseo marítimo de LBJ y está ubicado debajo de hermosos árboles de pacana en el popular Colorado Arm. The Pecan House en el lago LBJ ofrece fácil acceso al agua y es el lugar perfecto para nadar, hacer kayak, pescar y simplemente relajarse. Convenientemente ubicado entre Burnet y Kingsland para ir de compras, comer, bodegas, botes y suministros de pesca, cavernas Longhorn, campos de golf, alquiler de botes y los Highland Lakes. Boat Town y Wake Point se encuentran cerca para comer, música en vivo, gas y suministros para botes.
El alquiler de Pecan House es impresionante para jet ski seguro, esquí acuático, tubos y wakeboard. La luz de pesca (luz de cebo) es ideal para la pesca nocturna. La ubicación única al final del brazo de Colorado proporciona agua suave y muy poco tráfico de botes, lo que es ideal para familias. The Pecan House ofrece 4 zonas al aire libre.
Zona 1- Un gran porche cubierto con un amplio comedor y área de descanso para 10, luces de fiesta, tableros de cornhole, segundo refrigerador y TV montada. Disfruta de la barbacoa en nuestra nueva parrilla de gas.
Zona 2- Un patio de arenisca con 4 tumbonas, 4 sillas y sombrillas con vista al lago.
Zona 3- ¡Un muelle cubierto con 2 resbalones, un columpio, 2 balancines planeadores, una hamaca y un televisor montado para escuchar música o ver el juego!
Zona 4- Un área de fogatas con 5 sillas Adirondack. (leña incluida)
Para mayor diversión en el lago, ofrecemos 1 kayak para una persona, 1 kayak de dos asientos y un bote de jon con chalecos salvavidas. Acabo de agregar dos nuevas tablas de paddle.
The Pecan House también ofrece un amplio estacionamiento en un camino de concreto para nuestros huéspedes.

Great Location

Beautiful clean property. Great location in the lake, not much boat traffic, very peaceful! We loved paddle boarding to “turtle cove” and playing on the rocks.

Perfect Vacation Spot for our Family!

We absolutely loved the Pecan House! There was something for everyone in our group, with kids ranging in age from 5-16! The house was immaculately clean and amenities were above and beyond! We can't wait to go back!

Very nice house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable. The sliding door in the smaller bedroom is very hard to close and you can get stuck in there. There was no propane, the Blackstone was filthy and the gas grill was rusted out and had no bottom tray. I reported to the host and they did reimburse for the propane I had to get but both grills were unusable. There were no hot pads or any small/medium pots in the kitchen. Only had skillets and hand towels. Since it is off the beaten track and the store is not right around the corner, it would have been nice to have these things. Other than the cooking situation, it was very nice. I would go again as I hope they can fix these small issues.

Trays Birthday weekend

This is the second time we stayed at the pecan house. Amazing place to stay. We park our boat at the boat dock, we bbq great food and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. The house is amazing clean and really comfy beds!

Fun in the sun

This is our second time staying at this property and we love it. It’s the perfect spot on the lake. Very little boat traffic and a beautiful setting. We will come again.

Three times and still a charm

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at this property and it’s as wonderful as always! The property is so quiet and peaceful, relaxing and clean. We hope to continue to get to stay here whenever we need a break from city life.

Loved the property, very peaceful. The only thing is it would have been nice to know the washing machine was out order before we got there, had a little laundry to do from the 3 days at our location previous to coming there

Return visit even better

Because we had such a wonderful time on our first visit, we returned to find we enjoyed this property even more. The back porch and dock area are wonderful places to relax. Caught quite a few fish (sunfish, white bass, and drum). Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was very quick and was always very helpful. Location is great in that it is on the upper portion of lake LBJ, which is much more quiet than properties closer to Kingsland. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful serene location

This was our second stay at this property and it’s in the most beautiful location, you walk out the back door & you’re on the water, very clean area! We love paddle boarding & canoeing (provided), fishing and chilling in the hammocks. The house has many beds-comfy too-which is a definite plus! It’s a quiet neighborhood full of deer. We enjoyed a local winery right down the street. The owner was easy to communicate with & we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful property

The outdoor set-up is so nice and there are a lot of different seating areas to choose from. The water was so nice and clear, we could see to the bottom of the lake in a lot of the areas around the property. Very calm and serene. We really enjoyed it.

Great lake house

We had a great time at this property. The communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. Everything you need is there...kayaks, paddleboards, etc. The dock area is wonderful with gliders, swings, chairs, and tables. Fishing was good if you like bluegill. House was clean and all the appliances worked great. Back porch was great as well. Previous review mentioned grill not working but it has been fixed and worked great. Can't wait to return to this property!

Perfect for a short spring break trip

We loved all the seating down by the water, the fishing, kayaks and paddle boards. Great place to get away for a few days. Was plenty big enough for a family of 5 with three teens. Great location too. We went to nearby Longhorn Caverns and the Inks Dam National Fish Hatchery, both less than a 10 minute drive. The cave tour was great and we enjoyed the short hikes at the fish hatchery—especially the views from the Overlook Trail.

21st Birthday

We had a family weekend celebrating one turning 21. The house was amazing! Very clean, they had everything you could possibly need there. Will definitely stay again! Check in and check was very easy and the owners and/or property manager was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful house

We had a great stay , the house was way more pretty in person, the property is beautiful and sitting out on the patio in the morning was amazing while drinking our coffee. We have a few things , we were excited about using the jon boat for fishing but there is no motor , it came with Oars .I think in the description is should say row boat . The oven does not work, we tried to bake potatoes on 400 and after an hr they were only warm . The propane grill only had to grills that worked . So we could only use 1/2 of the grill. That all can be fixed and maybe the owner hasn’t been informed. Other than that the house was very clean, comfortable beds in both rooms . The bath tub was amazing and big enough for two people . We used the kayaks , paddle boards and Maui pad . We fished at night , this house was awesome and we will be back .
