Disappointed

Good Morning Sharon, I just wanted to send you an email to advise you of a few concerns we had once checking into the property yesterday afternoon and how disappointed we are. Front of property- full recycle bin, beer bottles overflowing front curb also a large tile which appeared to be the glass top of a coffee table. Empty dishwashing detergent and empty hand soap dispenser and empty contained left on sink. Bathrooms were unclean and had to clean the bathtub before a baby had a wash. Bunk beds were not stable and safety rails collapsed with the slightest of weight. I had to clean the floor surfaces inside and the patio areas and multiple cockroaches were found. My baby had crawled for a matter of half an hour as soon as we arrived and her clothing was black from the dirty flooring. Multiple light globes have blown throughout the property. The oven was filthy and we are unable to cook which is very disappointing. The glass coffee table with the dolphin design has a very large crack through the centre- pointing it out so we don't get the blame. The naughts and crosses on exterior coffee table- one of the 'X' has been damaged. Overall all surfaces were quite dusty and we had to clean these areas. No toiletries have been supplied, although the add states it now we had to buy all the cleaning products and toilet paper etc. I'm just advising you so these issues can be addressed prior to your next guest and hopefully they can have a better experience then what we have experienced so far. It is such a beautiful property and great out look and it could be so much better if these small touches have been addressed. If you would like to get in contact with me please don't hesitate to call me. Had reply a after our stay a week later :(

Fantastic holiday rental

The place was amazing, in a fantastic location. There was so much space for everyone and communication with agents excellent. Highly recommended and would love to return again.

awesome waterview and super relaxing stay

the property itself are amazing, my boys was so thrilled to be playing hide and seek within so many levels, and the property has everything you need, which save us a lot of times from going out to buy essentials. the sofas and beds are god sent, super comfortable. The only thing is the bathroom can get a bit of a renovate but still clean and manageable. I had a bad start with the check in as the property manager has given me the incorrect code to the key box, and when i tried to call/ try to reach them (given it was a Sunday checkin), everything went to voicemail or machine answering. it took us half an hour to find an emergency number to contact her, advicing her the wrong code, which she then promise will contact us asap to advice the correct code since we've been waiting infront of the house already. then time passes, and after another 45minutes, we decided to call again, only to be told she has sent it to me straight after (which i did not get anything) checked text, and email nothing (which brings the question, why not call my mobile?) anyway, after talking to her on the phone she advice the correct code, which then begins our stay. Therefore, the property itself is awesome, just be mindful if you are checking in on Sundays.

Nelson Bay Family Holiday

The property wasn’t far from the beach, easy walk down hill but hard back up especially with young kids, not ideal if you need a pram- not recommended. Property was nice but more suited for adults. We found the house to be very echoey and we were worried about the neighbours that share a wall. The kitchen is on the top level but the bbq entertaining area is on the bottom level, we didn’t use the area for this reason. Views are beautiful especially from the top. Shops and supermarkets are a short drive away. It was a lovely place but just not suitable for young families.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to spend a week. The property was just like the photo. Great views. Very clean. The beaches nearby are so pretty. Everything you need to have a great getaway. There are heaps of steps to each floor - not sure if this is on the actual website. The lights over the dinning room table wasn't working. We did enjoy staying at Water Views on Wallawa.

Relaxing stay on the bay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. Great Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Had everything we needed for the week and great to have 2 living areas. A short walks to the beach and not far from town, was the perfect stay for our family of 4.

Corlette - beautiful property

The property was clean / tidy and perfect for 6 adults. Had fantastic views of the bay. Had a small hiccup but was sorted by property manager very quickly. I would recommend to anyone.
