Casa de lujo de tres habitaciones en la hermosa costa azul de Crystal Lake

Casa contemporánea de hermosos paisajes y diseño arquitectónico, actualizada en 2012, ubicada en 104 pies de costa privada. Amplio salón y comedor, incorpora una atractiva cocina gourmet totalmente equipada y eficiente. La sala familiar, chimenea, barra integrada con refrigerador para vinos y refrigerador para bebidas separado, armarios amplios para cristalería y listos para el entretenimiento justo enfrente de la cocina. Todo con hermosos pisos de madera. Una amplia lavandería con piso de baldosas y medio baño a la vuelta de la esquina. La gran suite principal se encuentra en el primer piso, la encimera del baño principal con doble lavabo, piso de baldosas de cerámica, amplio área de almacenamiento de gabinetes, ducha grande con azulejos. Walk in closet con amplio espacio de almacenamiento. Maravillosas vistas al lago desde las paredes de las ventanas del primer piso, puertas francesas y deslizadores, todos acceden a la cubierta. Arriba encuentra dos dormitorios junto al lago y un hermoso baño con azulejos de cerámica. con ducha. Un maravilloso porche con mosquitero está justo al lado de la sala familiar y colinda con la terraza que atraviesa el lago de la casa. Una ducha exterior y parrilla de gas están al lado del porche. La cubierta está a solo unos pasos del agua y conduce directamente al muelle.

La casa está ubicada en la costa norte de Crystal Lake, a una milla al este del famoso campo de golf Crystal Downs y una milla y media al oeste del extremo sur de Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.

Stellar property on the shores of Crystal Lake

This is a beautiful property that feels like a home. Personal touches, beautiful art, a well-stocked kitchen, and a layout that gives the whole family plenty of space. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. It’s deserving of more than 5 stars and worth the price.

Wonderful Stay

This property was beautiful and we could not have asked for a better stay. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for everything you’d need! The paddle board and kyaks were so fun and we cannot wait to come back.

Very nice, spacious, well-furnished home all-around. There is now a newer large umbrella mounted on the deck, where we spent a lot of time. Harlan was readily available to answer questions and provide information when needed. When the time came, it was hard to leave for home!

Family Vacation

We have been coming to Crystal lake for 38 years and love the area. This year we needed space beyond our family cottage and this home was perfect! It was so clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen and fit our family perfectly! The hosts were amazing and were always very prompt on communication. I highly recommend!!

Perfect location on Crystal Lake

We loved this home. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable on vacation for the week. Sincerely appreciated how clean and well maintained the home is and the nice set up with the main floor kitchen, dining and living room. We spent many evenings being together building puzzles on the large coffee tables. Cannot wait until next year!

Beautiful Home on a Gorgeous Lake

We loved this home on Crystal Lake. The second we walked in the door and were greeted by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors looking out onto the Lake, we knew we had found the perfect vacation home. We rented the house for almost 2 weeks and were very comfortable there. House has some atypical amenities that we loved, ie, a dedicated drinks fridge and an ice maker. Lots of room to spread out. Host was extremely responsive to messages sent through VRBO.

Stunning property on Crystal Lake

Beautifully appointed, terrific location, well-equipped — the best place to stay on Crystal Lake. This was our third year at this residence and we will return again next summer to this idyllic location. Hosts are helpful and accommodating and you can immediately tell this is their “home” with quality furnishings, bedding, and local art. It’s walkable to Rocks Landing, and a short drive to Frankfort and Beulah. The layout is perfect for families — we love the large living space on the main floor. A truly wonderful space and gracious hosts!

Another brilliant week

This was our second stay at Her View Too! The communication with Harlan and his understanding it’s unmatched. The property is gorgeous, the kitchen is well stocked, and everything was spotless upon our arrival. There was ample backstock of product and we didn’t need to restock anything during our stay. The cleaners did show up an hour before our scheduled check out time but we were already leaving so it was no big deal.

Gem of a property

This is a wonderful property in a terrific location. It's clear from the well-stocked kitchen to the beautiful artwork that this is someone's beloved "home" that they are sharing with vacationers who want to experience Northern Michigan and Crystal Lake. The rooms are large, bright, and clean and there is plenty of space to make meals, eat as a family, play games, watch movies, and enjoy the water. The first floor primary bedroom is quiet and private and allows you to hear the water lapping on the shore. Our older kids had the upstairs bedrooms and bath to themselves and this separation of space was perfect. We ate most meals at home and the kitchen has everything you need, even a bundt pan! The mattresses, pillows, sheets, and towels are good quality and the art is by local artists who love this area as much as we do. The photos represent the space very well, but it's even better in person. We have already booked for next year --- this is a spectacular property.

Amazing Crystal Lake House

Great late September getaway

This property is perfectly located. It’s about a mile and half from the shore of Lake Michigan (via the Pointe Betsie lighthouse) and about a milt and half from the southern entrance of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore - right on the iconic M-22. Furthermore, you’re only about 10 minutes to Frankfort and 10 minutes to Beulah. So you’re close to just about everything the area has to offer. The home itself is incredibly well-appointed and my wife found the home to be stylish and tastefully decorated. When we weren’t out enjoying the sights - we spent a lot of time on the deck and on the dock. By the way - skip the white noise generator at night - the sound of the waves from Crystal Lake lapping on the shore were enough to put us to sleep every night. Harlan and Lynette and their team did a great job making us feel comfortable and safe. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs in the area - this is hands-down the best. We’re looking forward to our next visit and will be trying to book this place for sure.

Amazing sunsets and cozy fires.

Beautiful House on Beautiful Crystal Lake

We had an amazing week at this beautiful property. Elegant and comfortable, well stocked kitchen (even the knives were sharp!) - a perfect setting for a week on Crystal Lake. We love the location - close to many of our favorite hiking trails, cute Frankfort & Beulah, and within walking distance of our favorite up north restaurant, Rocks Landing. To top it off, we had a week of perfect weather so daily swims and moonlit kayaking.

More than we could ask for

Everything was above and beyond our expectations; our children loved the kayaks and being able to just jump off the dock to cool off was such a perk. The back deck was perfect for evenings visiting with family and friends while looking into Crystal Lake. The inside was a wonderful layout that allowed our family to be comfortable during our entire stay. I can’t think of a single thing missing from the home. Again, thank you so much for sharing your house with us this summer. We have been coming to Crystal for over 30 years and this was our favorite house. Such a special place.

Beautiful & Relaxing

I've stayed at lots of properties/BnBs, and this is by far one of the best. The view and atmosphere of this house cannot be topped, and combined with the natural beauty of Michigan... makes for an unbelievably relaxing and beautiful stay. BOOK IT.

Beautiful house right on the lake completely outfitted with everything needed to enjoy your stay.

We loved the house, beautiful location, great deck, plenty of space, a great kitchen with everything needed to make your meals, fabulous master bedroom on the first floor and two very comfortable bedrooms upstairs as well as a bonus room with a single bed. Would highly recommend this place!

My wife Lynette and I both grew up in the Toledo, Ohio area and still live there. We have a blended family with two twenty something sons and a currently seven year old daughter. We own a commercial real estate brokerage and property management business and both work in the business.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Coincidentally, both of us vacationed in the northwestern corner of the lower peninsula of Michigan with our families when we were young - Lynette at Spider Lake and me at Crystal Lake. We both have fond memories of our adventures there and when we met many years later it was one of our many connections. We have spent much of our free time over the years playing and hanging out in this area of Michigan with our older boys and now our young daughter.

My parents first built a home the bluff above Crystal Lake in the late 1970's. My dad named it HER View - representing his initials as well as the obvious. Crystal Lake has been my second home ever since. Eventually, my parents retired there. My siblings and I inherited the house and have shared it. We love that house and the time that we spend there with my family, but Lynette has long dreamed of a house on the water where we can spend time with our daughter and, someday, grand kids.

This house was a big leap for us. But we have been looking for the right place for a long time. It is such a special place that had been beautifully renovated by the prior owner and is located on the lake just where we wanted to be. Most importantly, it is exactly the house that Lynette has long dreamed of. When it became available, ready or not, we had to go for it. We're calling this one HER View Too.

The house and grounds are beautiful, well done and stylish. But the real attraction is the water which is as clear and blue as you will find anywhere and is so close that it seems almost part of the furniture.
