The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, updated and relaxing. You can't beat the pool. The VRBO landlord was attentive to every detail, tremendously accomodating and welcoming! Highly recommended!

Great location

My family of 6 stayed for a cheerleading competition and spring break. The neighborhood was great, very quiet and the location was within 30 minutes of the parks depending on traffic. I would recommend getting the pool heated. We opted not to being that our stay was mid April but the pool was cold due to the shade of trees and houses. We would stay again for sure.

Excellent and well cared-for house

This house was pretty great overall. First, the house is very well-maintained and clean. I felt entirely comfortable there (and I'm a bug-freak). The house also has super comfortable beds and the neighborhood is both quiet and walk-able. It is in Indian Ridge near Disney and I was sad to see that the neighborhood itself wasn't as well-maintained as it was when I stayed in 2017, but it is still a good neighborhood (and I chose this neighborhood deliberately). The only drawback was that we had the pool heated and when the pool heat came on, we could smell natural gas in the pool area and main bedroom. We did contact the owner and she said it was common, so I'm not sure if I'm overreacting. Since I don't have a pool (or a pool heater), I'm not sure if that was true but we ended up turning down the heat so it wouldn't come on and smell like gas. However, I wouldn't want that to dissuade anyone as we REALLY liked the house. It is rare to find a VRBO so well-maintained and we really appreciated it.

We'll be back.

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was awesome. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, 5 minutes from all the restaurants, and very close to all Disney parks. We just came for the sun and the pool mostly. The pool was clean and the yard was kept nice. The owner was quick to respond and answered all our questions. We will definitely go back next year.

Great house and overall experience!

The house was perfect for our week long stay. Usually pictures are deceiving but this what not the case with this house. It had everything we needed plus more. The pool and backyard with privacy fence was great. It’s in a good location that made traveling to Disney and Universal a breeze. Communication with the host was easy and quick to respond. The house was updated, clean, and had plenty of room for my family of 6 plus our dog. I have nothing to complain about, I’d definitely recommend this house and will look for it again when we return.

Great home near Disney Parks

This property is very close and convenient to Disney Parks and close to plenty of restaurants. We arrived to a clean property. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with as well. We booked this property because of the fenced yard for our dog. It has a pool but did not use it due to the unusually cold weather. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would book this property again!

Very Nice Stay

I chose this property as we were traveling for the first time with our pups to visit family in Orlando for the holiday. The place was a great meeting spot for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet, the backyard was fully enclosed with a privacy fence, and the house was very close to Disney and Universal; we were able to drive back and take care of the pups then return to the parks. The house is older, but you can tell they are working to update it. Wi-Fi was good, I was able to work in the mornings with no issues. The owner was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay there again.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME

The 3 bedroom 2 bath home was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed meals by the pool and the fenced in back yard. The house was close to all the events we wanted to see and do. I'd stay there again.

Pictures are deceiving...

The house was convenient for our needs at the time, and updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were appreciated. However, the furniture appears to be the same as when the property was purchased in 2019 and is quite outdated, especially in the bedrooms. The house also had a noticeable old smell. While the pool and pool area were clean, the property overall could benefit from better maintenance and upkeep.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

This home worked out perfectly for our family this summer. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed the location, the beautiful pool, and the comforts of the house. We traveled with 3 dogs and 2 teenagers. The home is exactly as described. It's well stocked, very clean, and very spacious for all of us to enjoy. The owner was responsive and easy to reach with questions. The grass had not been mowed in quite some time when we checked in. One quick email to the owner and she had someone there the next morning to take care of it! There's a great backyard for the dogs to run around. The pool was clean, warm, and the best way to unwind after visiting the parks! The beds were very comfortable as well. Highly recommend this home and we will return if in the area again.

2024 Vaca in Florida

Stayed for 2 weeks at this house. Check in was good, house was clean. Back yard still had previous tenant’s dog waste. Cleaned it up during our stay. Pool was a little green but not bad, pool guy to arrived on Monday. Great location for Disney visits. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could us more mixing bowls to utilize and knives that cut. The AC worked well in the living area and the master bed room but not very well in the other bed rooms. Rooms would get hot during the evening hours. Was not allowed to adjust temperature. By the end of our stay the grass was calf high. Would have thought someone would cut the grass. Not good for the dogs and being able to locate waste. Nice garage, plenty of space. Nice large refrigerator. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably rent again. Enjoyed having the pool available. No hot tube as listed.

Excellent location, great rental and highly recommend

We were down visiting my son who lives downtown. This location was great to be in the middle of downtown Orlando, Disney, and Tampa. Excellent Wi-Fi, I was able to work from the house remotely without any complications. The connection information was not up to date on the check-in section of the listing, but there is a small plaque in kitchen with info. The pool is a great size and clean. Lots of seating options. The umbrella didn't work but not a big deal. The yard is a great size, I brought my two small dogs who really enjoyed sniffing all around it. The baby pinapple is growing - they take years so very impressed - and it's so cute! Inside has plenty of kitchen supplies, dishes, cookware, towels, a few extra blankets. The beds weren't the most comfortable, they were a bit firm but that could be a personal preference. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

Nice house close to Disney

All in all it was a great stay! The only negative thing I could point out is that the house was very basic equipped. What I mean by that is that there was no trash bags, no laundry detergent, and only three dishwasher tabs for an eight day stay. Also unlike you usually see in other vacation rentals there were no teas or coffees for the Keurig available. For this is assumably the property management company responsible. However, the house itself was very clean. It also is very close to Disney and is situated in a calm subdivision with barely any traffic going by. The entire property is fenced in and gives a private feel to just relax. We used to live in the area and for that location it really could barely be any more secluded and private.

Had to leave/couldn’t stay with mold

Checked in and opened the door, the whole house smelled like dog and mold. The bedroom was carpeting and within minutes my eyes were watering and red. The furniture was gross old couches covered with slip covers and dirty pillows. The outside pool area was worse, the furniture was covered in mold, the table was dirty and cracked and the umbrella was ripped an unuseable. Was the worst experience I’ve had using Vrbo!! Have photos of all issues.

Great vacation spot near Disney

This was a great vacation spot! Great fenced in yard for our pups! Gorgeous crystal clean pool! Very spacious for our family. We stayed 2 weeks in August 2023. Wish we were still there!
