In 1999 , after vacationing in florida many times, I moved from the UK to set up a vacation rental company to help families looking for alternative accommodations from hotel rooms.
I set up a company called Loyalty Vacation Homes and innovatively started doing things differently
I was the very first rental home to have a fun name rather than a street address, and I saw the potential to utilize garages ( that were hardly used in rental homes) and turned them into game rooms. At first they were kind of basic, I put in pinball machines and pool tables.
It wasn’t long before I was managing 120 homes for owners and offering excellent accommodation for guests
In 2018, it was time for me to retire , now John and I concentrate on just our handful of homes , all in the same neighborhood and we strive to make them as perfect as we can
Over the years we have improved our homes and game rooms immensely
I understand the need for quality when going on vacation and we try our hardest to keep our homes up to date and as comfortable as possible .
We live in the same neighborhood and are very hands on. We are always in the homes making sure they are the best they can be. When you book with us , we are here for you whenever you need us. We have an excellent cleaning crew who assist us

I enjoy home makeovers and have a lot of fun theming our homes. My latest project is the 50s diner theme in one of our homes

We chose this area as it is one of the closest sub divisions to Disney , with no end of shopping and restaurants very close by.
