Honeymoon Trip

The room was beautiful the view of downtown Miami was amazing. Checking in was very smooth, and a host or manager always did a great job of communicating with us and making us feel at home. So many great sights to see and places to eat within a short walking distance. We really loved our stay.

Perfect getaway!

The condo is even prettier than the pictures! They made everything extremely convenient on our trip and they even left a gift in the fridge. The amenities are very upscale and we really enjoyed them. We definitely hope this condo is available for our next trip to Miami!

This was a phenomenal property with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed. The gym and spa were like the ones we’ve experienced at Equinox. We had a minor issue with a blind that broke and the staff fixed it promptly on a weekend. Great stay for a family. I don’t have a single negative comment.

The location is perfect. We were able to reach everywhere we wanted to go and see very easily. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not sufficient. There was hair on the bed linens, the floors were dusty, the unit was not cleaned adequately. The lamp above the bed had underwear left over from previous guests!

Almost Good.

Place was nice. Furniture was not the most comfortable which I don’t understand if you’re looking for repeat customers. Also the shower water would not get hot and the tub is a little difficult to get into due to its height. Also our check did not go at all smoothly.

This condo stands out!!!

My best ​friend and I came to Miami to enjoy our vacation and do some heavy shopping in the area. Luckily​,​ the property was close to our favorite shopping areas so getting around was a breeze. There was a cold bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived! Natalia knew how to make us feel at home. The decorations were modern and made the apartment stand out. I confess I stole some ideas for my home. We only stayed there for four days but had a wonderful experience. I recommend you check out the pool, you’d be a fool to miss out! The amenities are world-class​.​ Thank you for making our trip a memorable one! We’ll stay in touch for sure

We enjoyed but Parking charges were insulting!

Place was nice but This place did not have a reserved parking space for our unit. so we had no choice but to pay the daily rate per day to the apt building! Parking cost over one hundred bucks for the four nights we stayed. The host should have made this known or disclosed on the advertisement. That was not something we knew to budget for and caused major impact into our preset budget.

Some Things You Should Know

The condo does visually look like it appears in the listing, but there are a few things we did not like. First, you should know the bathtub is so high I literally had to climb into it everyday and I left with a bad bruise on my inner thigh for almost falling trying to get in the tub. Also, you have to actually get all the way in the tub just to turn the water on, because the shower glass wall blocks the faucet and it is connect to the wall and does not move. That was crazy and weird. The rugs in the condo were dirty with stains and need to be thrown out. The one in the bedroom was so dirty I rolled it up and put it in the conner for the duration of our stay. The couch and white in the living room and the white chair in the bed room need to be replaced. I am happy I purchased a parking pass, but be aware that the parking lot is about a half block from the building. So if it's raining you will either have to wait the rain out or walk in the rain to get to your car. Overall, this condo did not meet the luxury standard I am used to when I travel. The views were great, even with the construction going on. Unfortunately for me and my partner, this is not a condo I will be recommending to my friends or family.

Fabulous high rise apartment in the W hotel building. Amazing views over the river, luxurious, spacious, more than I expected. Having to pay to valet the car was minor annoyance, but well worth it for the overall property.

There is no way I can express how I feel about this place. It met all our needs. Location, condo itself was everything. The balcony with the views. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed every bit of the stay. This birthday was one for the books. Thank you to the whole staff. Maria, she was so helpful with everything. When I come back to Miami, I will only want to stay here. Thanks for having us Thank you for the welcome wine bottle. Thank you for accommodating all our needs. See you soon!!!! P.s Parking is not bad. You in the heart of Brickell, like the downtown part. Nice place in the city center

Overall, it was a good experience. The washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The apartment was very nice and had great views. Nice kitchen equipment too (refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher) The only complaint is that occasionally, there was a little noise coming from the unit(s) above. It's also in a great location, within walking distance of a Whole Foods. I would recommend this place.

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
