Knot Just A Cottage es una cabaña frente al lago para disfrutar en el lado noroeste del lago Charlevoix. Ubicado en Beach Drive, en un vecindario familiar cerca de Boyne city Rd. & US 31. Convenientemente ubicado a solo 2. 5 millas del centro de Charlevoix, a 15 min. a Boyne City o Petoskey. Una hora a Mackinac o Traverse City. Dos habitaciones y 2 baños completos tienen capacidad para 6 personas CÓMODO en la casa de 1,500 pies cuadrados. If you are looking for an exceptional home to create lasting memories...Knot Just A Cottage is the ONE!!From the moment you pull into the driveway you feel an immediate sense of "Wow"! Upon entering, your feelings are confirmed!! The attention to every detail is beyond description! The kitchen is fantastic! The outdoor living spaces are gorgeous and so comfy! The flowers and landscaping are exquisite. Every amenity for lake fun is at your disposal! Bedrooms are all appointed with excellent bedding and comfort. The master suite is a dream!! The mattress is incredible; the view spectacular and the shower are divine!! We have traveled the country renting VRBO's and KJAC is without question, top level excellence! The owner is delightful and makes you feel welcomed from the get-go! I literally cried when our time was up! Longing to go back....

Fantastic Summer Getaway

This is an incredible location. Your view of the lake is amazing—it is completely as advertised. There are so many small touches to the cottage that make it perfect for anything you need or want to do. I only wish we had planned to spend more time at home! We hardly used all of the games and cooking stuff that was available. Suzy the homeowner is fantastic and helped us with anything we needed, before we even arrived! It’s very kid-friendly—we have four kids and we fit easily.

Wonderful stay!

We spent a fantastic week at Suzy’s property! WOW ! It is such a beautiful and comfortable home in a fantastic quiet location right on the lake. It was our first time in Charlevoix and we enjoyed staying at the house and also exploring some of the local sites . It is a quick drive to town. Suzy was quick to respond to any of our questions. We got in super late on our first night. Suzy had the lights on for us and a sweet welcome kit! We would love to return !

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful time at Knot Just a Cottage. Suzy was a great communicator and checked on us as we arrived to see if we needed anything. The cottage was the perfect location for boating and using the beach. We look forward to staying there again.

Fantastic Stay!

Suzy was an incredible host and we loved all the amenities of KJAC. Cottage is very well equipped with new kitchen including updated appliances and fully-stocked utensils/supplies. Outside areas were great with lots of seating areas on outdoor furniture, dining table, and fire pit for family time. Long dock with stairs for swimming access plus kayaks and paddle boards available and allowed family to enjoy water even more. Overall highest ratings for beautiful cottage.

Family heritage trip back to the 'upper lower' after 45 years

sibling reunion at lake cottage in the upper lower peninsula where we used to spend the summer when we were kids *(many years ago). Great stay in a beautiful place

This was a beautiful cottage that met all of our family’s needs and then some. The inside decor is well thought out and the outside areas are great for relaxing. It’s so well-equipped that it’s more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. Suzy provides everything you need and then some! It’s close to town too. We would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon!

Birthday celebration

Our stay was wonderful. Suzy was very responsive. She has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and fun. The house is in a great location, very clean, air conditioned and has all of the little things that you would hope to have for a relaxing lake house stay, including comfortable beds, hammock, fire pit, relaxing outdoor chairs, nice dock, etc. I highly recommend it!

Lake Charlevoix Treasure

It’s all in the details and Knot Just a Cottage nailed it! We couldn’t get over the perfectly decorated house and all the special touches throughout that ensured we had the best stay. The outdoor living space was the perfect place to enjoy the lake views. There was no shortage of fun activities around the house for adults and kids. Just a short drive into town as well for fun shopping, dinner and drinks! Thank you!

Cozy cottage with a great location

Rented for a week and my family of 4 had a wonderful time. Cottage is clean, well appointed, and matched the description. We enjoyed all the amenities including the outdoor areas, kayaks and paddle boards, and rented a boat that was easily moored off the dock. Location is cozy and quiet, and served us perfectly for a day trip to Mackinac Island or a dinner in Petoskey. The cottage was one of , if not the best, appointed homes we have rented; From laundry supplies to beach towels, everything was provided. Owner checked in with us upon arrival and was readily available for any questions throughout our stay. Would definitely rent the cottage again on future visits to the area.

Amazing Place and Amazing Views

My family, my parents, kids and my husband and myself stayed for a week. The place was beautiful and we had such a wonderful relaxing vacation. The town of Charlevoix is an absolute gem and the lake is such a sight to see. The owners are very accommodating and definitely want to make sure you have everything you need. Incredible from every aspect!

The home is not just comfortable but it has all you need for an amazing family or friends vacation. We wanted a calm week on the lake so we knew we would spend a lot of time at the property. This home is furnished with grace and care, it is not a cottage that someone just used their old furniture! Wonderful amenities were provided, kayaks, paddle boards, basketballs, fire pits(2) wood and gas, and horseshoes. It is very close to Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey,and many other cities and attractions. Highly recommend. Suzy was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great stay on a beautiful lake

Our family had a terrific week on the lake at this cottage, enjoying the location, swimming off of the dock, eating outside and cooking s’mores at the campfire. The cottage is clean, neat and cozy and is well equipped.

Spectacular View!

Property was well maintained. Lake view was spectacular. House was a quick drive to downtown. Owner was responsive. Only issue was mother nature. During our stay, there were a lot of gnats on patio and windows and many found some way to come indoors on a couple nights.

Beautiful Charlevoix Cottage

This was an awesome anniversary getaway! So beautiful, peaceful, and cozy! Location was great and we had fun sitting at the cottage as well as in Charlevoix, Mackinaw Island, and Petosky. Great vacation and owner was nice and easy to communicate with. Perfect getaway!!

Family Getaway

Wonderful Winter Getaway at this Charming Lakefront Cottage

My husband, daughter and I all had a lovely time at this beautiful cottage on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. We were cozy and warm in this very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished home. Everything was in tip top shape when we arrived and we did not want for anything during our stay. The arrival process was super simple and the owners were very easy to contact and responsive. We would love to return again in the summer or fall!

Growing up in Northern Michigan and spending summers there, we have been spoiled with all that Charlevoix and the surrounding area has to offer year round. Our entire family of all ages loves being "up north" anytime of year.

We chose this cottage because it has the most beautiful panoramic sunrise & sunset views of Lake Charlevoix. The close proximity to downtown Charlevoix (2 miles) and other nearby towns provides plenty of options when looking for things to do, places to go and see. Within an hour's drive you have plenty to keep you busy ( or not) for an entire summer! Our kid's grew up coming here and it's become a second home to us that we enjoy sharing with our guests. Knot Just A Cottage is complete with everything you could need during your stay. We provide our guests with high quality linens and towels, kitchen necessities, bathroom essentials and indoor outdoor amenities. We strive to make your stay at the cottage as easy as possible so you don't need to worry about bringing it all with you and can fully enjoy your stay.

We have a private dock with boat lift and a mooring right in front of the cottage that you can easily see from anywhere inside the cottage. Lake views from every room in the house, even the shower in the upstairs master bathroom. Large picture windows in the living room allow all that bright sunshine and crystal blue water right through the house. The second floor deck, side decks, and patio offer a quiet and relaxing spot while our lake front deck is where the action is adjacent to dining patio. You can hop in your boat right (bring your own or rent one here in town) out front on the dock and go play for the day. Knot Just A Cottage is located only 2 miles from downtown Charlevoix allowing you easy access to shops, restaurants, local events and sightseeing anytime. Our close proximity to neighboring towns like Boyne, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinac Island and Traverse city make it easy to spend an afternoon or full day trip sightseeing.
