Pointes North Inn es una de las suites de condominios únicas de Charlevoix que se reservan como una habitación de hotel. Libro para la privacidad del condominio, estancia para la hospitalidad.

Este hermoso condominio tiene una cama king-size con un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar.

Hay encimeras de granito en la cocina, una que contiene el fregadero de acero inoxidable y la otra en una isla con asientos para cuatro. Hay una estufa, horno de microondas de convección, un refrigerador de tamaño más pequeño.

La televisión por cable está en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio.

El sofá cama tamaño queen está en la sala de estar junto con una silla separada. Fuera de la sala de estar es el patio abierto con asientos para dos.

Pointes North Inn tiene wifi de alta velocidad en todo el edificio y servicio de lavandería que funciona con monedas en el segundo piso. En la zona del vestíbulo, hay asientos para el desayuno continental con vistas a la piscina interior / exterior. La sección interior de la piscina está abierta todo el año, mientras que la sección exterior está cerrada de octubre a mayo.

Todo esto, a solo un tiro de piedra del centro de Charlevoix.

Great location and nice unit. Needs new carpet in the bedroom because of the number of stains, but otherwise it was clean and we loved the porch.

Weekend Away

This was a last minute rental for my husband and I. We live the costal areas and enjoyed our time. Downtown and marina all in walking distance.

Great space!

I was going to be arriving after lobby hours and they called to give detailed info for me to get in. The place was clean, lights left on so I wasn't walking into a dark space. Would stay again!!

Nice and affordable

The place was cute and clean. It could use a paint job and a touch up here and there but overall was nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not.

Although it has a nice kitchen we were not able to find the extra for (only 1 fork) cuz we had brought some left over meal from dining. Also Wiifi access was not the best.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location, set up nicely but very dated. There were stain spots on the carpet and grout missing around the toilet. It did not feel clean as a result. The AC units also caused the lights to flicker when they ran. Overall it was functional but unlikely to rent again.

Great location any time of year

Extremely clean and cozy condo-hotel for our quick weekend getaway to Charlevoix. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Nice balcony but be aware that your neighbors are within arms length when you’re out there. If you don’t draw the shades, they can see right inside the living room area (and the guests at Hotel Earl across the street can see too). Right on the other side of the drawbridge so you can park & walk downtown. Only requirement is to toss your own trash in the dumpster before leaving. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic Location

This location is great! Condo was fine for a weekend, I can't image staying for a week and trying to cook. Very few pots and pans. Trash can in kitchen the size of a bathroom can. Huge bathtub that took up way to much space and made the bedroom small. No smart tv's so you are stuck watching local basic channels. Office said they were open 9- 9pm but closed at 5:30pm which means the pool is closed. The location is great to stroll down and eat and shop in Downtown.

Carpet dirty, door coming off hinge under sink, cabinets chipped up a lot, needs some refreshing. Housekeeping never came on Saturday. Sunday morning we put the do not disturb sign up but not Saturday and no one came in. The bed was so hard we literally left a day early so we could get a good nights sleep. We did enjoy sitting on the balcony and the chairs were nice out there.

We were very disappointed not to have access to the pool as we planned on it after seeing photos of it online. The pool was not usable due to dirt and leaves. The traffic at night was very noisy and there was no access to even a cup of coffee in the morning as the lobby didn’t open until nine.

Anniversary weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was lovely. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The downfall was the heat was broken the entire weekend. We had maintenance men in our room multiple times trying to fix it to no avail. We had to have the windows open or the heat spiked to 80 degrees. The front desk said they would take care of us but nothing was ever done.
