¡Playas arenosas! 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, playa y una gran piscina.

Este es un hermoso condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños en la playa con una piscina de gran tamaño para darse un chapuzón y refrescarse. Barrio completamente transitable, que mi familia realmente disfruta. Todo lo que necesita es salir de la puerta delantera, deslizarse en sus sandalias y explorar. El condominio fue completamente renovado en la primavera de 2019 con muebles nuevos, cocina y baños. Tenemos 4 sillas de playa, 4 toallas de playa y 4 mantas de playa, dos tablas de surf, una nevera para su comodidad. La cocina está bien equipada.

1st time in Puerto Rico

We had a very enjoyable stay in Condado. Bob‘s condo is updated and was represented as listed. Bob was great to work with and gave us lots of recommendations and places to go and things to do and see.

Great stay in San Juan

It was a very successful stay in San Juan. the apartment was very nice, right on the beach and clean. I would recommend the apartment.

A bit of a disappointment

The pictures are accurate but the unit has some major problems. The building is falling apart, it’s in bad need of a remodel, there were some areas that were really dirty and gross, the toilet ran constantly, the power went out multiple times, I will not be back.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time during our trip to Puerto Rico. The location of the condo was excellent, with many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We were able to Uber into San Juan easily. There was also a parking spot available for the car we rented, which was a nice bonus! The beaches were lovely, and we also spent several nights swimming in the large pool. We also had a fantastic trip to El Yunque. The condo was a great location for getting out and seeing the island. The host sent us a list of several restaurants and activities to look into during our stay, which was extremely helpful. The condo also had all of the amenities we needed to have a great vacation. We had a fantastic time!

Just what we wanted

I went down to PR with 2 teenage kids. The place is GREAT, clean cheerfully decorated, and enough space even when my son and daughter needed space from one another. I have eating restrictions so having a fully outfitted kitchen was perfect. The living room area is great with a big tv perfect for cuddling up on the couch and watching a movie at the end of the day. The host is AMAZING. He is so available both before the stay (while preparing and booking excursions) and during my stay. He was accessible and would respond typically within 1-2 hours (if not sooner). He gave us great recommendations including local restaurants we really enjoyed. Rob made everything so easy, it was such a pleasure.

A great stay in Puerto Rico

We had a very good stay at Sandy Shores. The apartment was well appointed and we had all we needed. The full-size laundry is a big plus. The decor is fun and playful. This apartment is on the 2nd level, parking lot side - not much of a view and a little noisy but that didn't bother us. The beach is wonderful. Despite the warnings that the surf can be a bit rough, it is what we're used to from the New Jersey and New England shores - but the water is so much nicer! We did have a problem with the living room air conditioning during our stay but the owner was very responsive and addressed it as soon as possible. The bedrooms had no problem and strategic placement of provided fans kept the apartment comfortable. The exterior of the building is a little rough and there is ongoing construction to rejuvenate it. However, all the facilities are functional, including the pool which is very nice. We had some great meals and some great adventures in Puerto Rico. This apartment is a good home base location.

Great Location

We enjoyed this location for our family vacation. We knew Condado Beach would be a good location to meet our needs. This building has direct beach access which is a plus. Bob did a nice job renovating his condo. We had plenty of towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans but I did miss having an oven to work with. The building overall is in desperate need of work and appears to be falling apart. There is construction tape in different places on the inside/outside of property. I was told the outside tape was “to avoid parts from the building when falling off’. We’re told a renovation has been planned for sometime in the future. The pool was large and in excellent shape. I mistook a photo for a jacuzzi but is actually a small kids pool. I will confirm a previous reviewer mentioning a strong and constant smell of marijuana in the hall on our floor coming from a neighbor. Despite the state of the building, it was a well kept unit and the Bob sent frequent communications during our stay checking in to see if we needed anything. It was a short walk to a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. We didn’t need a rental car. Just an occasional Uber.

Great location, nice property.

We spent a week here, my wife, two adult sons, and I. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo worked great for our family. The building is right on the beach, just walk out the back gate and you are on the sand. There is a large pool that we didn't end up using but look really inviting. The location is excellent. On the beach and centrally located to everything you could want. There is a little store in the ground floor of the building and a supermarket 2 blocks away. It is walking distance to countless restaurants and night life. Old town is a 10 minute Uber away. There is a dedicated parking spot underground if you get a car. The condo itself is well appointed with a full kitchen. There is a Keurig coffee maker, we brought our k-cups from home so we had that taken care of. There is a blender, we made our own pina coladas, and everything else you would want. The air conditioning worked well as did the internet. The maser bedroom had a memory foam type bed that was super comfortable. My adult sons said the twin beds were comfortable as well. The living room has a comfortable couch and several oversized bean bag type chairs that were good for an afternoon nap. There are beach amenities to use including beach towels, chairs, and a beach wagon to haul your stuff. Check in was super easy and the owner communicated throughout our stay, recommending restaurants and other tips, very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay, I would highly recommend it!

Great location

Check-in was smooth and had parking. The host reached out to ensure we were ok which was nice. The condo was as listed and had everything we needed for the stay and then some which was a plus. Nice homie feel. When entering the condo, there was a refreshing smell. However, the hallway before entering the condo had smoke and weed smell throughout my stay. Also, the condo could use a good scrubbing on floors, corners and vents. Located a walking distance to all local attractions and great dining.

Great stay in PR!

Great overall stay. The apartment is very well kept and furniture is all in great shape. There is a small shop right at the condo that's very handy. Walking right out to the beach is an awesome perk! Pros: Great location close to entertainment but far enough from any noise Very well kept apartment Owner is very responsive Felt safe at the complex Cons Living room AC needs to be repaired which I believe owner is already looking into The list of 20 guidelines from owner were overwhelming maybe condense to fewer items Recommend this place highly
