Siéntete en la cima del mundo en este magnífico apartamento renovado en el piso 18 con impresionantes vistas de la playa y el océano, donde sea que mires. Desayune todos los días disfrutando de las espectaculares vistas y escuchando las olas mientras van y vienen ... Este apartamento es la verdadera definición de un paraíso tropical.
Estar en el centro de toda la acción en la playa más popular de toda el área metropolitana de San Juan, la playa de Isla Verde, con restaurantes, clubes, casinos, hoteles y supermercados 24/7 a poca distancia a pie.
Nuestro apartamento en Marbella, el edificio más buscado para alquileres de vacaciones, ofrece seguridad las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana y muchas comodidades, como una gran piscina, cancha de baloncesto, parques infantiles, parrillas y hermosos jardines. La zona de barbacoa tiene vistas a la playa y le permite tener su propia fiesta de barbacoa en la playa. Todas las comodidades en el condominio están dentro de áreas cerradas y solo están disponibles para residentes o inquilinos.
El apartamento en sí fue profesionalmente renovado y decorado durante abril de 2014. El estilo es moderno y contemporáneo, utilizando el blanco y el gris como colores primarios con turquesa y magenta como colores de acento, lo que le da un ambiente muy relajado, ideal para sus vacaciones.
El apartamento puede alojar hasta 8, especialmente si algunos son niños, configurados de la siguiente manera:
Dormitorio principal: una cama king size y una doble y un futón de tamaño (45 pulgadas), para 3 personas.
Segundo dormitorio: una cama de tamaño completo con un futón doble y medio (45 pulgadas), para 3 personas.
Sala de estar: un sofá cama queen de alta calidad para 2 personas.
Los colchones y la ropa de cama fueron cuidadosamente seleccionados para su disfrute al dormir. Las toallas son gruesas y sedientas 100% algodón. Ambas habitaciones tienen apagones y tratamientos de ventanas.
Hay un buen espacio de almacenamiento para la ropa, ya que las dos habitaciones tienen armarios.

We had a great stay! Suitable for a family of 5 adults. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and made getting around super convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What you see is exactly what you get—the photos online matched the space perfectly, so there were no surprises. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The view of the beach was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was unforgettable. Also, loved the option of the pool. The property was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We also loved how convenient the location was—just a short walk or drive to souvenir shops, great restaurants, and a supermarket for anything we needed. The host was very attentive and responded to our questions quickly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and just what I hoped for!

Annie's apartment was the perfect place to stay for 4 wonderful nights in San Juan to kick off summer. As described in other reviews, it is well-equipped for fun at the beach and was very clean. The layout of the apartment and the multiple bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for me and my 3 kids (all tweens/teens). The constant breeze and sound of the ocean was probably my favorite part of our stay! Jorge was in touch with us during the stay and was very helpful. I found the directions for check-in were easy. The security was very helpful in providing information upon our arrival. You can't get any closer to the beach, the pool was lovely and there is plenty of shopping (grocery, pharmacy, convenience stores and souvenirs) and dining options close by. You will not be disappointed by the 18th floor apartment!

Great host - a few improvements needed

The apartment is in a great building. I would say the area outside the building is more for older kids and adults than younger kids. Host had great communication. Check in was a little confusing. Apartment could use some extra attention to details. Overall, good place and great host.

Great location, but small fixes would help

We recently stayed at this VRBO and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants and very walkable, making it easy to explore the area. The views from the unit are truly stunning, which was a highlight of our stay.However, there were some issues with the accommodations. The balcony doors didn’t close well, though we were able to open them. The bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, and the master shower constantly dripped. Additionally, the hot water in the master bathroom was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold, which felt unsafe. The guest bathroom, on the other hand, never got truly hot—just lukewarm at best. The showers also didn’t have soap holders, which was inconvenient.As for the beds, the guest bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, which made for a less restful sleep.Overall, while the location and views were fantastic, the maintenance issues and comfort concerns impacted our experience. With a few improvements, this could be a great stay.

Perfect in every way!

The apartment is fabulous, spotlessly clean, with an unbelievable view of the pool and beach. The condo complex is fantastic, excellent security, extremely well located, lovely facilities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, even making a special trip over to help set us up to watch the Super Bowl on the TV in the apartment. Thank you!

Beautiful view

The view was absolutely beautiful. Great location and smooth check in process. The amenities in the apartment need some improvement. The washer/dryer, stove, pots, pans and televisions all need upgrading. The master bathroom's sink is located right under a shelf. If you are not careful you can hit your head. I think the price was expensive for the condition of the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated so much the support and attentiveness of our host, Annie. Often there are issues that arise, but Annie was very responsive and sought to meet our needs. We were there for the infamous blackout of 12/31 but she kept us informed regarding administrative updates from the building on when the power would be restored. It took longer than normal, but fortunately it was cool enough to enjoy windows being open and hearing the relaxing sounds of the ocean. We would work with Annie again for our vacation plans in PR.

Ideal location on beautiful beach

Excellent security, bare Bones hallways, but beautiful interior condominium. Located on the 18th floor of a 19-story condominium situated directly on the beach. Excellent security, we felt safe the entire time. Easy access to the swimming pool and Beach area. Cleanest public beach I've ever seen. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms plus washer and dryer, made this the ideal vacation spot for us. Great location with stores and restaurants in close proximity. The host provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an ice chest which was a nice touch. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and would recommend it to anyone.

10 day Marbella stay

This condo was on the 18rh floor with beautiful expansive ocean view. Property manager very responsive and pleasant. Supplied some missing items that were promised and some other missing items promptly There were adequate items supplied. The condo is showing some wear with broken kitchen faucet and broken kitchen cabinet door that kept falling off Patio furniture had some broken wicker chairs and wobbly table. Dispite that the stay was great. Plenty of security and place was safe large pool and great access to a great beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance Uber makes easy visit to old San Juan and downtown easy. This was a nice visit and we would return but would hope owner will freshen place up

Awesome Puerto Rico Trip

Our stay was amazing. The unit is extremely nice with a beautiful view. The building is very secure. The beach just outside the property was perfect, but it was also a very convenient home base for enjoying other areas of the island (El Yunque, Luquillo, Fajardo for a trip to Culebra, Old San Juan, etc). The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Check-in is a little clunky if you have a rental car as I think other reviews have mentioned, but the instructions are clear and its over in a few minutes and you get to enjoy this beautiful spot

Very small, old & not clean

The property is not cleaned properly. Kitchen was dirty & old. One of the doors under the kitchen was falling apart. None of the appliances or kitchen utensils were clean. The bathrooms are renovated but tiny. The shower glass separator does not contain the water & the water gets on the bathroom floor. The vents for the HVAC is weirdly connected in such a way that you get all the smells from other apartments into 1806.

We are a family of five, mom, dad and three sons. We grew up coming to Isla Verde beach every Sunday, especially in the area from Marbella del Caribe to El San Juan Resort. It was the place to be on week ends, so we have fond memories of the area. We still love it here, and now share it with our renters.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property has the great advantage that it is right on the beach, while at the same time, having other amenities, as a great huge pool, basketball court, playgrounds etc. You just need to get on your beach clothes and take the elevator down, and a few steps further on, you are on the beach, while being is a very safe condo, with 24/7 security, and assigned parking space.
At the same time, if you feel like exploring the island it is a good place to stay, since it is very close to Highway 66, that goes to the East, where most of the attractions like Rainforest and bio bay tours are.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The minute I saw this apartment I fell in love because of the stunning views from the 18th floor....I knew it needed some work but the basic ingredient of a great location, was there. After the renovation work, I think the apartment is a true gem, and I wouldn't mind if I get the chance to use it myself every now and then....
