Magnífico condominio moderno - Perfecto para 6 adultos y niños

El condominio está en el segundo piso, todas las ventanas son privadas y / o frente al agua (Laguna). Hay piscina y canchas de tenis en las instalaciones. El estacionamiento está abajo. Los propietarios son locales, por lo que recibirá ayuda si la necesita de inmediato. Hay un código en la puerta de entrada, por lo que no tendrá que preocuparse de perder sus llaves.
Sin esperar los ascensores! A solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa, al otro lado de la calle. Para mantener las tarifas bajas, no proporcionamos ropa de cama ni toallas, tendrás que llevarlas contigo. Puede alquilar sábanas de nosotros por $ 50 (tarifa de servicio de lavandería).

Gran balcón envolvente frente al agua (laguna), sin esperar los ascensores! Al otro lado de la calle (3 minutos a pie!) de la playa, al lado de LAVELLA, Spinnakers, muchos restaurantes, arcadas. Condominio puede acomodar a más de 10 personas, por ejemplo 6 adultos + 5 niños (1 cama king, 6 camas individuales (4 camas + 2 futones), 2 sofás cama desplegables Queen) Hay suficientes almohadas y mantas, sin embargo, si su grupo es más grande que 8 personas - es posible que desee traer extra. Es posible que desee traer sus propias sábanas, ya que no somos un hotel y no las proporcionamos. Si lo prefiere, puede alquilar sábanas y toallas por $ 50 por grupo (este es el costo del servicio de lavandería). Soy local y tengo una peluquería en las instalaciones. This was our family vacation and the first thing we walk into is the owner basically yelling at us because we didn’t get there in a timely fashion for him, although we can’t help Florida traffic was horrible at that time. As for the actual condo itself, if you like cockroaches then you’ll love it. I understand that some place will have one or two but we seen numerous. The couch in bedroom was falling apart. Bits of black pleather were everywhere and this was also how the furniture was on balcony. Pull out couch was atrocious. All you could feel were the bed springs jabbing you in your organs. People even slept on floor because it was more comfortable. Dishes were in sink dirty. Bloody toilet paper in bathroom Curtains above couch fell down which were attached by double sided tape. We got locked out at one point because the lock battery went out and we had to have my son crawl up back balcony to let us in. And although we could have probably just texted the owner, he had such an attitude and left bad impression that first day that we didn’t even want to communicate with him. We were suppose to vacuum but could not find vacuum anywhere. There were items still left from previous renters. I wish I would have read the previous reviews more closely. The actual condo area was well maintained and pool was amazingly beautiful. Location was great too. Other than that it wasn’t worth it and I’m sure after reading the other reviews we will not get our deposit back either.

Make sure you read the fine print for this unit. They charge for a few things that most others do not. You either have to rent there linen or buy your our and other things you need to read

No major issues

You have to pay 20$ cash for each car parking in the lot and the passes have to be left when you leave. Checkout is also extremely early. Sergi was overall helpful but I purchased an extra pass to park my trailer on the property but there were no spots available. When I asked for a refund he was suddenly MIA. Place was full of sand and the drawers/cabinets haven't been cleaned in a long time. Bed was old so we brought an air mattress and slept on that. Bring all your own linens/towels and pillows if you dont want to use the ancient ones there. The aren't any cleaning supplies either. Broom needs to be replaced and there is no vacuum for you to use. Overall the entire place needs to be remodeled but it was also fairly cheap for the location. You can walk to the beach and nearby restaurants without a problem.

Needs good cleaning and better upkeep

It definitely has a lot of potential you can tell it’s not well taken care of and it seems like the only people who clean it are the ones who have stayed in it prior to you there were several times we seen a roach twice in the main bathroom and once in the silverware drawer the old couch and chair needs to be thrown in the trash on the deck . Serge was very nice and quick to respond to anything we had to ask. Would stay again if had no other Options. Honestly if they just took better care of the place it would be a lot nicer it doesn’t seem like they care much about the property.

Very comfortable and well equipped condo close to all the amenities and the beach.

We were very comfortable in this condo! We do not like the highrise beehive housing hotel style and opted for this two level condo community instead. Having a well equipped full kitchen and plenty of space for our family to sleep fit the bill perfectly for our vacation needs. Sergey, the facilities manager was very attentive to assure that our stay was very comfortable. In the associated photo is the lovely view from the balcony to the channel which is a boating access to the sea. We noticed many egrets, herons and other tropical wildlife as they went about their day. The community pool is very refreshing and offered lovely private evening swims after the day at the beach and pier and many entertainment venues close by. We will be booking again next year, Sergey! Thanks again, sir!

There are definitely pros and cons to staying here

There were some things that we enjoyed and many things that we hated at this condo. We weren't there a lot, which was why we were looking for the cheapest place in a good location. Here are our pros and cons. PROS: -The condo is bigger than it looks in the pics. We had 6 adults and we all had a lot of room to move around. -The balcony was also large and have a nice view of the lagoon. - Serge was helpful when I asked to him questions about finding a public park to have a BBQ. -Location was great! It was across the street from Ms. Newbys, the beach, and Hammerhead Fred's. The location was perfect, only a short walk from everything. - Having a code for the front door was super helpful instead of having keys. CONS: - The place was dirty. We had to buy bleach to soak the shower head because it was solid black with mildew. There were cockroaches on waIls. It was gross. - There are a ton of beds. It was impossible to sleep on most of them. The 1st BR king and trundle bed in 2nd BR were ok, the rest were pretty bad, we all complained & no one slept well. One girl literally fell through the sofa bed in the master, it doesn't have support anymore. - There really is a lockbox around the thermostat that remotely sets for 80 during the day, 75 at night. - We were told the week of our visit that we had to pay $20 for each parking pass, only 2 cars inside the gate, the rest had to walk even with a pass. I arrived to pay it, it was CASH ONLY, I was refused a receipt, then charged an extra $10 per parking pass when we left (because we didn't leave them behind, even though they had the dates of our stay so no one else could use them later) an extra $120 I wasn't expecting. - The showers in both bathrooms are jerry-rigged and scary. Weird knobs, plugs, and holes. Also I was there 6 nights and never took a hot shower, EVER. - The furniture on the back porch was very old furniture that used to be in the house, including one couch that was almost completely peeled off pleather, but just enough pleather left to peel off on you when you sit on it. - We had to check out by 9:30, with the floors swept, clean out the stove, microwave, fridge, freezer. If we didn't pay for linens and had to do all that, why pay a cleaning fee? - If you plan to wash/dry your clothes, expect it to take 5+ hours (literally) as you wash them, then have to dry them 3 times for 90 min (each time cleaning the lint trap.) We won't stay here again, we left tired and uncomfortable

DO NOT BOOK THIS CONDO!!!

We just got back from staying there for a girls trip & it was completely disgusting. It clearly had not been cleaned at all since the last people stayed in it. The kitchen counters hadn't even been wiped down and there was a layer of grime on them that I had to scrub to get even decently clean. The bathrooms had hair all throughout the showers & pee all over the toilets. Sand was all throughout the condo, even on the kitchen table. Neither of the pull out couches can actually be considered a bed. Both mattresses fall through and we had to stack cushions under them to get them to look somewhat like a bed. Owner was less than helpful, which the neighbors said was normal: they have had many problems out of him.

It's really good.

The good thing about the apartment is that it is in good condition, needs some little things but overall it was what I expected, the price is reasonable and the best thing is that it is close to all the activities and attractions, close to the beach, close to restaurants, close The water park and many other attractions in Panama City Beach, is a nice and pleasant place for a vacation, and if you have children they will enjoy it to the fullest.

We had a great time and the location of the property was great.

The location of the the property was great. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was also located near shops and attractions our children were interested in.

Our big family felt very comfortable in this condo during our visit in June! Very clean and accommodating with manager being just a call away! For the low price we paid we didn't expect to be accommodated like that, with nice new furniture, kitchen and flooring! Very convenient parking just outside of our door and beach is short walk away! Very relaxing balcony. Just perfect! We will book this condo again and recommend to all our friends! Thank you!

Disgusting

so when we enter the apartment it was so hot in there it was unbearable I had to go buy a fan and the apartment was nasty and filthy and it was not what he described on VIBO The mattress there was like sleeping on springs the pull out couch was broken the furniture outside on the porch was falling apart the bunkbeds was broken it was just a bad experience there and it was dusty the floors were dirty The bathrooms were dirty the showers were dirty there were cockroaches we paid to say six nights we only stayed for 4 because it was just disgusting I would not recommend to say there at all!!!

Clean, friendly, comfortable and affordable!

5 stars rating all the way around! The condo was exactly as in description, so there was no surprises. we were able to check in earlier, so we got the most out of our stay! For this price we could get 2-3 nights anywhere else and we stayed 7 nights here! The person who was helping with our rental was very helpful and nice. very nice and quiet condo! We could use tennis court and sauna at the clubhouse , which made the stay even more fun!

Perfect condo for big family!

We had the best vacation ever! First of all there was enough room for 2 families ( 5 adults and 4 kids) - we saved a lot of $! One couldn't ask for better location - few steps away from the beach, most of entertainment is within walking distance ( for adults there are 5 clubs we walked to: labella, spinnakers, newbies, hammerhead and 1 for our husbands,, kids loved the arcade, many rides and inexpensive restaurants - all within minutes of walk!) Condo was clean, fully equipped, even massage chair was provided! Landry inside is very convenient! A+ we will come back

The condo is ok but it was dirty

No the best experience I had. The massage chair was not working when we got there and he is claiming we did it, not fair but at least we had property damage insurance. The bathrooms were really dirty I had to buy a shower curtain because it was moldy. The location was great close to all the attractions

Horrible experience!!!!

Our experience here was horrible!! The owner was absolutely rude and talked down on us like we were trash. The condo was suppose to sleep 12 comfortably but when we got there it didn't and come to find out from other residents of the resort there is a 6 person limit and if the Fire Marshall was ever called we would have been kicked out. The oven never worked and was propped up by a stick. The microwave also didn't work.. There was also a lock box on the air conditioner and he refused to turn it down under 79 degrees. We woke up sweating and after we asked him SEVERAL times to turn the air down as we had small children and a pregnant woman staying there he then asked for an additional damage deposit giving us only a few short hours to pay or he would call the cops and have us evicted. After talking AND paying him his damage fee which was outrageous., we also had to pay additional money to get the air turned down to 74 degrees. The master shower never turned all the way off. Everything there was calked (including a wall recitical)..
