Location is perfect, walking distance to everything and a quiet neighborhood. Great for kids, playground on the block, near bay beach, fishing piers and a Stewarts. Walking distance to north end of boardwalk, plenty to do for kids and adults, beach is beautiful especially great for kids at low tide. Owner was gracious and responsive, unit was pretty well stocked and clean and cozy. Accurate to listing. Can't wait to come back next year!

Our family had the most amazing time during our stay over the 4th of July weekend! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk (about two blocks) to a quiet and peaceful stretch of beach. Every day, we made the most of it, thanks to Angie’s thoughtful touches. She provided beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and even let us use her wagon, which made hauling all the kids’ gear a breeze. Angie was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. We’d come back in a heartbeat next year!

The location was perfect for us. Just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. Our property manager, Angie, was awesome. Made our stay so much more enjoyable. Definitely will be back again!

Lovely unit and host! Plenty of room and amenities, super close to the beach! As a couple we truly enjoyed our stay and accommodations, the host was fantastic! Great experience at the shore. Highly recommend for couples or small families.

Beach getaway!

This place was amazing! VERY clean and exactly what we needed. The Location is perfect. We walked to the boardwalk, the beach, the water park, the casino pier and all the shops daily! Can’t forget the outdoor shower it was so convenient. Angie was great and gave us all the info we needed where to go, where to eat and we even got to see an amazing sunset right down the block at Sunset Beach. Our boys were able to rent bikes and explore the area on their own. The location is Close to Lavallette and Ortley beach. We can’t wait to return next summer!

Great Communication with Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seasidr Heights and Angie's condo. The kids were tickled pink with the trundle beds and that there was a puppy nearby. Despite the rainy days we made the most of each day. Angie was very responsive to messages and making recommendations on things to do in the area with younger kids. We appreciated the use of the beach locker and the added touch of the Arcade Credits for the kids to play a few games. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable.

Perfect beach getaway for our little family :-)

We loved everything about our stay at Angie’s place! She was friendly, hospitable, and very accommodating from start to end. The house is a very short walk to the beach/boardwalk and had everything we needed. Angie even set up outdoor games for us to play - I loved the Connect Four! We’ll be coming back for sure!

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay-the apartment was adorable and a short walk to the bay, beach, and boardwalk. Angie was a great host and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

Angie is the best of the best!

My family and I stayed with Angie for the week and she was the most gracious host. The apartment became our home for the week and we didn’t want to leave! Her property was maintained impeccably. The best part was the outdoor shower! We highly recommend this rental and will hopefully be back!

Great rental- awesome location and host

Everything about this rental was phenomenal from beginning to end. Angie is an excellent host. Her communication is excellent and she is very tentative to what her guests need. The rental was exactly as described, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Location was perfect- quiet area and just a block away from the beach & boardwalk. Would definitely recommend Angie and this rental, and would stay here again in a heart beat. Angie also provided excellent recommendations of the surrounding area. Thank you!!

Great little getaway

Angie is a great host! Awesome comms and offered and went above and beyond multiple times! Property is walking distance to boardwalk, beach, bay and playground for kiddos. Everything was clean and worked well. Only suggestion is an extra frying pan and a mixing bowl (which I am sure host could have provided had we asked). She is really the best!! We made due with what we had and don’t like to fuss over small things, so not seen as a negative here. Book with Angie!

We got this last minute so we were really happy about that only 4 to 5 blocks from the beach although the weather wasn't great we made the best of it and there was a lot to do Angie was great thank you so much ... the place was cozy and came as advertised

Angie's Place

Overall had a great time. Good size rooms and easily accessible to whatever you need be it the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, crabbing, golf and shopping nearby. Quiet neighborhood and onsite parking.

A much needed and fabulous vacation!

Angie was wonderful. The property was clean and Angie gave us some information about some events during our stay, that we may be interested in. She was available if we had any questions or concerns. Parking was sufficient for us and never an issue. I only wish we could've stayed another week.

All around amazing - AND CLEAN!!! SO CLEAN!!!

I have been in quite a few places over the years and this one is right at the top... I have to have things a certain way since my father travels along with my son and I. Cleanliness is my top priority and comfort. I also need to be able to cook all our meals due to diet needs. Well this was a place I can say only good about. The cleanest place I have been in so far and it was immaculate! Angie was only a text or call away if needed. Beds were comfortable which is RARE and the couch too!. Kitchen was just what I needed and layout was perfect! I could cook and still participate in whatever the family had going on awhile. Honestly could be happy living there if given the chance! Angie goes the extra mile and is all about making sure you have a great time! I can't say enough really! I just know I will be back for sure! I found our yearly vacation spot and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Angie for everything,can't wait to see you next summer!

Wonderful Stay!

The unit was clean and exactly as described. It rained most of the weekend, and Angie did everything she could to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. She recommended some places to eat, and gave my daughter a game card for an arcade on the boardwalk. She was also kind enough to allow us to check out late on Monday, so we could enjoy the only sunshine of the weekend. If you're looking, book it :-)

Great Location and Hospitality

The property and the location was perfect for us - 2 Adults and 2 Children. The property Manager was very accommodating and helpful with local activity information. The beach and are beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and still miss it. We will return in the future.

Great stay with fantastic host

We loved staying at Angie's place. Her apartment was the perfect size for our family and we enjoyed having our meals outside. She is extremely friendly, lend us her bike, pass beaches and even a boogie board to play in the waves (at the end of the street). She was super kind to our boys who loved her two dogs. We almost felt like part of the family. Thanks again Angie.

Seaside apartment, better than hotel and more economical

First, the property was close enough to the beach but far enough so my family and I didn't have to deal with the beach riff Raff.... Second, the property was clean and the property owner was great to deal with!!!

Hi, my name is Angie Lombardi and this was my Families Home where we grew up in the Summer with my Grandparents, Parents, Aunts, Uncles and lots of Cousins. We have made many great memories here and in Seaside Heights, so I love when guests come and make memories too.
I am also on the Seaside Heights Business Improvement District Board and am very involved in town and volunteer with all that we do here in Seaside.
