This is the second year we booked here and it was great both times. There’s not a better location in Seaside Heights for a family. Literally steps from the beach so you can go back and forth with the kids and it’s at the top of the boardwalk so you’re not right in the mayhem, but still a quick walk to all the rides. The place was clean, has everything you need and the host is wonderful. Always responds quickly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

Good location from the boardwalk and beach but the rental unit itself needed a good cleaning. I rented unit a ground level unit and it was not clean. When I pointed out the cleaning issues the sand all over the couch cushions, hairs in the bed, mold and mildew in the bathroom, a hair tie with black hair in the shower. The back bedroom had trash sitting on the window sill. I was told sorry it would be addressed with their cleaning crew but no offer to take care of it while we were there, yet I paid a cleaning fee. The hardest thing for us to deal with was how LOUD it is when there are people in the unit above us. Out of the 5 nights we were there two different groups rented the unit upstairs from us. Just their walking above us was so noisy, actually loud enough that someone upstairs woke us up at 5 am hearing them opening and closing draws and walking around. We would never stay there again.

Jersey Shore FTW… with kids!

DH and I decided at the last minute to take our 3 boys (ages 10, 9, and 5) to NYC, with a quick stop by the beach since it’s summertime. I booked this place because it was available, looked decent, and no one had to share a bed… not my best research performance, and I was sweating it when I finally realized that it’s directly across from the actual Jersey Shore MTV house (not quite ready to intro these kids to all that). End result: I looked incredible because this place was great! The boardwalk was clean, we had the gorgeous white-sand beach almost to ourselves for hours, and the hosts had everything we needed on hand. The “houseguest directions” were clear and easy; and not only did we not have to worry about the basics (btw, VRBO hosts who don’t provide sheets are monsters), they even had communal laundry soap and dryer sheets. We were there for a very short time on vacation and I hate laundry…. But then we needed it (because, boys) and what a luxury to just be able to do it! Thanks for a great stay. The kids are already asking to come back!

Wonderful!

We were visiting family in Toms River and love staying in Seaside for the boardwalk. Yes, it is chilly this time of year but my kids love it. This property was perfect for us. One block to the boardwalk, very clean and the beds were really comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was how responsive the host is. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee that included sugar and creamer. I usually have to bring that myself and I completely forgot this time so I was very grateful to have that available. We will definitely stay here again.

Great shore house!

The house was clean and very cute. The location was fantastic! It was literally like a 30 second walk to the boardwalk. The property managers were super easy to contact and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Location

Great property steps from the boardwalk. Everything was clean both inside and out with a beautiful flower garden and outside courtyard for relaxing and grilling. Absolutely everything we needed for our stay including clean laundry facility area and off street parking. The hosts were also amazing with checking in to make sure we had all we needed and answering our questions quickly making the entire process fast and easy! We will be going back! Thank you!

Close to everything, yet peaceful

We really enjoyed how clean and well taken care of this property was, and the shared outdoor space was beautiful and quiet. I was worried it would be noisy at night because it’s so close to the boardwalk but it’s at a very peaceful location and we were not disturbed! Would stay again.

Mini beach vacation

I would give this rental overall a 5 star rating. The location is perfect with a 1 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The apartment is small and cozy with everything we needed. The check in was easy and seamless. The only thing that was difficult only because we were traveling with small children is the the rooms are pretty bright through the window at night and in the morning. I brought portable black out shade but only had two and the room had 4 windows. But all the pros absolutely outweigh that one con. The free laundry room was such a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and lovely place to stay!

This was a such a wonderful place stay. We had two groups in two separate units on the property. The checkin process was seamless and the hosts provided thorough and prompt directions/communication as needed. The outdoor area was lovely and provided ample space for our group to hangout and grill. The location was excellent.

Close to boardwalk

Right on the boardwalk- easy to get to and from the beach. Can be a little noisy late night bc of prime location. The kids used noise machines. You can hear the people in the second floor unit. Had a great time. Property owners were very helpful and quick to respond w assistance or answers to questions!!

Boardwalk hideaway

The Location to all that Seaside Height has to offer is outstanding. Very well appointed 3 bedroom apartment. Good size living area and nice kitchen.. The Outdoor space is also a bonus. We had a great visit.

Short stay at Seaside Heights

My husband, daughter and I spent a few days at Seaside Hts during our last family vacation before our daughter’s wedding. The condo was exactly as advertised. Just steps from the boardwalk. Free parking for two cars. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We did have one issue, which was no fault of the owners. They were extremely responsive to emails, did everything they could to fix the problem in an expedient manner and called to follow up on the issue. The owners were kind and thoughtful in all communications. If we are ever in Seaside Hts again, we’ll definitely try to book one of their properties!

Excellent Location and Overall Experience

From check in to check out everything was wonderful. Great communication with the owners. They checked in to make sure everything was to our standards on our arrival day. Quick to respond to any messages I sent. Couldn't ask for a better location. We were a family of 4 adults so the size was just enough to accommodate our needs. The outdoor space was so relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was sparkling clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the linen and towels were soft and comfy. The location is unbelievable!! The beautiful and relaxing courtyard was the cherry on top. We loved it all. We will definitely be back!!

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location right off the boardwalk and beach.

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
