Nuestro hermoso condominio que se encuentra justo en las playas de Playa del Carmen habla por sí solo. Con una increíble vista al mar desde prácticamente cualquier lugar de la cocina, la sala de estar y el comedor, simplemente no mejora mucho. El balcón del segundo piso con vista a la playa es un excelente lugar para relajarse después de una comida o simplemente para sentarse y disfrutar. ¡Solo unos pocos pasos y puede estar de pie en la suave y sedosa arena de la playa con el océano a sus pies! Estar ubicado en el corazón de Playa del Carmen lo tiene a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, pubs, vida nocturna y el más famoso de todos, las tiendas de fama mundial de 5th Avenue. Todas sus necesidades básicas se pueden cumplir a corta distancia, incluidos los comestibles y los suministros que desee. Hay muchas opciones en el área para excursiones de un día, como pesca en alta mar, recorridos a lugares como las Ruinas de Tulum, recorridos en catamarán y los parques temáticos Excaret. y Xel-ha. ¡Un corto paseo por la playa y puede tomar un ferry a Cozumel y visitar esta pequeña isla impresionante, muy conocida por su buceo!

GREAT Location

The location makes it so worth it. Your in the middle of everything. However, the issues with the actual stay were not great. There was no remote for the a/c in the master bedroom so there was a bright a/c light that made it hard to sleep. I asked but there was no remote. The television in the master was not working and nothing could be done about that. The cleaing during the stay was great. It would be nice to know that there is ONLY a washer but no dryer so things stay wet and musty. But other than that, the place is awesome.

Fantastic condo overlooking the ocean!

We were so happy with this condo! I traveled with my mom and husband. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The cleaning service every other day was an unexpected bonus. Six blocks to Consume ferry. Lots of restaurants nearby. Zenzi beach club was wonderful! Seaweed was bad when we arrived, however on the second story balcony you couldn't smell it. We did some excursions to Isla Mujeres Cozumel, and cenote Azul. The seaweed was gone our last day and we got to enjoy setting up camp on our beach in front of the condo. I need to learn more spanish! I hope to return!

Super condo, super host, super location

We are a family of 4 adults and this place worked great! It was very clean, modern and big! Each bedroom had a king bed and large bathroom and plenty of drawers and closet space. The front balcony is fantastic - right on the water with beautiful palm trees too. We really enjoyed the location, one block from all the shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. Graham is a great host. He responds to everything instantly and even arranged our airport transportation. We’ll be back.

Very accommodating! Beautiful view!

The villa is beautiful! Rooms are nice and it’s very spacious. Huge patio overlooking the ocean! Very easy to get around the area from where it’s located. Host is great! The staff is great! Only thing I’d mention is that there is a club out front and it’s pretty loud from nine to pretty late in the evening and into the next day. I would definitely stay here again but maybe not recommend it to a family with little ones.

Exceptional location

We wanted to extend our stay in Mexico and went from an all inclusive to this vacation rental. The location and balcony cannot be beat. It is a large clean unit at the beach and a block from the Main Street. There is a good restaurant attached to the building. They have live music you can enjoy from the balcony. When you go in your unit and shut the doors you cannot hear it. The unit is a bit “dated” compared to the pictures which is a bit of a shock when you first get there but then you realize it isn’t an isssue. We did not use the rooftop deck at all it needs some work, but with the main deck we didn’t need it. There is no pool or beach chairs which would be the only thing we missed but with the deck being at the beach it wasn’t a major issue.

Absolutely beautiful 😍

The place it’s amazing whit incredible ocean views, everything it’s steps away, love to walk at 5th Ave just few minutes from condo also the place it’s huge whit 2 master suite was just me and my husband but really enjoy ourselves… we rented a car just to leave at the garage if you here don’t really need it everything it’s so close by … definitely will recommend and which I was there hoping I can go back soon…. Everyone there are very friendly and helpful… thanks for having me 🥰

The double edged sword

Loved the location and the property. If you are adult couples looking for a great base of operations this is it. Even for a family like us it was great. Sadly the seaweed had hit since we booked and they had been burying it on the beach right below the gloriously big and well appointed patio with gorgeous ocean views. With the stench of decay and the accompanying headaches we had to leave after three days. Our host Graham was wonderful about it, we would definitely go back. By the end of our stay in pdc 6 days later the water was finally starting to clear, and I want to be clear that ALL of pdc had useless foul beach during our stay. We would like to go back and truly enjoy the potential of the place, but we may target winter next time :)

Amazing Stay right on the beach!

The condo was HUGE for just 2 of us but the condo was very nice. The balconies and private soaking pool are all much needed at the end of the day! Couldn’t be happier

Fantastic location

Right on the beach with restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Parking was a bit of a hassle because the street was closed but Graham arranged accommodations across the street. Huge apartment with all amenities needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great location and very spacious condo

The location of this property is overlooking the Zenzi beach with Quinta Ave. just one block up. Walmart is just a 10 minute walk away to pick up your groceries. We had a great stay at this condo but there were a couple of facility related problems. The property manager was absolutely fabulous to work with- very responsive and helpful throughout the whole trip. The concierges were very good as well and helped make those facility issues easier to work through. This condo was very roomy and exactly the type of place we prefer. Both bedrooms were very large and comfortable. I loved the really big patio with the ocean and beach views. Special thanks to the property owner who was so good to work with.

Location unbeatable. Right on the beach. and 1/2 block from 5th ave. Look our over the beach, see Cozumel in the distance, watch sunrise from balcony, etc. Kids walk out the door and onto the beach. Nice building. Property is in good shape both inside and out. Clean, good AC, kitchen well-equipped, two good-sized bedrooms, open kitchen living and dining area, huge balcony and 3 small ones, etc. Bathrooms fine. Washer/dryer works well. Hot water was off when we got there but as soon as we told the property manager it was turned on immediately and was available within 10 minutes. Parking in garage beneath building with 24 hour live security guard. Pretty extensive rooftop area with grill, Jacuzzi, furniture, etc which we didn't even use. Oontz-oontz noise of nearby clubs did filter in at night but was not enough to keep us awake.- thick sliding glass doors were tight. Would recommend..

Nice condo with panoramic views

The condo was nice with a lot of space. The view was awsome and Graham was great to work with he even helped us with arranging our transportation when we missed our second flight. My only qaum was the night club below the balcony. during the evening it was nice sitting out on the patio watching the sunlight disappear listening to the live music from the night club but when we were ready to go to bed that live music became a problem. My kids had a hard time going to sleep with how noisy it was in the living area and also the bedroom midway down the hall. When they only played the DJ's music it was fine but the live bands were twice as loud. One more thing is the hide a bed is in terrible shape. The proximity to the 5th ave was great we could walk to anything we needed and everything else was great.

Perfect Getaway

We spent our 20th. anniversary here and it was nothing short of fantastic. Location is within walking distance to 5th. avenue, great restaurants, and shopping. Staff was very professional and attentive. We used USA transfers to take us from the airport right to the front door and back. Walmart is a few blocks up the street and an OXXO c-store around the corner. Graham surpassed our expectations. This is a great spot. Great job!

The property was awesome, location not so much

The condo is beautiful, size is great, location is great if you can get past the loud music blaring all night. We did not have one bit of rest until the music stopped playing way after 1:30 am when we were told it stopped at 12:00. My husband and I were both exhausted as we could not sleep, then of course spent the whole next day like zombies only to come home and want to rest when again the music would start. The cafe/bar below had some pleasant musing during the day, low key no problem, but when the band would start if was off the hook. We only went to Playa at this time for a wedding but we would definitely no stay here again. nice ocean view, located to everything, Silvia was great.
