Frente al mar, villa de excelente ubicación en el lago Oconee en la comunidad de Cuscowilla.

Excelente ubicación para un fin de semana romántico o una escapada familiar.
La propiedad es increíble con los pastos nativos y los pinos imponentes rodeados de varios estanques pequeños (con muchos peces).

Imagínese tomando un café en nuestra terraza mirando el hermoso lago, y luego terminando su día sentado en el patio trasero cenando con una vista increíble del agua. Escápese para refrescarse, recargarse o reconectarse.

Las actividades incluyen caminatas, ciclismo, tenis, baloncesto, pesca, natación en el lago y alquiler de botes en el lugar.

No se puede superar la ubicación!

La suite principal tiene cama king con baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen y baño privado. Cada habitación tiene una hermosa vista frente al mar del lago Oconee. Wi-Fi gratis.

Beautiful Villa

Fantastic villa, perfect location next to the club house. Loved the private dock and patio. I especially give the property manager 5 stars!!! We had an amazing labor day weekend stay.

The condo was perfect. Host was amazing at accommodating all of our requests. We will be returning for more golf and lake days. Beautifully decorated and the best location.

Beautiful Lake Retreat

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It is exactly like the pictures but the lake view is even better! We came for a wedding but would love to come back during the summer to take advantage of the dock and water sports available in the area. Thanks for giving us such a wonderful home away from home!

Lake getaway

The property was very clean and well decorated. It had all the essentials we needed for the weekend and was located on the lake with easy access the grocery store, marina and restaurants. The owners were so nice and helped us with anything we needed. It was a great weekend getaway! We had so much fun!

First Trip to Lake Oconee

This was our first trip to Lake Oconee and we will definitely be back. We absolutely loved the lake and this wonderful place we stayed. The Villa was beautiful, extremely clean, and perfect for my husband and I, as well as our 15 and 17 year old children. The Villa was beautifully decorated and very well cared for. The back patio overlooks the lake and we spent every morning having coffee and every evening enjoying happy hour out there. The Villa is located in a gorgeous golf community. This made for perfect morning walks after having coffee on the patio. The location of the Villa was perfect. Just minutes to Publix and the restaurants. It was less than 10 minutes to the Marina where we rented a boat for 3 days. It was also less than 15 minutes to the the golf course where my husband and son golfed. Gina was amazingly quick to respond to all of my questions. She had great suggestions for where to eat, golf, and boat. She even texted one night when we were out to make an additional suggestion. She is probably one of the nicest owners we've worked with in VRBO. We will definitely plan on staying here again and will suggest it to anyone who plans on visiting.

Great escape!

Not far from Atlanta, but far enough to feel like you have nothing to worry about! Cuscowilla is a very nice, but slow paced community. When you’re in this place you don’t worry about what time it is and just enjoy the views and the area around. There are plenty of local spots to enjoy for food.

Beautiful property

Great stay! The photos really don't do it justice - even better than described. Very well equipped and the sunroom is amazing. Loved the location on the lake - close to marina and to restaurants. Great tvs for watching sports and owner was super easy to work with. Recommend and would definitely rent again! Thanks for having us!

Amazing first time visit

The property was more than we had expected. It was decorated beautifully and made such a comfortable environment. The sunroom was the perfect place to sit in the morning with my tea and listen to the birds as the sun rose. It was also the perfect place for a quick afternoon nap during the busy weekend. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I 1000% recommend this place. Next time we are here for a family visit and golf get away this will be our first choice!!

Absolutely spectacular

This was just the reset we needed. Peaceful, calm, relaxing, tranquil. We didn’t want to leave. We wish we would have been able to stay for a longer duration. Everything from booking, check-in, to check-out was done with ease. The pictures don’t do the Villa any justice. Absolutely amazing property. Highly suggest this rental.

Excellent family vacation

We had an amazing experience renting this property. From the start communicating with the property manager made our decision easy. Gina was prompt at answering all our questions and very welcoming when we arrived. The property is beautiful from the drive in to the villa. The villa is decorated perfectly and so very clean. It’s also very well equipped with all the cooking ware you need. Also a grill on back patio which over looks the lake. We loved the villa being lake front. Was so nice to float on rafts and enjoy. There is a wonderful dock too which makes it’s so convenient for renting a boat. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Lakeside Rental!

We loved renting this property! Everything from the decor to the location is just perfect! It’s located right next to the pool and the restaurant so very convenient if you have children with you. The unit has a beautiful lake view to wake up too as well as a boat dock right out back. Typhoon Tommy’s is located right across the lake for easy access to boat rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities to cook your meals. The unit is very clean and nicely updated. There are two large bathrooms as well. Gina was wonderful to work with as well and got right back to me with any questions. My family and I will definitely rent this unit again! It was perfect for me and my three children. Hilary W.

Great location!!!

First, the property couldn't be more ideally located. It is almost equidistant from the pool and the lake. The pool is huge and for our visit was only crowded a few times. Usually, it was my family of 5 only. Although it is a possibility to be charged for the pool we were not charged once. So that's a bonus. The lake is large, warm and not overly busy. There is a pontoon rental business on the property that is located very close as well. (it is by the free pool) Overall, we had a very relaxing and fun vacation without the long drive to the beach (we are from KY). Gina was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this property!!!!

Impeccable stay!

Our family of four had a delightful stay in this lovely Villa. We rented both sides of the downstairs and it was not only beautiful but supremely comfortable. We slept like babies. Also our two sons, 10 and 16, had an amazing amount of space in their room, which they really appreciated. The pool is fantastic and the lake absolutely amazing. The location of this unit is ideal - right next to the pool (but there is no noise). We did a fishing charter the first day and a pontoon boat rental the next. On the last day we played tennis and caught 10 fish right off the dock. It was just a great family vacation. Will definitely be back to stay at this villa again!
