PRIVATE LAKEFRONT HOME WITH HOT TUB & AMAZING VIEW OF LAKE OCONEE

Large family lake house with amazing lake views from all around the house. There is a huge, flat backyard with direct access to Lake Oconee. We offer a private dock and a walk in beach into the lake that allows for easy swim access.

The oversized deck with chairs allows you to soak up the sun on a quiet part of Lake Oconee! Come enjoy the beach where you can kayak from after a day of tubing on the lake! Dogs are family too, and we are dog friendly at our home.

This lake house has a large family room with lake views from the moment you step in. Leave all the worry at the door! The master is on the main with a large ensuite bathroom, incredible views. There are three large rooms upstairs and a large bedroom downstairs in the basement with direct views to Lake Oconee! Basement offers a lot of sitting room and entertainment space, along with a mini kitchenette area.

This home has a large family and rec room space for the family, mini kitchen and a walk out patio just steps from the beautiful LAKE OCONEE. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs to allow more space for sleep!

There is a ton of closet space for longer weeks at the lake, and there is plenty of room for entertaining family from near and far!

Outside backyard offers incredible lake views... you can spend the afternoon fishing off the dock or spend the day on the lake! When you're ready to relax, enjoy the evening overlooking the lake in the Lake View Hot Tub..... Get ready to gather your family and friends around the outdoor firepit, roasting smores making memories!

We do have a peddle boat and paddle boards available as well for you to enjoy throughout your vacation at no additional cost!

such a great house! amazing location on the water, right in a little cove so there was no issues with waves from passing boats so swimming off the dock was awesome. super spacious living areas both downstairs and upstairs so our group could all hang out together. definitely would rent again!

Great stay at beautiful home!

Home was beautiful and a great place for three families to spread out! View of lake was amazing and the paddle boards were such a nice bonus.

This is how you vacation!!

We made our way back to Lake Oconee with our closets friends. We all went to college at GC&SC so this was the perfect location to take our kids for the first time. The house was perfect, very spacious, well equipped, fantastic amenities and of course right on the water. We had a few zany events that happened during our stay that were out of everyone’s hands (made for great memories) but Hannah and Todd were great. Easy and quick to communicate. They truly went out of their way to ensure we had a great time and for that we are very thankful. This was just the vacation our group needed and this listing completed the trip. Cheers!

Lake Stay

We have to evacuate our home in Fl for hurricane Milton and found this place. It was amazing as it is in such a serene area. Gorgeous view, terrific and large yard, and short drive to restaurants and shops. The host was amazing and super responsive.

Great Family Getaway

We had an absolute blast at this property! We had 6 adults, 2 kids, and an infant and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was at the house and so convenient. The outdoor set up was amazing too! Would definitely visit again.

Great Family Lakehouse!

Great house for a family weekend on the lake! Plenty of space and a great cove for the kids to swim off the dock! We brought our own boat and the dock was perfect to tie up the boat overnight to avoid going back and forth to the boat launch.

Great place on the lake

My friends and I spent the wknd here and were impressed with the property and amenities. It was very well maintained and clean, had plenty of activities to keep us busy and was also in a great location on the lake. Host was very friendly and helpful when needed. Would stay here again next time we plan a lake weekend getaway.

Great trip to Lake Oconee

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Oconee. This house was perfect for our group and the hosts thought of everything. The paddle boards were a big hit, the beach area was great for the kids and the dock was perfect. The house had everything we needed and Hannah was so responsive. We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect spot for a Friends Getaway!

The location was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The perfect amount of space for 10 people. The amenities at the house were a great bonus. Being able to rent their personal boat was great too. A beautiful home in a great setting on the lake! Highly recommend!

Amazing place

The home was very beautiful, spacious and secure. The view of the lake from most part of the home was gorgeous. I loved that each floor had it own thermostat so each section was comfortable. The owner of the property responded quickly to any questions I had. I would stay again. Just a beautiful place.

Great House and Location

Great visit! The house is true to the pictures! Pros interior of house, comfy furniture, paddle boards and peddle boat great additions our teenagers loved them! Kitchen has everything you need! Plenty of towels, linens, and sleeping set ups. A few items if added that could set it over the top a 2nd fridge in kitchenette, 1 more outside trash can, and a good power wash of outside areas and dock. Overall great house and location we will definitely be back!

Best Birthday!

The house is beautiful on a beautiful piece of property. All 10 of us (Age 2-70) had adequate space. We rented the boat and that was so much fun. Hot tub so nice. Ample towels for lake and boat. Great mini vacation! Kids already asking to go back!

Perfect for our big family

This house was perfect for our big family. We had 5 adults and 4 kids. There was enough space to spread out. We grilled and cooked most meals, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The cove was super quiet. It was great for swimming, paddle boarding, and fishing. They also have a little sand area leading into the water, which was great for our 2 and 5 year old to play in the shallow area. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again.

Excellent Family Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The house is beautiful, clean and like new. It is well set up to welcome a family of grandparents, parents and children. The house is very well appointed from the kitchens to the towels and sheets/blankets. The host has thought of many details to make the stay more enjoyable. The location on the lake is superb offering a fantastic and safe place for children to swim and play in the lake. We brought our ski boat and we were in the perfect location to launch our tubing, skiing and surfing experiences! There were paddle boards and pedal boat for use to use. We used the bbq which was also great. The property manager/host was very attentive and welcoming. We have only positive things to say about our stay!

Amazing family trip!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The house and property were exactly what lake trip dreams are made of. The view from the back deck of the green grass and sparkling lake- amazing. We even caught a gorgeous sunset. We had 7 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children and we had plenty of space! We were even all able to gather in the huge living room to watch the Olympics together at night. Fully equipt kitchen- s'mores skewers and all! Hannah (and Todd- who onboarded us with the boat) were beyond helpful from first inquiry to after checking out. Having the boat there to rent was also great! Don't let the winter photos of the lake fool you! The water was clear. We had so much fun jumping off the dock and playing at the "beach". If you are considering booking, you won't regret it! We will definitely be back!

Bride and her family house

This house and its location were fantastic. I was having my wedding and Eatonton, and was looking for a place to rent out for my family. We were also hoping to have our “rehearsal dinner“ on Friday night. Since the listing mentioned that events were possible with owners permission, I reached out to the host to inquire. Hannah was amazing! Not only was she on board, she was so supportive and excited for me. Our gathering was small, with about 25 people total, and the party was over by 10 PM since we had a long day the following day everything about the house is perfect , it fit everyone great, the scenery was beautiful, and the House was well-maintained. I especially appreciated that we were able to have my dog stay at the house as well, 60 pound goofball. With all the things surrounding a wedding weekend, and all the stressors, this rental house was not one of them. Hannah was super flexible and accommodating, and I am extremely appreciative!

Heaven By the Lake

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this property! *The property itself is beautiful, the neighborhood pristine, and conveniently located within 20min of the grocery store, 5 min from a convenience store. The location leaves you feeling like you are secluded at the lake as you watch the deer walk through the front yard. *The house layout is wonderful, offering everyone their own space with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, a master suite on the main floor, a half bath on the main floor as well, and a bedroom with attached bathroom on the lower level. Great space! However, we were out on the water most of the time. Speaking of which... *Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat!! Pull behind inflatables were ready to go, and the enitre family really enjoyed them. *Anyone enjoy fishing? Another fantastic boat activity! We brought our own poles , but there are fishing poles available at the house. *If the bigger boat isnt your speed, grab a friend and jump on the paddle boat! Super fun to explore the inlets around you while getting some cardio in. We also enjoyed testing our balance and fighting gravity on the paddle board! Keep your phone at the ready, great video opportunities. Thank me later. *Top it all off with smores around the campfire! The family really enjoyed this area. *Hannah was AMAZING to work with, as was Stuart who did our onboarding with the boat. We loved this place so much we stayed an extra night. We can not wait to come back!!!

The new benchmark for our VRBO lake vacations!

We get together every summer at a lake VRBO, and we've found some houses we really liked...until this year. We LOVE this house. This one set the bar that's going to be tough to beat! First off, as a recurring VRBO renter, there's something special when a property owner "gets it"! From the first moment, it was obvious the owner and management team wanted to create raving fans. The quality of the house, the landscaping, the water toys, the comfort of the beds, the bedding, the kitchen details, and on and on. Good grief, they thought of everything -- fishing poles, tackle, paddle boards, pedal boat (what?! yes!), extra blankets for the oversized family room and large couches -- you get the point! The house has all the details you need -- big gathering rooms, great beds, 2 kitchens with great appliances, and strong A/C during the hottest days. The location on the lake is perfect (a quiet, low traffic cove perfect for floating and lounging, yet close to the big water for tubing and exploring or going to "Jumping Rock"), the back yard is exactly what you want for big group memories -- throw a football, play cornhole, lounge around the huge firepit, soak in the beautiful new hot tub, catch "easy" fish off the big dock, and (IF YOU'RE SMART) go out for an afternoon splash and sunset cruise on the pontoon boat -- it's Sooooo worth renting during your stay! We had 12 people: 6 adults (3 couples), and 6 teenage kids, and everyone had plenty of room, comfy beds, enough hot water, and all the fun we could stand! We knew we liked lake Oconee, and we thought Reynolds Plantation would be tough to beat (we've stayed there a couple times), but this house blows them away. The owner gets it, the property management team was amazingly responsive to any question or need, and the house was just what we hoped. It's our new favorite, hands down.
