I am originally from Arizona. Born and raised in Phoenix. I moved to San Diego in 2017 and then to North County San Diego in 2018.

I like to consider myself a friendly and outgoing person. I am a full time high school teacher and a part time college teacher.

The LGBTQIA+ community and BIPOC are safe with me.

My place is a two story townhouse in a small community. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I reside in the main suite (with my own bathroom) and I am renting out the 2 extra bedrooms and bathroom that are on the same top floor as the main room.

The guest rooms are upstairs on the left side of the hallway (right next to my room but does not share a wall with my room).

The rooms are on the smaller side but to help with that, I added a pocket door inside of the rooms so you can move between room #1 and room #2. Both rooms are carpeted and room #1 and has a queen-size bed and room #2 has a twin sized day bed that can be converted to a queen size bed (when requested). There is a small mini refrigerator in the bedroom for your convenience, as well as a TV with cable and Roku TV. There is a Keurig Coffee Machine and a desk for those who need a space to work. I provide clean and fresh towels, linens, pillows.

Room #1 can perfectly accommodate up to 2 adults or an adult with a child. If requested, room #2 can be converted into another bed to accommodate a 3rd person. It’s a great place to sleep, relax, and a safe place for your belongings/luggage, while you spend the day away at work or going on adventures. The community is very safe.
