VISTA PANORÁMICA AL MAR Remodelación de lujo! Lavadora y secadora en condominio. G313 - Perfeccion Panoramica

Venga a disfrutar de la perfección panorámica - G313. Se le dio el nombre de "Perfección panorámica" porque la vista es diferente a cualquiera de nuestros otros apartamentos de un dormitorio. Desde la sala de estar, la cocina y el dormitorio principal tiene una vista despejada y despejada del océano. Realmente obtiene lo mejor de ambos mundos, ya que el G313 se encuentra en el último piso del condominio de gran altura en una parte tranquila del complejo y le brinda una vista completa y sin obstrucciones tanto del puerto como del océano. Los sonidos de las olas penetran todo el camino hacia el condominio y son impulsados por la música del arroyo burbujeante de abajo. G313 - Panoramic Perfection

We were in a bind and On The Sand Vacations were a life saver. G313 was perfect for our needs while visiting our family in Oceanside. The location is perfect and the view was wonderful - even with all the rain! The condo was clean, and nicely stocked. My only reason for the 4 star is that the pillows were all the same - too big! There were plenty to choose from, but they were all the same. Both my husband and I had terrible neck aches after our stay. I would, however, choose North Coast Village again as it's so conveniently located and the views are spectacular.

Beautiful condo ovrlooking ocean and harbour

Always enjoy staying here. OnTheSand are very prompt answering and fixing any concerns. Always friendly and available and we can't praise them enough. We did not rebook for next year due to our falling Candian $, and the distressing agenda of the new administration. Thanks to all.

Great Ocean and Harbor Views

This was a very nice condo with great ocean views. I enjoyed the complementary snacks and cleanliness. I think the bed could definitely use a mattress upgrade. It's almost a week later and my neck and back are still hurting. It was still an overall great experience.

Perfect viewpoint

We cannot speak highly enough about On The Sand's on site team, always prompt to respond and attend to any concern in a cheerful manner. The condo is perfect for two people, well equipped and furnished. We look forward to returning again next year.

Florida getaway

Location was fantastic...the view was amazing. Just a few suggestions the coffee table was not necessary the room is small a small ottoman would have been perfect. The patio doors need new rollers it was extremely hard to open and shut. A new air dream on the sofa sleeper would do wonders for the back if your the one having to sleep on it. The master could use a new mattress as well... always felt like I was rolling into a hole. And a designate place for groceries would be great all the cupboards were filled with an abundance of dishes. Would consider staying again.

Great view very wonderful

The condo’s kitchen had almost everything you could imagine. Everything was a short walk from the condo (pool, ocean, gym, koi pond, etc.) The first days we were there, the elevator was not working. It wasn’t that bad because the walk from the garage to the condo was not very long. When we left, the elevator was working again. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The view of the ocean was spectacular. On-The-Sand was very nice and sent emails asking if we needed things.

Don't hesitate - take your family to North Coast Village!

Staying at North Coast Village via On the Sand Vacation Rentals was exactly the escape that we needed. G-313 had an amazing view of the ocean and harbor. The condos are literally steps away from the beach, and we enjoyed the family amenities that North Coast offered. Our 2 year old loved the pool and koi pond, where he even got to see baby ducks! We also saw a snake crossing the brick path one night, which we thought was really cool! For dinner each night, we walked to the Harbor which has a cantina, fish and chips spot, and also more upscale dining. We tried something new every night, and there's a cute shop to stop into after for ice cream. The condos are also a quick walk to the pier, where they have an amazing beachfront playground. We never really needed to get in the car for anything, except for when we needed a few miscellaneous groceries. Oh, and our trip to Legoland + the San Diego County fair. There's just so much to do, so close by! The condo itself was very clean and had a kitchen fully stocked with supplies, plus even everything we might need for the beach. This is going to be our family's vacation spot each year!

Checking process

HOA personnel need training on politeness and client service approach. Checking was horrible. However, the location is awesome, the appartement is very nice, with a good view on the ocean. Highly recommend that place.

Property is gorgeous and very well taken care of. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and stuff to do within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back!

Whole process was quick and easy with great views.

Every summer I try to get out to Oceanside at least once. North Coast Village has always been my go to. On-the-Sand made the entire process easy. The Condo was very clean and the view from the patio was amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

My two children and I stayed here and it was the perfect location with the perfect view.

Last minute beach getaway

North Coast Village is a great property - right on the beach in Oceanside. Reservations for the pool/hot tub filled up so quickly, we could not get in. We had a great time on the beach. As we didn't use the pool/hot tub, we likely could have stayed elsewhere for less $$, but we enjoyed the location anyway.

Wonderful. Felt like we were in Hawaii

Beautiful View!

Just got home from a week at this condo and it was wonderful! It's literally right at the beach. From the bed in the bedroom you can see the ocean, the view from the balcony is absolute perfection, the whole condo facility was amazing! Also loved that this condo had a washer and dryer in it.

Beautiful condo with outstanding view!

This is our second year staying in G313 and as always it was amazing. Loved the upgraded shower and having a washer and dryer in the condo made the whole stay even better. There was every thing you could think of in the condo. My son loved playing with the sand toys on the beach. The view from this condo was awesome! Loved sitting out on the patio having coffee each morning. Loved the closeness of everything from Ruby's at the end of the pier to the awesome marina. We even explored a little further down in front of the marina and found a playground on the sand my son loved. We also loved watching the resident sea lion frolic in the marina and the cute squirrels playing in the rocks. Oceanside is so amazing and truly feels like "home" . We walked down to the downtown for the Farmer's Market on Thursday as well. We will for sure be back next year!!

Great views!!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful condo for a week. It had all the amenities we could have asked for. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo overlooks the ocean and the harbor. There are so many things to do in the area, as well as at the complex itself. I would suggest taking a tour of the complex soon after you arrive. The pool, whirlpool, gym, etc. are all well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend staying in this condo if you are lucky enough to have the chance.

Sunset View

The condo has a great sunset view. We had fun just watching the surfers and boats. The condo was well set up and we appreciated the newly remodeled kitchen. The complex is well tended and maintained. Elevators and garage space organized and efficient. Also the pool and hot tub are great. Our only concern are the bed and furniture are a bit tired.
