Tetsuo, thank you for staying at my 11 bedroom Christina Estate in Seminyak and for leaving such a fantastic review, it’s very much appreciated. The staff loved looking after you all and I'm so glad you really enjoyed the villa location, staff and amenities. Yes, the Bintang Supermarket close by is very useful along with all the other great shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and the beautiful Seminyak beach. Dana Thank you for booking my villa and for taking the time to leave a review. I’m so glad you enjoyed the staff, I do select them very carefully and they are trained to a high standard.. I do welcome constructive feedback from guests as it helps me to always improve the villa product and guest experience. I have to say that you are being very unfair and unreasonable in this review and state untruths. One of your guests was very ill for all their stay. My staff looked after them so well and arranged a doctor to visit and also bought medicine. For some reason, the guest refused to allow the staff to clean the room and change the sheets. All the other bedrooms were cleaned daily and bed sheets changed every 3 days which is the same as what occurs in 5 star hotels across the world. Clean towels were also provided daily. There was ample water both in the endless supply water fountain in the kitchen and 2 full bottles of water left in all the bathrooms every day. The villa car & driver is located right at the villa in the garage and has no problem with access. The main road is just 250 metres away, I think you must have walked the long way round. There are clear signs from the main road to the villa. Many guest groups have said how much they love the location as it’s very quiet and peaceful yet really close to lots of great shops, supermarket, cafes, bars, restaurants as well as the beach.
