Overall impression of the building that the unit is in, is that there is a lot of work to be done. Overall impression of the unit itself is that it is awesome! Everything is great, comfortable beds, very clean and well presented. Don’t let the building restorations stop you from enjoying this unit. The unit is awesome, the beach is awesome! This was a great place for three educators to spend their last weekend before school starts. We are totally refreshed and ready to go back to school!

This was a perfect place to stay. The only problem was the sheets on the beds had not been washed. Everything else was perfect.

Good stay

This location still has hurricane damage, but repairs are ongoing. The condo was clean, had a balcony, comfortable beds, hot water, nice towels. Cleaning supplies, paper goods and basic toiletries are provided (I would bring your own toiletries). There is a view of the ocean from the balcony, but the roof below is part of the view. There is no beach access from the property due to damage, but can be accessed from the side of the building. The beach is quiet, but does have a few vehicles driving on it. Parking is iffy, but there is a lot to the south that was available for use. The parking garage is closed due to damage as well. The indoor and outdoor pools are closed at this time. We enjoyed our stay and the price was good. I would recommend.

This condo is absolutely amazing. Very clean, everything was spotless and plenty of extras. The view is perfect. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. The owners were quick to respond when I had a question. I highly recommend this spot. The resort is amazing.

The condo itself was good for what it was and for the price. It stayed very cool, which was a big plus—it had two fans and two air conditioners (one in each room), plus a dehumidifier. There was plenty of closet space, a nice dresser, and lots of extra blankets available. The kitchen was in good shape and had what we needed.We also had a nice view of the beach, which made it great to wake up and sit out on the balcony, looking out at the ocean. That part was definitely a highlight.On the downside, the carpet and couch were old and dirty, and could really use replacing. It also would’ve been nice if the unit included some beach gear like chairs, blankets, or a boogie board.The building itself was a letdown. It’s very outdated and not well maintained. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were down, there was still no beach access, and the whole place had a strange smell throughout. The parking garage was closed, and the elevators were unreliable—only one or two worked, and the one we used stopped at almost every floor.I didn’t realize how much the lack of amenities would affect our vacation. That said, if you’re willing to get a little creative, the Hilton next door has a great pool… if you happen to sneak in.All in all, the unit was decent and kept us comfortable, but the condition of the building and missing amenities definitely took away from the overall experience.

One of the reasons why I picked this particular condo, was of the good "cleanliness" review. When I first walked into the condo, yes, it appears to be clean, but as you walk in you see that the carpet and cloth couches desperately need to be either deep cleaned or changed out all together. My daughter wanted to sleep on the couch's pull out bed, but when we pulled it out, it was totally dirty with crumbs, hair, and just dirty from previous renters. The shower was also leaking water from the bottom as well. Every time we turned it on, it SOAKED the whole floor. At one point, I slipped and almost broke my ankle because the tile got so slippery. Also be advised that you do not get a good view of the beach from this room! You're literally looking at the next door building's roof when you sit out on the patio, which was a huge bummer for me. If you lean over the banister, you can see the beautiful sunrise in the morning, but be careful not to fall over! Probably better idea to actually go downstairs and onto the beach to get your shots! Oh, and It was a pain to even get to the beach because the whole back of the facility is closed due to the hurricanes that came through a couple of years ago.There were TWO huge roaches we had to kill as well (I think they're call Palmetto bugs), but they resemble roaches which grossed me out. I don't think there's anything you can actually do about those who tho. Being a former Florida resident, I remember seeing those in my house, and trust me, my house was as clean as clean could be! Those nasty bugs just find they're way into anything. No other bugs to report. So Overall, I am only giving this venue an "OK", and I'm being nice. The WHOLE building is in desperate need of a makeover. We ended up leaving a couple days earlier just because I didn't feel like I could come up from the beach and sit on a clean couch and relax. We stayed three days and that was good enough.

Yes, Mostly fine because apartment was in good condition but…

Building is not and specifically the elevators do know when they will stop in between. Every time we have had experience with intermittent stopping. Just read the conditions what have to be done while vacating.

The location of the property is great! Right on the ocean. Woke up every morning to a perfect view of the ocean. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. The condo had everything from beach towels and toys to dishes and cooking utensils. The kids loved spending the days between the beach, outdoor pools, indoor pool & hot tub, and the arcade. Felt like home!

Comfort of home

Home away from home! All you could need for a stay at the beach it was perfect condo, plenty of towels and large bathroom space, appliances, pillows, bed space was perfect for family of 5 and more really all you could ask for in a condo! We appreciate Kim and Jim letting us rent from them! My granddaughters loved it and the pool of course easy access to beach! Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely thrilled with our stay. Exactly like the listing showed. Super clean and comfy. Great location away from the crowd so the beach wasn’t over crowded! The entire facility was nice. Pools were a plus esp the kiddie pool! 5⭐️ For sure!

Loved our stay here. Loved all the personal touches they added for us for Valentines Day. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was well stocked. Would highly recommend staying here. Next time we go to the Daytona 500 we will be booking this condo.

Great little getaway

Was a great stay came in for the races and its located well close to anything you may need . The room was great and clean and well maintained the owner was very accommodating. The hotel was well maintained and was nice to have a parking garage with plenty of parking .I will come back and would highly recommend it to anyone
