¡Bienvenido a la hermosa Surprise Arizona! Nuestro piso es de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, con 1200 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable con altos techos de 10 pies en todas las habitaciones. Tiene capacidad para 5-6 personas cómodamente y tiene todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos. Hay un garaje para un coche y su propio lugar de estacionamiento asignado. También hay un balcón privado, un área de juegos, gimnasio, piscina en forma de media luna y jacuzzi spa. Hay un montón de senderos para conseguir un poco de ejercicio también.

Hay muchas cosas interesantes que hacer mientras que en la sorpresa. Todos los siguientes son menos de un 5 minutos en coche desde el apartamento: Sorpresa Aquatic Center, biblioteca, campo de entrenamiento, tanto para los Texas Rangers y la Serie Mundial Campos Reales de Kansas City!, Pistas de tenis, e incluso un lago artificial para la pesca. Un paseo en coche 30 minutos se puede llegar a ver un partido de fútbol o de los Arizona Cardinals de Arizona coyotes partido de hockey. Hay numerosos campos de golf en la zona y el aeropuerto Phoenix Sky Harbor se encuentra a sólo 30 minutos también. It was a very pleasant stay and the accommodations were very nice. The owner was quick to respond , but he is not in the vicinity, so couldn’t help with immediate issues except with advice. There were a few things that took away from the stay. Everything has to be carried up one flight of stairs. I stayed three months, so that was a lot of trips both on arrival and departure. We could not used the unheated pool for all but the last two weeks of our stay. Still , it was a good location and January and February were very pleasant.

Disappointed

The profile on-line said this was a beautiful condo. Our first clue that this property was not what we were expecting was checking in through a dirty garage. Then, we had stairs to go up to the main part. The carped was filthy, dated, shag carpet. The walls had black marks all over them. The kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms were clean, except for the dirt smell when we sat on the furniture? We have never seen twin beds in a vrbo for adults. And, silk sheets are not easy to sleep in because the comforter kept slipping off. We were also not told that the community pool was not heated! We both love to swim so that was a big bummer. The neighbors right off our back balcony were loud & had stuff all over the street so we had to be super careful not to run over bikes, toys & kids! Overall, we should have asked for our money back the forst night & gotten a mitel.

I am sorry to hear of your experience at our home. I made myself available via text if you had any complaints or concerns. There was no communication from you during your 5 day stay. I can't control what the neighbors do or where their children leave their bicycles etc. The pool is not heated and nowhere in my listing does it state that it is. I have never had any complaints about the microfiber (not silk) sheets before. I purchased the sheets based on thousands of positive reviews online. Our condo is for everyone and not exclusively adults. The twin beds have been welcomed by many families and will be staying. I will be painting the walls going up the stairs and replacing the carpet. I recently had a black couch removed from the master bedroom and the fellow moving it did admit to dragging (he moved it alone) it down the stairs. Hence the black marks on the carpet and walls. As you know, our garage is completely empty. Other than dust and dirt it won't take much to sweep it out. My cleaning crew can easily take care of it. As for the furniture this is the first time someone has complained. I am going to have it professionally cleaned. I will strive to make my next guest's stay enjoyable and positive. Although I don't agree with your evaluation of our home, I will accept it and thank you for it.

Great location close to baseball

Everything was great. We went to 2 spring training games and walks and hikes around Peoria. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub were cold and full of leaves. Great place to stay otherwise.

Great location, super clean!

Loved the condo. Perfect for me and my son. It is within a mile of Surprise Stadium. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Super clean. Nice complex. Lots of nice jogging routes. Excellent communication with owner. Couldn’t have been happier.

Clean spacious condo

Communication with the property manager was easy and simple. The property was everything as advertised. The only downside would be is if you're a person of a certain age that has mobility issues getting up and down stairs.

Lovely Stay

This condo was very comfortable, for our five night stay. The community is beautiful! The swimming pool/hot tub/playground areas all got ***** from our grandson. Communication with owner was easy and he responded quickly.

Wonderful, clean accommodation in Surprise!

My wife and I will stay again on our next visit to Surprise! Super clean home, in a gated community, located close to dining, recreation center and shopping! Includes use of beautiful outdoor space with pool and spa! Great get away!

Perfect Location

The location was perfect for our stay. Our grandsons live in Surprise and their house and school was minutes away. The pool was great for the boys and the property was well kept. All the utensils for the kitchen were provided. Thanks we will be back soon.

Great place and location

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Location was excellent with a grocery store and plenty of places to eat out very near. Nice par 3 golf course 5 minutes away. We were able to enjoy the stay even though the beginnings of the coronavirus scare was happening. We would love to stay here again.

A nice stay in Surprise

Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as advertised - gated just off of a quiet street. We did have a nonworking TV when we checked in, but John addressed in right away and had a nice new TV delivered and refunded us some additional money for our trouble. Very pleased with how he handled it. We will definitely look to stay there again next year.

A Wonderful Surprise in Surprise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. After a full day of hiking in the White Tank Mountains or shopping in the many wonderful stores, it was always a pleasure to go home to a quite, restful home. I also must add that the bed passes my "Goldilocks" test. It was not too hard, it was not too soft, it was just perfect! Thank you.

Anyone that rents this property will not be disappointed. There is so much to do and see. Boring will not be a part of your vocabulary while vacationing in Surprise Arizona.
We were on a family vacation in Arizona a few years back and thoroughly enjoyed it. So much in fact that we decided to buy property! We are so happy that we did and we want guests to see why Arizona is so special. With more than 300 days of sunshine every year, palm trees and cacti, numerous golf courses, professional sports teams like the World Champion Kansas City Royals and great shopping and dining, it's easy to see why the greater Phoenix area is so amazing.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We chose this property over others because it was newly built and in a gated community with a pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The condo unit itself has its own garage and private parking spot as well. Every room has 10 foot ceillings and has an open concept in the kitchen and living area. The decor is pleasant and inviting. Our condo encompasses the entire second floor of the condo unit so there is nobody living above you which is a nice feature.
It's so easy to travel anywhere in the greater Phoenix area from Surprise. A 30 minute drive (or less) gets you to many destinations including the White Tank Mountains, Arizona Cardinals Football stadium, Spring Training Camp (only a 3 minute drive!) for baseball etc.
This community is clean and very quiet. People are easy going and friendly as well.
