The condo was perfect for the four of us. Each kid had their own bed and we had a nice king bed overlooking the gulf. Best place we have stayed in the area. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the beach and balcony. We enjoyed direct access to the beach (and provided chairs/umbrella). When not at the beach or doing other activities, we enjoyed playing cards on the high top table on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves. Great place.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was so nice, even better than the pictures showed. Very clean and plenty of space for our family of six to enjoy a 4 night stay. Beach service was super convenient and the view of the ocean from my bed was to die for! We would definitely stay here again.

Best so far

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Brookes and Shorey every time we go to Florida and have been searching for the perfect condo for us booking a different place every time. But this may be our new place. Bedrooms were incredibly spacious. Loved the wine cooler. All the furniture was clean and neat. Probably best furniture of any stay. Beds were the most comfortable we have had. Loved the blackout curtains in the master bedroom. The gym was adequate. Best beach service for sure we have had at any stay. Four elevators and lots of carts to take stuff to the room when loading and unloading. Dining table chairs were comfortable. Large kitchen. I would only change a few things that simple maintenance would fix. None of these were huge issues as I did not report them so it didn’t impact our stay. Several lights were out in the condo but the light from the balcony made it fine. The fridge was uneven. It leans to the right and swings open hard which you can tell by the marks on the trim to the laundry door. There is no corkscrew for wine. Dryer only has two drying options. Would update it. Tons of entertainment but we couldn’t find the dvd remote so we couldn’t play Wii. I would also add fans to the patio. Electrical is there for it but was probably taken down in the recent balcony remodel.

And being on the fifth floor was perfect for enjoying the view and sound of the ocean. I wish that the telescope in the photographs had been operational, but sadly it was not. And we were surprised that there were no curtains in the living area. But we did enjoy or stay and would stay here again.

Nice location, unit needs some work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week and in that time I was locked out 4 times. The code worked and the light turned green, it just would not unlock. Management was great and very helpful and on the final lock out they did come and replace the lock. When the AC is running you KNOW IT, sounds like a jet. I did notice passing other units when their AC was on it was much quieter from the outside. This unit is very loud. We had a few issues with outlets not working, in particular the master bedroom where the tv is plugged in, that did not work. The hall bath tub filled with water when you take a shower and then if you want to take a bath the stop did not work and it leaked water out. It was a no win with that bathroom. I would suggest bigger pots in the kitchen other wise forget making even pasta. I would return to Surf Dweller just not this one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo Kitchen could use couple of things, a large pot to boil shrimp, only small saucepans. Also only a few wine glasses and coffee mugs, had to keep washing those by hand for next use. Brooks and Shorey terrific to rent from. Loved our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Devin, our very personable beach attendant had ours set and reserved for us each day and gave us lots of info on places to eat, etc. Our condo combination didn't unlock our unit when we first arrived. Brooks and Shorey had someone there in five minutes to correct the problem. Great service and communication with our rental process.

Reviewer Comments: From the views to the owners attention to details this unit was a perfect 10 !!!A wine cooler and keurig in the kitchen were perfect touches. Beach toys and a beach chair in the closet were a welcome surprise !! We will definitely stay in this unit when we return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit. Was close to everything. Beach was so close...could listen to the waves.Unit was pretty well stocked. Could use a few more kitchen utensils.
