Linville NC Montaña en Renta, Hermosa casa de montaña en Linville región de puerto turístico y con vistas al lago (hermosas vistas del lago desde el interior casero y 2 cubiertas) y unos pasos (5 minutos) de distancia de Linville río (pesca de la trucha gran surtido de río y lago ). Situado en Linville Land Harbour Resort (a unos 25 minutos al sur de Boone, a 10 minutos de Blue Ridge Parkway y Grandfather Mountain). 3 dormitorios más loft para dormir (como un 4º BR), Master BR en el piso principal tiene cama grande, 2º BR en el 2º piso tiene cama doble, loft en el 2º piso (2 camas individuales - como un 4º pero sin puerta), 3º BR es una habitación privada de la terraza - con una entrada independiente (cómoda cama doble y litera doble arriba), capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente, (2 de los dormitorios tienen armarios, la sala de literas y el desván para dormir no), 2 baños completos, totalmente amueblado cocina (cocina, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, 2 cafeteras, horno tostador), lavadero (lavadora y secadora), 2 cubiertas, parrilla de gas propano, estufa de leña (madera de leña amueblada o calefacción eléctrica), lavavajillas, 4 televisores con cable, WiFi gratis. No hay aire acondicionado, pero por lo general no lo necesita en la montaña (noches frías y veranos suaves). Toallas y ropa de cama (sábanas), siempre. Todo lo que necesita es traer comida si quieres cocinar.

15 minutos de hermosas caídas de Linville. A unos 20 minutos a esquiar en la nieve montaña de azúcar y cerca de la haya y otras zonas de esquí de Carolina del Norte. Las comodidades del complejo incluyen: pesca de truchas y lubinas, hermoso campo de golf de 18 hoyos, natación gratuita en la piscina climatizada, sala de juegos, kayak en el lago (se ofrecen dos kayaks y una tabla de remo de pie y el complejo cuenta con botes de remo), ciclismo (traiga su propio ), tenis, rutas de senderismo, juegos infantiles, herraduras, fútbol, etc. (Algunas actividades son estacionales y otras tienen una tarifa).

Mínimo de dos noches, servicio de limpieza, depósito de seguridad. Lo sentimos, no mascotas, no fumar. Google "Linville región de puerto" para obtener más información sobre el complejo y comodidades. Todos los caminos pavimentados a la casa. 24/7 policía del complejo. La comunidad de Crossnore, a una milla de distancia, cuenta con varios restaurantes "tesoro escondido" (mexicano, barbacoa, Marisco, italiano). Newland, a 10 minutos de distancia tiene más. We loved the view from the house. It was so relaxing. And the neighborhood facilities, the pool, lake swimming area, nature walks are all amazing too! We had plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies and it was a cozy stay!

A very enjoyable stay!

Communication was superb. All as described. We def enjoyed the lake view every AM, and relaxing in the evenings with that same breath taking view. The property is very cool! I loved, personally the bunk bed area. Very comfortable. Close to Sugar mountain, and local attractions! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us.

Best view on the lake

Really-the best view at Linville Land Harbor with great deck spaces to enjoy the view. I loved that this home felt like a traditional mountain cabin-comfortable and homey. We had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked - we did a lot of cooking. The kids really enjoyed the beach and pool and we all loved the lake. Mark is an outstanding host and the communication throughout our stay was stellar. Will definitely be back!

40th Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our two week stay. Even the weather cooperated. The information book told us everything we needed to know.

So much to do, so little time!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the house to the things to do around our location (and on the property itself). My family likes to hike and explore waterfalls and nature in general in the mountains. We had so many options that were only 15 minutes (some a little longer) away we ran out of time. This property is central to anything that any family will want to do. The property is in a community that has trails, fishing, boating, community areas and so much more. Again, we ran out of time to explore the all that was offered. The house itself, one of the most relaxing and comfortable places I have been in quite some time. The view, amazing. Once you get there, you honestly do not have to go any place else. Coffee in the morning was one of my favorite activities. The house is stocked with everything you will need and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had (called back within 5 minutes). The family loved it, including my 17 year old and 21 year old. I will be looking to stay here again!

Lakeside birders paradise

This is an all-time favorite for our family. The views of the lake are exceptional. Because the incline to the lake is fairly steep, the decks are level with the upper portion of some of the downhill trees. It's possible to see birds that might otherwise have been out of range in the treetops. The grandchildren love learning the names of all the birds, too. The property is well maintained, clearly labeled, and well stocked. We'll definitely be headed back every chance we get!

Excellent Weekend in the Mountains

My family had a wonderful time here! They layout was family friendly, the view amazing, the kitchen well stocked and the location ideal for our mountain wanders. Check-in was easy and the check-out routine was reasonable. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Great Getaway

This was an excellent place for us and our three boys to stay for the week. House was stocked with all the things we needed and the amenities in the community were a huge plus. Super convenient to Grandfather Mountain, Linville and Boone. All places that we visited during our stay.

I've been coming to Linville Land Harbor since I was a teenager and my parents built the home here. I grew up fishing here in the summers. Kim and I have been coming since we got married 32 years ago. We and our 3 kids have enjoyed fishing, swimming, walking/hiking the local trails, waterfalls, biking, kayaking, and seeing the sights of the local area (Linville, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Newland, Boone, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the rest of the NC Mountains). After 27 years of traveling the country and the world as an Air Force Officer, I'm very happy that we've settled in NC!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The beauty, the cool weather in the summer, skiing in the winter, waterfalls in the summer, great biking, fishing, golf, swimming, tennis, kayaking, basketball, etc. We were blessed to inherit the home from my parents. The view from our deck is hard to beat. I'm relaxed as soon as I see the view of the lake from the home. In the summer there are a lot of activities at the resort, or you can just relax in the home. It's nice and quiet. My Mom named it "Tranquility."

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Beautiful lake views and walk along the Linville River and lake. Lots more to discover for yourself. The Linville River is a 5 minute walk from the house (great fishing). Linville Falls, one of the prettiest waterfalls in the east is about 20 minutes away. Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway is 10-15 minutes away. Newland is 10 minutes away with local shopping and restaurants. Boone is 25 minutes. The little community of Crossnore, one mile away has some hidden gem restaurants. The resort has a heated pool (free to guests), 18 hole golf course (be sure to play the back 9 for fantastic scenery), tennis, hiking trails, paddle boats, recreation room, bean bag toss, horseshoes, lake/beach, playground, picnic areas, basketball, volleyball, community activities, and more. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is 15 minutes away. Free wifi in the home and the den and each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. There are board games, some DVD movies (and DVD player), and a few books in the home.
