El loft es de aproximadamente 280 metros cuadrados, ubicado en el 4to piso del edificio. Lo mantenemos limpio y moderno. Gracias a los grandes ventanales, la luz del sol y las vistas increíbles son una característica principal. Disponible para usted también hay una gran terraza. - El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño King, bañera de diseño hermoso lo suficientemente grande para dos personas y un gran armario con colgadores y plancha si es necesario. - Habitación con dos camas tiene dos camas de tamaño completo con un armario y algunas mantas adicionales. * Ambas habitaciones con una maravillosa ducha de vidrio. - Studio tiene un sofá convertible / cama Queen flex. - La cocina / sala de estar es un espacio de concepto abierto que está totalmente equipado con todo lo que pueda necesitar para sentirse como en casa, incluyendo un lavavajillas, cafetera, horno, microondas, cubiertos y ofrecemos de forma gratuita (aceite de cocina, sal, pimienta, café, azúcar y papel de aluminio, filtros de café y una jarra de agua) - La sala de servicio tiene una lavadora y secadora.

Excellent condo, beautiful view!

The highest condo in Amapas overlooking the Zona Romantica and bay. A little apart from the hustle and bustle of the town, the walk up and down the hill is intimidating, so you may need a car/taxi.

Lap of Luxury

We loved our stay at Avalon and would return in a heartbeat! The third "room" is technically an extension of the living room with two small beds, so it's perfect for kids or single travelers but a little difficult for a couple. Regardless the third bathroom made it much more comfortable for multiple parties living together under one roof. Keep in mind this gorgeous property is located at the top of a hillside - which means nice and quiet and no obstructions to your views - but make sure you leave sufficient time to get to and from destinations. Also we had wished the hot tub was actually warm on the rainy/overcast days that befell us. All in all, this condo took our breath away, was just as advertised, Karina and crew were extremely attentive and responsive, and we look forward to returning!

Our stay 2022

Beautiful property, however it’s listed as 3 bedrooms, it’s actually 2. The 3rd bedroom is just 2 single beds connected to the living room, no closets, no bathroom. There is no TV in the family room. We had to go to our bedroom to watch, the TVS didn’t work, only one channel, no family or friend togetherness. Chairs on the patio are horribly uncomfortable. Only one sofa in the family room, 3 people max can be together. These should have been listed properly.

Hello Farid, I am really sorry to see that your stay did not meet your expectations but I would still like to answer you on the various points of your complaint. We would list this property as 3 bedrooms because it is 3 spaces that have sleeping and access to a bathroom, shared of course but there is access to the bathroom. As for TVs, we have smart TVs on which you can connect your favorite programs (netflix, news, youtube...) and therefore a very wide variety of possibilities. And for the sofa, it's big enough for 4 people to sit comfortably. The terrace chairs I'm sorry they are not to your liking, I will pay attention to the next comments when the terrace chairs. That said, we offer our customers the best possible service such as daily cleaning and a concierge service and assistance like in hotels. We thank you for your comment and we wish you an excellent continuation.

Little slice of paradise

Luxury feel in the paradise of PVR! Clean, spacious, and great views to wake up to. Quiet area but easy access to romantic zone sites. Highly recommend!

Amazing

My husband and I have been down a few times but this time we were fortunate enough to be able to bring my parents and our small children. This condo offered everything and more that was described. My mom who was a bit nervous found the security to be reassuring as well as extremely attentive and kind. The apartment was kid friendly and Lila even offered to purchase a pack and play and/or high chair to make our stay less stressful and the apartment even more accommodating. The view from this apartment is simply stunning. We have truly been honored Lila let us stay here. We are very excited about returning one day when our kids are a bit older to once again share this experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Mesmerizing view condo

The condo is absolutely stunning! The pictures do not do it justice. The view is amazing and so is the pool. We were very happily surprised to find that the people at the pool were mostly gay so there was a nice adult vibe-no screaming kids. We loved this place!
