Nice place

It’s a block from the beachfront next to the KKO beach club entrance. The property is very nice and well maintained and the manager was helpful and professional. Worked great for us.

Excellent stay

We had a great time. It’s a beautiful home. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. Having a housekeeper come in the middle of the week to clean was a huge bonus. Our only gripe was the coco beach is close and they really turned up their music. But that is to be expected around New Year.

Fantastic Villa Kea

Villa Kea was the perfect choice for our family of five to stay at. The Villa comes equipped with its own pool, perfect for a quick dip and is a very short walk to the beautiful Orient Bay beach. Three good sized bedrooms all with king beds made for great sleeping. And, a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to eat many meals in. A terrific grocery store (Super U) is a five minute drive away to buy all of your essentials. A couple of nearby restaurants were also a short walk - L’Astrolabe was fantastic. All in all would highly recommend staying at Villa Kea.

Wonderful accommodations

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kea. The house had everything we needed! We loved the private pool and being so close to the beach. Maly was wonderful and was in touch throughout the week whenever we had questions. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect villa for Orient

Loved our stay at Villa Kea. Already planning our next trip back. Large rooms, great light, short walk to the beach. Amazing and helpful team managing the property. We felt as if we had our own island concierge.

Orient Bay Family Getaway

The property was comfortable for our family of six. It is located a short walk from the beach and is well equipped. Check in was easy. Maly assisted with finding a rental car as well as transportation to and from the airport. There were a couple minor issues that came up which were very quickly corrected. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accueil et une grande disponibilité de Maly tout au long du séjour qui nous a très bien conseillé sur les endroits où déjeuner, dîner, les plages, jusqu’à la logistique des tests anti géniques pour le retour (un 25 décembre…) merci encore. Une maison très bien située à quelques pas de la magnifique plage d’Orient Bay et des restaurants de la place centrale. Une semaine au top!

Relaxation at it's finest.

Villa Kea is everything that it advertises and more. It's steps away from the beach and a plethora of great food spots. Its perfect for it you want to be social with others or if you prefer a more low-key stay just hanging around the villa. The property was clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals, as well as everything the chef needed to prepare our final dinner. Not to mention Orient Bay is a quiet neighborhood that isn't far from the nightlife on the Dutch side. Everywhere on the island is less than 30 minutes from the villa by car. Maly is super attentive and helped us with everything we needed. It is the only place I will stay upon my return to St. Martin.

Exceeded our expectations

If you’re looking for an extremely clean and fully air conditioned villa, Villa Kea is fabulous! It’s not very often that we find a host that’s as helpful and kind as Maly. She helped with everything - including even making restaurant reservations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 5 stars!!

Amazing stay at Villa Kea

Villa Kea is a beautiful property. The home looks exactly as in the photos. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbourhood. The yard is private and relaxing. The pool is not large but our kids, 9 and 11 years old, enjoyed it very much. Short walk to supermarket and restaurants in Orient Village. We spent most our of time at Kakao beach club, a very short walk from the villa. Everyone we met in St. Martin was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful island and villa.

Perfect Stay in St. Martin

Our stay was just perfect! The home was even better than we expected and the location was great...steps to the beach and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The home is so well appointed and lovingly maintained! Maly was delightful and quite helpful with recommendations. We felt comfortable and never crowded with 6 people. Beautiful Orient beach and all of St. Martin is ready for visitors! All of the reopened businesses were appreciative of us being there and provided amazing experiences. While there are still rebuilds in progress, most of the restaurants and services are back and better than before...so happy we were able to help support this beautiful island's recovery from Irma! Don't hesitate visiting St. Martin...we will be back and look forward to staying at Villa Kea again! Great weather, wonderful food and amazing experiences!

Villa Kéa was more then what we expected

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kéa. We have rented in orient bay before and love it there and when arriving at villa Kéa we loved it. The perfect combinations of clean, nice, comfortable and the location could not be better. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach. We were hesitant that Orient would not be back together from the hurricane but we’re pleasantly surprised with this area and how much was open. KAKAO beach bar was a 3 min walk from the villa that was open and so much fun! All restaurant and shops in the little square were also open as well. We will definitely go back and stay at villa Kéa again. Maly was very organized and attentive our entire stay and met us when we arrived and also when we were leaving. She also provided us with eveything needed and had excellent customer service!

Loved the villa , it was immaculate pool lovely , private and peaceful .

Loved this Villa , was peaceful , quiet , one minute walk to the sea and 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants . Beach was lovely , breezy and relaxing . Everything worked perfectly in Villa , we were met punctually after our trip over and felt welcomed and looked after . Everything was clean and brand new . Would recommend this to couples and families perfect venue and beach for fun and places to eat . Small supermarket nearby for all groceries and fresh bread and pastries . Hired a car a drove around whole island. Had such a perfect time , rested , ate well , explored , and enjoyed beach . Thanks for an amazing holiday !!!

Great location, small but comfortable and clean

We loved staying at Villa Kea and had a great week. Been to St Maarten many times. The location was perfect to be walking distance to Orient Bay Beaches as well as close proximity to Grand Case, ferry to Pinel Island, Galeon Beach, etc. The pool was perfect for our 3 kids and the villa was just enough room for our family of 6 people. It was small but clean and just what we needed. Great for the price. For a 3 bedroom near the beach, you cannot go wrong with Villa Kea. Maly (property manager) is also great to work with.

Great location and wonderful Villa!

Villa was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had a room, Villa was well decorated, well-appointed, and very clean. Pictures are a match to reality (it is that nice for those of you wondering). Great beach and restaurants in short walking distance. Maly was very helpful prior to stay in making many recommendations (rental car, restaurants, activities, etc) that were spot on in our experience. Maly is very sweet and is eager to make your stay a great one. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay at Orient Beach!

Our family had a great stay at Villa Kea on our recent trip to the island. The villa was pretty and clean and we loved the outdoor space and pool. This villa is perfect for families and is a block to Orient Beach and a number of beach restaurants. Maly the rental manager welcomed us to the villa upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Great trip and great property - would definitely rent there again!

Clean, spacious, close to the beach - and great price

We were a little nervous because there were so few reviews of this property, but this concern proved to be totally unfounded. Maly, the manager (who also happens to be an interior designer), recently started renting this property, which has been impeccably redone. We found the space clean, conveniently located to the beach, and very relaxing. A gem of an oasis. We highly recommend the property and hope to return.
