The view was incredible. The location is great. The house was clean. Our only complaint were that we thought there was another bedroom downstairs because the listing describes one upstairs bedroom as well as the loft and isn’t clear that the other bedroom is also upstairs. This resulted in my 90-year-old grandmother sleeping alone in a huge king size bed on the ground floor while the rest of us were kind of crammed upstairs. We also had trouble with the strong fragrances. Both due to the vases of strong smelling solution with flowers in them around the house, and also the sheets being washed with a scented detergent that was very strong. We are sensitive to strong deodorants and wish you had chosen a milder option. The other complexity was that the door combination code is very tricky because some numbers are represented more than once on the code key and if you happen to choose the wrong one of the two options, it doesn’t work. It took us quite a bit of time to get into the house. But we did thanks again for all your responsiveness and we loved being able to stay an extra two hours on Sunday. It was overall an absolutely wonderful experience.
