Esta nueva casa se encuentra en la ladera del pintoresco pueblo de Oceanside Oregon. La cocina y la sala de estar tienen ventanas de piso a techo que le permiten disfrutar completamente de la belleza del Océano Pacífico y el Mirador del Cabo. Hay 4 dormitorios y 4 baños completos. La cocina está completamente equipada y tiene una gran isla donde la familia y los amigos pueden reunirse para pasar tiempo de calidad juntos. El patio a las afueras del comedor tiene una gran parrilla de propano para que pueda disfrutar de un jugoso bistec o cocinar sus almejas y ostras que recogió en la ciudad vecina de Netarts. La playa de Oceanside está a solo 10 minutos a pie por un camino pavimentado o a menos de 5 minutos. Netarts Bay está a menos de 10 minutos en coche y Tillamook está a solo 15 minutos.
El Vigía de la tormenta NO te decepcionará. No encontrará una hermosa casa nueva con una vista tan increíble en ningún otro lugar de Oceanside. ¡Estamos ansiosos por recibirlo!

Oh my gosh - just stunning! The house is so comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen is huge - we cooked every meal there. Love the espresso machine especially. The hosts and management were incredible. We went for my husbands birthday and they were able to set up some decor and had a cake and ice cream in the fridge! It was an unforgettable experience.

Second time we have stayed here. Incredible views , beautiful home !!! Perfect house for a vacation in Oceanside. A slice of Heaven !! Living room furniture needs to be replaced and windows need to be cleaned. The view is so spectacular!Host was amazing . Will rent again !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is a gem! The views are amazing from the main living space and bedrooms. Our party of 5 had plenty of room to spread out (3 bedrooms downstairs and one master upstairs). The kitchen is well equipped and laid out for cooking meals. There is a cafe within walking distance, down the hill, for those that prefer not to cook. The light and modern finishes in this home make it a clean and inviting space to relax. It should also be noted that the rental manager, Sarah, went above and beyond in regards to letting us know when the house would be ready for check in (2 hours early) and she was able to accommodate a late check out on Sunday which made for a much more relaxing departure (normal check out is at 10:00). We will be back again next year!

We watched storms, stars, and bald eagles from the kitchen. We actually extended our stay an extra day because we didn't want to leave. Can't wait to come back!

A Wonderful Girls Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly what we were looking for for our girls weekend! Communication with management was five-star, they provided easy-to-follow directions and instructions and were prompt to answer questions before and during our stay. They notified us that an early check-in was available and when I inquired about a late checkout, they were more than accommodating. The welcome binder was very helpful and had all the details/instructions we could have asked for. The views were gorgeous; we all stood and stared upon walking into the home. Bedrooms and bathrooms were cozy and comfortable with ample towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. The kitchen was a dream; we cooked all our meals at the home and had all we needed and then some (spices, oils, pots, pans, bakeware, etc.). We felt safe the entire trip in this beautiful home. We had just three small issues (a few ants on the kitchen countertops, heat that did not kick on in one of the bedrooms (it wasn't needed anyway) and no tissues that we could find (we purchased some at a local store). We notified management of these items and they thanked us for letting them know and said they would be addressed. I would return in a heartbeat and will recommend the home to anyone looking for a lovely stay on the coast. Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We may never enjoy another vacation: this home may have ruined us for every other vacation rental. Every amenity was provided for (not one, but three corkscrews; cupboard full of spices; wedge pillow just in case you need it; extra monitor just in case you want it; drip, press, and k-cup coffee; the list goes on and on). Automatic skylights. Heated bathroom floors. Built in speakers. Spotless. Super modern but super comfy. And the views! We never got bored just watching the ocean. Different every day. We enjoyed every single minute. You will not be disappointed.

Stormwatching!

The stormwatcher was exactly like the pictures. With floor to ceiling windows with clear views of the beach and a fantastic hangout area. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had heated floors. Getting to the beach was fairly easy. The only downside was when it was got foggy and killed the views. You will enjoy this place on a clear day!

Waterfall kitchen counter, Thermador appliances, plank flooring, heated bathroom floors, seamless trim work, etc. Wonderful bedding and beds. This is a super comfortable, relaxing and, quite literally, exquisite environment. And wait, have I mentioned the view yet?

Beautiful location! Lovely views! Comfortable for the six adults + 5 year old grandchild. Proximity and ease to beach and other magical places great. Dishwasher needs a thorough cleaning or replacement but otherwise wonderful, would come back

Upon landing in Portland received a message that the property was ready early if we wanted to check in early. Sadly, our flight was delayed so couldn’t get there early. Well Worth the Wait!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reserved the Stormwatcher for a vacation over 2 years ago. Then, COVID hit. We had to schedule/cancel/reschedule 2 times due to COVID. Fortunately, we were able to hold the 3rd time and what a treat it was. This may be the nicest place in Oceanside--I honestly can't imagine anything better. The house is superior. It truly is. Luxury. Clean. Well equipped. And, as is important today, the WIFI is shockingly fast for a remote location... which is critical as Cellular coverage is poor in Oceanside. We have already decided this will be a regular return for us. By the way... while it is huge, we stayed here with only 2 people. It was perfect! Only one suggestion: Bring some eyeshades if you want to sleep in as there are no shades on the view windows in the Master Bedroom.

It exceeded our exceptions. Everything top of the line. The view in the picture says it all. Very clean and well maintained. If I owned a house like this, I would be afraid to rent it out LOL. From the personalized customer service/communication all the way to the chocolate truffles and flowers placed on the counter top for us when we arrived. This house is drop dead gorgeous and shore thing rental adds even more of a special light to it. I have never experienced this type of service from Airbnb or Vacasa - I will 1000% rent from shore thing rentals moving forward in Oceanside! Truly the best experience my family has ever had on the coast (and we go there regularly). Thank you, all of you!

Beautiful property excellent host

The property overlooks the entire beach with spectacular ocean view. House had everything you could need or want. Very comfortable. Parking is tight in upper area and if you park below there is no entrance so have to walk down the street and around to other entrance which can be difficult when carrying luggage or groceries. But overall I highly recommend. Absolutely stunning views.

Incredible biews

Everyone in our family doesn’t want to leave. The house is amazing but the views are incredible. You could just sit in the house and watch the views and it never grows old.

Unexpected renters make for a vacation flop

Beautiful location. Amazing views. Plenty of space for our family. Our one and only complaint is that the initial listing we had printed off had no mention of attached renters. We never would have paid over $400/night to stay somewhere where we were attached to someone else. That's what a condo is for. The renters were loud and noisy late at night and woke our sleeping children up with loud music after 11pm. Not exactly what you want or plan on dealing with while on vacation and spending over $400/night. We would stay again if there weren't renters in the house.
