Esta casa de vacaciones confortablemente amueblada se encuentra en el Carvoeiro Clube en una propiedad de jardín cerrada de aproximadamente 3.000 metros cuadrados con césped, palmeras y coloridos arbustos en flor. La decoración está muy por encima del estándar de las casas de vacaciones y garantiza un alto factor de bienestar. Muchos detalles portugueses encantadores con muebles de madera de alta calidad y z. T. Las antigüedades te hacen olvidar que estás en una casa de vacaciones. Desde 2018 con Sonos Beam en la sala de estar y Sonos Play: 1 en la cocina para disfrutar de la música inalámbrica.

La ubicación es muy tranquila. La entrada de palma de 50 m de largo ofrece suficiente espacio de estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. El brezal se abre detrás de la casa.

El área de la piscina lo invita a tomar el sol y relajarse. A partir de mayo de 2016 con calefacción de piscina (costo adicional). Las terrazas cubiertas con la zona de barbacoa son ideales para comer al aire libre. La superficie habitable se distribuye en un nivel y es espaciosa y espaciosa. Sala de estar con área de descanso, mesa de comedor, conexión a internet, sistema de música con USB y radio por internet y TV de pantalla plana de 50 ", cocina con microondas, lavaplatos y lavadora con secadora, 3 habitaciones con 2 camas cada una, 2 baños, 1 sofá cama para 1 persona, 2 cunas. Perros posibles bajo petición.

Casa Corrida es muy amigable para los niños. Hay 1 cuna con colchones de alta calidad y ropa de cama a juego, 1 trona y una pequeña selección de juguetes. Se pueden alquilar cunas adicionales.

Distancias desde la casa: La distancia a las playas es de unos 5 a 15 minutos en coche. El centro de Carvoeiro con tiendas y restaurantes está a solo 10-15 minutos a pie. El famoso club de tenis Carvoeiro se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie. El campo de golf más cercano está a 10 minutos en coche.

This property is outstanding- very beautiful, comfortable beds,very well equipped kitchen, lots of hot water. Really, quite perfect. We stayed for 7 nights and loved it. The host responded quickly to all questions and the property manager dropped in and gave us lots of ideas about places to visit and eat during our time in Carvoeiro.

A beautiful villa set in a quiet and peaceful location. The pool and outside seating areas were ideal for a family holiday. The indoors are spacious and well equiped. The villa is a short drive to popular beaches, Praia da Marinha, Praia do Carvoeiro, Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha, all well worth a visit during your stay. Perfect communication from the villa owner, along with friendly and courteous property management staff. A stunning area to visit, and we'd love to visit again.

Wonderful days in an incredible place

Both the house and the surrounding area exceeded our expectations. The house is located in an incredibly quiet, beautiful place and very close to the centre of Carvoeiro. There are several beaches nearby (10 m by car). The owner was from the first contact very attentive, and always available to provide all necessary clarification. Great Experience!

The location of the house is great in a very pleasant environment. The pool is great for everyone. Children must be good swimmers. The villa is spacious roomy, good taste everywhere....bathrooms are splendid and modern, kitchen as well, the garden was magnificent, we just loved the place. Critics: the wifi does not work much, the band is very narrow...also the extra beds (above 6 people) could be better, so it's ideal for 6 persons, and more fans should be available as it's hot without aircon at night.... but again great place thank you !!!!!

As we got several feedbacks about air-condition the villa will be equipped with air-condition in all bedrooms starting from season 2016. Internet access is with an LTE router. The bandwidth varies where you are in the villa. I will check with my administration to get a stronger router. The extra bed is a new one. I will check what the problem could be. Wonderful place to stay and relax

The property is separated from the neighbors, so you can move completely freely and carefree. The house is large, well cut and offers everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and sufficiently large. We had a very pleasant time and would always come back. What is also to be read in the brochure in the accommodation but before as info would have been nice is that workers for garden and pool suddenly appear unannounced and do their work. Yes, this must also be done but so completely unannounced we were a bit scared when suddenly people came to the property. But all in all it was a very nice stay. Thank you.

Wonderful

Such a great villa - big pool and beautiful grounds and outdoor BBQ/dining area perfect for social cooking, dining and playing cards. Inside of the villa was well laid out and maid service changing bed linen and towels was appreciated. Host was readily available to answer any queries we had. Didn’t walk into Carvoeiro as seemed a bit hilly but Ubers were only €6 euros. Walked down to the cliffs from the villa easily - such beautiful views. Nearby beaches were very pretty and we had some excellent meals out. Played golf a couple of times too. Villa is perfectly located - everything we wanted within 10 minute drive. We were pleased to have an Apolonia supermarket nearby - a bit more expensive but excellent quality produce. We definitely hope to return

Great family holiday.

Fantastic holiday and great villa for having some time out. Good pool but no ball games sadly as couldn’t stand up anywhere but still used everyday. Good kitchen and facilities - cooked everyday. Problem with water being off one day was annoying and a faulty kettle tripping the electrics both on days we’d planned to stay in and cook/chill but resolved very quickly and hosts responded immediately. Spacious living area great for watching films, playing games etc inside and out. AC didn’t work in one of the rooms but only found that out from my son on day of departure so not able to have it fixed whilst we were there. Great location for exploring the Algarve - we drove 50mins for surfing beaches and 10-15mins for jumping off cliff and snorkelling beaches. Lots of nice cafes and eateries in carvoeiro to choose from we went to Taste and a pizzeria both were perfect but having a bbq in the evening by the pool in the evening at the villa was pretty hard to beat. Thank you!!! Would definitely recommend.

Dear Caty, thank you very much for your review. During summer water is turned off on some days for all households during daytime and is not specific for the villa. Sorry for the problems with the kettle we immediately exchanged. We will look for the A/C. Looking forward to welcome you again.

Very nice house!

Nice big clean house in a quiet area. Big garden, great pool. We have a few (personal) comments: - too warm in the living room in July/August (no airco) - no curtain (keep out light curtain) in the main bedroom -swimming pool beds can use mattress when you want to spent a whole day at the pool relaxing on a bed. - wash of previous tenants is still being washed when you are there. So machine is running every day (machine in kitchen, so you hear it) - Umbrellas didn't fit into standard. So when windy they fell and you had to fold them. And it was to warm in the sun. - We got 4 very small towels for the swimming pool. But when I asked for it, same day got extra (new!) big towels. Great service!! Some small things we experienced. Contact and payment etc with Nicolai was super!

Please let me anwser some of your comments: - There have been some really hot weeks last year (more than 40 degrees Celsius) and then it might be hot in the living room. - All bedrooms are equipped with folding shutters - I'll check for mattress for the swimming pool beds during my next stay - About the wash of previous tenants: I'll check for a washing service in the high season. - We bought new Umbrellas in August 2016 so this should not be an issue any more. - For all guests: If something is missing just ask for it.

Could have been better

Overall the property and location were good. However, the villa would benefit from some "routine maintenance" which would have given it 5 stars from us. When we arrived, the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it and 3 days later, they took the old one away and left us with nothing for the rest of our stay. When we used the sink to hand wash the dishes, it leaked dirty water all over the kitchen floor due to poor plumbing. One of the air conditioning units needed maintenance as it sprayed ice over our son on a daily basis. We only had one visit in 10 days to clean the pool - previous villas we have rented have had pool maintenance every 2-3 days. As it was hot, we had to top the water levels up to stop the noise of the filters. One of the sun loungers was broken and dangerous. On our last day, there was no running water so we couldn't flush the toilets or have a shower before we left for home. A great villa let down by poor maintenance. For the price charged, it should have been better

Dear Mark, thank you for writing your review and you liked the property and the location. I’m really sorry for the problems with the dishwasher you had and of course the dishwasher is repaired now. Adelia our housemaid assisted you in cleaning the dishes and took care about the kitchen. Regarding pool service: The pool service comes twice a week and in summer it can be they start their work at 7am. As we did not get any report from you regarding any dirty pool I assume you just did not recognize when the pool was cleaned. Regarding the air-condition we also did not get any information from your side. Of course we did check them immediately. They all worked and one was maybe too cold. We will take of it. We put a lot of effort and money in maintaining the house which is evidently described by all other reviewers. Again I’m really sorry for the inconvenience with the dishwasher. Best regards Nicolai

Sencillamente perfecta

La casa es, sencillamente, perfecta. Totalmente equipada hasta el mínimo detalle. Perfecta para verano e invierno. Grande, espaciosa, cómoda - colchones buenos- bonita! Un jardín precioso. Perfectamente situada. No sé qué más decir! Perfecta.

Prachtig huis met alles erop en eraan. Zeer goede keuken en prima bedden. Zwembad is heerlijk en wordt goed onderhouden. Het is heel fijn dat er ook wordt schoongemaakt. Het huis ligt wel op een heuvel, dus je hebt echt een auto nodig om op pad te gaan. Wij waren met 6 volwassenen en een dreumes. Ook voor hem waren alle voorzieningen prima. Leuk dat er veel speelgoed is en zwembad attributen. Kortom een super verblijf gehad. Contact met de eigenaar was zeer prettig.

Absolut großartig

Tolle Villa, liebevoll eingerichtet, wir waren zwar nur draußen und hin und wieder in der Küche. Super Betten zum schlafen. Wunderschönes Grundstück, einfach riesig. Super Sitzgelegenheiten außen, Grill, super Pool Eigener Zitronenbaum den wir auch genutzt haben, absolut perfekt; für uns! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Und super sauber durch die sehr liebe Haushaltshilfe! 15 von 10 Punkten die wir vergeben können! Die Villa ist so wie beschrieben und eher bescheiden beschrieben!
