Casa Blanca es una villa privada independiente ubicada en las tranquilas afueras de Playa Blanca. La villa está bien equipada con todas las comodidades modernas para que su estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Hay una piscina privada climatizada con energía solar, que es apta para niños con una puerta de seguridad que rodea la piscina, lo que garantiza un momento de relax para los padres. Hay dos dormitorios, el amplio dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un baño en suite con vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y su propio baño separado. Todas las habitaciones se abren a la terraza. La villa se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Playa Blanca. We enjoyed our stay

We have just returned from our vacation. The villa was nice and clean, with all the amenities promised. We fully enjoyed our time. Communication with the owner Carolyn was always easy and promptly. Debbie, our contact in Playa Blanca, also provided us quickly with all the necessary information. Thanks a lot for making this a superb stay.

A great place to stay.

We stayed in this villa for 10 days and were overall happy with the whole experience. The pool is the perfect size for proper swimming but does need resurfacing/painting. The furniture and interior were fine and very comfortable but some of the wall plaster needs to be repaired. This does not detract from the holiday. Definitely would return in the future and we are happy to recommend this villa.

Lovely peaceful property

Lovely villa in a very quiet area. Clean and well equipped although could benefit from the addition of air conditioning. Lovely heated pool and large terrace with sunbeds, outdoor dining area and brick barbecue. Situated within walking distance of local amenities and a few bars cafes and a restaurant . There were buses to Rubicon Marina and Playa Blanca every 30 minutes although both were within walking distance (20-45 minutes) Although we hired a car it’s not really necessary and wouldn’t hire a car again. The villa was absolutely perfect for us but just a little tired. It would been appreciated if a basic welcome pack could have been offered ( chargeable) especially as we arrived late evening . Overall we had a wonderful time

Another amazing stay at Casa Blanca

Just home from another amazing stay at Casa Blanca, It's really is a home from home, nothings to too much for Carolyn the owner or Debbie the villa manager in Playa Blanca. The villa is extremely clean, spacious, nice and quiet. Short walk away from the supermarket, nice restaurants, the beach and this time we found a small children's play area less then 5 mins walk away which was brilliant. Even the self check in scan we have to do by law now is very easy and straightforward. Can't wait for 2023 flights to be released then we'll definatly be booking again.

Perfect for relaxation

Carolyn had thought of everything and explained the villa and surrounding area with all contact numbers for taxi, hospital etc before we went away which was really helpful. The villa is in a perfect location and is very peaceful with a short walk to the bars and supermarket. Alfie’s bar has a great range of drinks and the food is brilliant, it’s a family run business and are the nicest family who will do anything for you and they ordered our taxis so we could into town which was under €5. Paulo’s is also a great bar and he is very friendly and great with kids. The food isn’t expensive and is very nice. The walk to the marina was about half an hour but it’s a lovely walk along the hotel fronts. Lots of bars and restaurants around the marina but they are very busy so might be worth booking in advance. Will definitely be back again!

Villa situated in nice quiet residential area, Villa was as described with a very comfortable bed and on suite. With the coastal walk path a short distance away. a nice evening stroll into the Rubicon Marina taking about 20 minutes.an enjoyable holiday.

First but not last.

The property was in a great location, a great base to explore the island. Casa Blanca is close to bars,restaurants,shops and supermarket, it was our first time in Lanzarote and we will definitely be back.

Review of our family stay at Casa Blanca 08/19.

An excellent very clean villa in a very pleasant, quiet area perfect for a quiet break with young children. Situated within a short walk to a small shopping complex with a HiperDino mini market & several great cafes & bars/restaurants. Paulo's is fantastic for kids! There is also bus stops & a taxi rank, both well serviced. We hired a car which I would recommend, but not essential. The gated good sized pool provided welcome safety as one of our young children cannot swim. The brick BBQ was excellent. Communication with Debbie the property manager was fantastic & her recommendations really improved our stay. The new mattresses & pillows were very comfortable. No A/C but we didn't miss it & found the fans provided all the cool air required despite the very warm weather. We only used the TV/dvd to entertain the children for short periods, but there were plenty of other channels available. A highly recommend property to which we are already looking to return to!

Amazing Villa, we will be back

Have just returned from 12 nights at Casa Blanca, it’s a lovely spacious villa, very clean, with everything you could possible need for your stay. Photos on here don’t do the villa justice, much better in person. Supermarket and restaurants just a 5 min stroll down the road or larger one 5 mins in car, marina is only 10 mins away with beautiful views and restaurants and has a lovely market twice weekly. We swam everyday all day and pool was lovely WARM and clean and very well maintained. Communication from both owner and villa manager are excellent and both very helpful. The only thing we found that was ‘diffrent’ to other villas we’ve stayed in - where it states towels provided this only means bath towels not swimming towels, wasn’t a huge problem though, a quick dash to the Chinese shop in town and towels purchased for 5€ each- Debbie the villa manager said she had some we could hire for for a similar cost but decided to buy our own then we have them for future holidays. All in all an amazing stay and currently looking at dates for next year!

Excellent, relaxing stay .

The Villa is in a great location, set at the edge of the resort, private and with great views. Lovely and peaceful. A car hire is recommended here, although I did see a bus stop nearby and taxis are dotted around the place.The villa has everything you need and plenty of space. The pool is a good size and our two sons certainly made the most of it. It is a short 5 minute walk to a supermarket and some bars (including a couple of sports bars) and cafes.You can walk along the promenade to the marina but takes about 25 minutes.the marina has a lovely atmosphere, plenty of restaurants, good food ,ice creams and cocktails ! we ate here most nights, we had a BBQ one night at the villa . There is wifi and satellite TV. You can even roll out of bed and onto the patio from each room! No fighting for sun beds! This is our first Villa holiday and definitely not the last, I'm a convert ! Great communication from Carolyn the owner ,and Debbie also very informative and helpful on our first day. Thankyou, we had a great stay at villa Casa Blanca, Las Coloradas

Lovely peaceful villa in good location

We spent a lovely two weeks at Villa Casa Blanca, where we were looking for peace and quiet, and were not disappointed. The villa was very clean and tidy, and was well equiped. It was great to be able to get the main British tv channels. The location was convenient for supermarkets, Papagayo beach and the Marina Rubicon where there is a good selection of restaurants. The outside area of the villa is well equiped with sun loungers, table and chairs, and has a good sized heated pool. Our thanks to Debbie ( who looks after the villa ) for all her help during our stay.

A peaceful, convenient and lovely location

A great week! The villa was beautifully clean and well equipped and Debbie ( the lady on hand who oversees the property) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The outside area had plenty of sunloungers, and was a real suntrap for much of the day. If you are looking for busy nightlife and English bars, this is not the place for you, but if you need a quiet spot, close to the beach but with local amenities and a great restaurant just a walk away, then this house would fit the bill very nicely.

Wonderful stay at Villa Blanca

We spent a lovely 10 days at Villa Blanca. The villa itself was immaculate with everything you could have wished for to make a great holiday. It had lovely views or the mountains and was very private and in a peaceful location. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect

We arrived at this villa for a 10 day holiday and strange i know but my first impression was how lovely and clean it smelt. After a few hours a lovely lady called Debbie came and had a chat about the area and places to eat and asked if everything was ok. We were very comfortable in this villa and i thoroughly enjoyed my daily swim in the pool. The area was peaceful and the supermarket wasnt too far away either. We hired a car but there is a local bus service not too far away anyway. Overall we both enjoyed our relaxing stay here and we are already planning a return trip next year. Thankyou x

Beautiful villa very clean in a good location

We stayed in the villa for a week, it is in a peaceful location, but has lots of places to eat within walking distance or if you have a car playa Blanca is close by too. Papa gay or beach within 15 minutes walk. The villa was beautiful and very clean with everything you could need. The pool is lovely for relaxing in and was very clean too. Our two children had so much fun playing in the pool. Debbie who looks after the villa is lovely and friendly and will give you any advice on nice places to eat etc. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who wants tranquility it's beautiful ! Look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you for the use of your lovely villa carolyn.

Ideal place for rest and relaxation

Villa casa blanca was the perfect stay for us, we wanted peace and quiet and was rewarded. We did'nt hire a car but everything was close to hand anyway, bus into playa blanca, every 30 mins, supermarket close by and the beautiful waterfront a 10 minutes stroll away. The pool was a dream because the weather was not to good but the water was warm. Had a great time and would not hesitate to do it all again.

Perfect location excellent accommodation

We are regular visitors to Las Coloradas and this villa was first class. Easy walk to the shops and the sea and only 20 minutes to the Marina. Lovely deep pool and perfect area for sunbathing and for having our breakfast every morning. Decent fast wifi and BBC1, 2 and ITV for a bit of UK tele! Already looking to book again for next year!

Really nice and everything there. Lovely and clean

Our second visit to this lovely villa. Very well equipped and having a heated pool makes such a difference. Cannot recommend a better relaxing place to stay, and still only 25mins walk from the marina, bars and restaurants. Also 5/7 mins walk from local shops and bars. Really takes some beating. We will be booking again for next year The Murfitts

Total chill kinda place!

My husband and I stayed at Carolyn's villa for the week. Superb! Fab villa and weather great. The villa provided everything we needed for a comfortable and chilled week in one of our favourite places. Carolyn was so accommodating because we were supposed to stay at the villa last year for my husbands 50 th birthday treat but unfortunately, an accident prevented us from going. She was so kind to allow us to save the week for this year. We are so grateful and loved every minute in this peaceful and excellent villa. Role on the next time! Fabulous holiday, villa brilliant - will return

My partner and I stayed in Casa Blanca for 10 days in June 2016. We had a fantastic stay and the villa is brilliant - quiet, peaceful, clean - it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the house is great, about a 30 minute stroll to Dorada beach, and only 10 minutes to the Papagayo beaches. Car and bike rental options in Las Coloradas make it very easy to get about. Will definitely stay in this villa again - already looking to book again for next year.

Fantastic 10/10

We loved this villa, between the location, the pool, the quiet relaxing neighbourhood, the house itself and the convenience of a local taxi rank and supermarket a 2 minute walk from the house makes this the perfect holiday get away. The only thing I would change about my visit here is I'd stay for 2 weeks instead of 1. It's fantastic!!
