Excellent host, comfortable accommodations close to skiing

Townhome is very conveniently located for access to skiing/snowboarding in the Cottonwood Canyons and it was perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals (full suite of cookware/dishes/cutlery, basic spices). Beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows provided for your preferred softness/hardness.Our host, Brad, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! He dropped off extra bedding without us needing to ask, mailed back a couple items we had forgotten at checkout, and he even let us borrow a pair of ski pants when we came up short at the local shops. We'll definitely consider staying here again!

space and location

My wife and I spent 5 nights here in early March, 2024. We wanted to ski various resorts in Utah. This is the perfect place for that. It's easy to travel to the great resorts from this location.The townhouse has everything you need, is very clean and there is lots of room. We would definitely stay here again. The host is great also.

Utah Ski Vacation

We were on a Utah Ski Vacation, skiing at Alta, Brighton, and Deer Valley. The apartment's location is perfect for access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The only negative aspect of the location is the parking area is right on a busy street, but we managed OK. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and Brad is a VERY RESPONSIVE host. We'll come back next year.

easy access to I-215 and ski areas

Nicely decorated and furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed. For being on a main road, the place was quit.

excellent condo

condo was perfect for our stay during spring break. kitchen set up perfectly to cook. house is very warm and cozy. front area set up to handle your gear from skiing. our host was very easy going. parking is a 3 point turn to back in, being on a busy street at times. straight shot up big cottonwood canyon. easy access to the bus as well. would definitely stay again.

Great stay for skiing in canyons

We had a great stay. The place is very clean and well stocked. It is on a busy street but it was very quiet and we were so thankful the driveway was plowed and shoveled so soon after a big storm! The Murphy bed was comfortable and the place was perfect for 3 adults and one teen.

Cottonwood Heights ski trip.

This property is spacious and comfortable. Extremely convenient to get to any canyon ski area and tons of dining options very close by.

Perfect "home base" to explore the Utah ski resorts

Located minutes from the Cottonwood Canyons, this clean and comfortable townhouse is the perfect vacation home for your skiing adventure. The house is equipped with everything you might need and the beds are clean and super comfortable (including the murphy bed in the den!). Brad is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, even before you arrive!

Holiday Week 2021

We and our 3 grown children spent the holidays in this wonderful condo located near the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. The location was convenient to the Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts and also to multiple shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Brad was a wonderful host and kept the entrance shoveled after heavy overnight snowfalls. He provided tools for snow removal on our cars and even sleds that we used on a walkable nearby sledding hill! The condo was roomy enough for us all and very cozy. A great week!

Wonderful Stay in Utah

It was a great experience renting this property. Brad was a great host from day 1. He explained everything about the house and was very responsive to my questions. The house was centrally located near shopping malls and had easy access to the freeway. My wife and I were in town to visit our daughter and her boyfriend. The house was spacious and plenty big enough to house us all. The decor was very nice and the whole house was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

2021 Snowbird over takes Corona.

A group of us have gone on a week long snowboarding trip for over 20 years. Originally we were going to skip this season due to the pandemic however the recent success rate of the vaccines spurred us to put together a last minute trip. The affordable rate and location combined with the VRBO service and the wonderful host made it happen for us. We were lucky with 24” of new snow while we were there. It was great and we will be back and perhaps in the summer this time for some of those amazing national parks!!!

Clean and spacious!

The condo was clean and spacious and very close to skiing. Also close to a ski shop and grocery stores - all within walking distance. Ski bus schedule easy to follow! Brad was extremely helpful - thank you! Highly recommend!

Convenience and space

The location could not be beat! Literally a left turn out of the property and we drove directly to a parking spot at Brighton ski resort 30 minutes later! 5 minute walk to a lovely park. 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Never heard our neighbors at all. It is on a busy street so we could hear traffic while in the main living area, but almost not at all while in the bedrooms. Perfect for our family of 4.

Perfect getaway.

This property was everything as described and even better in person. Great location with everything near by. We skied 3 different mountains and this was absolutely a wonderful location. Would most definitely stay again.

Perfect place for skiing the 4 Canyon resorts

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Brad's property. Location is perfect (ski bus stops 300 yards down the road), shops and restaurants aplenty nearby. Property is spacious, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Brad is a very friendly and responsive host and made this one of our best AirBnB/VRBO experiences ever. We highly recommend it!

Great host, great location...condo was just like described in VRBO

What is there to say. Great host...super helpful and very easy to connect with. Condo was great. We stocked, nicely furnished. Everything in the unit "worked". Location is great as you turn left out of the condo and stay on road all the way to big cottonwood canyon. Plenty of places to eat and ski shops nearby. Will be staying here again for sure

Great place for a family, ski reunion

Owner was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and went out of his way to make sure we had access to the unit when we needed to arrive a bit early. Very easy to get to the rental from the airport (75% highway, 25% city streets). Had a concern about potential noise since it was on a busy street, but we had no issues. The sleeping areas are downstairs in the townhome so they are below street level. This may explain why we didn't hear much noise. Parking area in front of rental and no worries finding a spot. We came to ski up Big Cottonwood canyon and you can't beat the location for ease of getting up the canyon. Walkable distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Clean. Plenty of area rugs and tiled entry so that when we came in from skiing, there were places where we could take our gear off and not worry about getting carpet dirty/wet. The kitchen and dining area were comfortable for our dinners with six people as long as everybody wasn't in the kitchen at once. Kitchen well supplied with basics such as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, and a few odds and ends most likely shared by others who had previously rented. Laundry in basement was quite useful for our multi-day trip where we were working hard during the daytime and clothes were getting a bit rank. The townhome is in a multi-unit building but we didn't see or hear other tenants. Really enjoyed our stay.
