Casa de huéspedes independiente. Acabamos de terminar de agregar nuevas alfombras y pintura en diciembre de 2016 junto con las encimeras de granito en la cocina y la nueva salpicadura trasera. Nuevo mobiliario y nuevas camas con edredones de plumas. Sin mascotas. casa privada con hermosas vistas de Little Cottonwood Canyon. Menos de 10 minutos a Alta y Snowbird estaciones de esquí. Cerca de Brighton y Park City esquí también. Recién barnizado y listo para sus vacaciones de relax. Disfrutar de la chimenea de gas y ver caer la nieve. Es fácil caminar a la parada de autobús / Park y montar a ambas estaciones de Alta y Snowbird. El acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje y parrilla de barbacoa. cenador. Sala de estar con TV HD grande, bluRay y TV directa con canales de películas, área de comedor, lavadora y secadora, baño completo en el nivel principal. 1 dormitorio en la planta principal y 1 dormitorio en la planta superior con 1/2 baño. Loft tiene una cama doble, cómodo asiento de amor, TV HD de 32 pulgadas con BluRay y muchos DVD. guardaesquís. Estufa de gas, microondas, encimeras de granito, cafetera, licuadora Ninja, café de cortesía, chocolate caliente y té.

The Ivy Cottage was perfect! It’s exactly as advertised and has absolutely everything you need exactly where you expect it to be for your stay! The hosts are excellent at communicating with you! The downstairs bed is super comfortable!! We loved the garden area, the view is fantastic and location is spot on! Eric’s restaurant suggestions were delicious! We loved our time at Ivy Cottage and can’t wait to book again!! Highly highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it! It’s very clean, quiet, relaxing and peaceful!!

Great hosts. Great communication. Incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of nice, well thought out touches throughout. Had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to Alta/Snowbird can’t be beat. Perfect place for a Father/Son ski trip.

Eric was a great host and was extremely welcoming. He even had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids. The cottage had everything you could need. He also had a number of great restaurant recommendations. If skiing at Alta or Snowbird in the future we would definitely come back!

We were greeted by Eric on arrival, he walked us through in making sure we were well informed of all amenities. Wow, a personal touch rare to see. Clean, super well equipped kitchen, numerous personal touches. Many late afternoons relaxing after spring skiing gazing at the view as the sun set. Thx and shall be back soon

Host is very communicative and welcoming. The cottage feels more like a bnb or home than a normal rental, in the setup, decor, and all the things provided.They try to provide anything a guest might need and I didn't come across anything I needed that wasn't there.

We have stayed in many short term rentals, and this one is easily in the top five. The hosts are the most wonderful humans and clearly love welcoming people to this lovely cottage behind their home. Eric welcomed us upon arrival (despite it being 10pm) and walked us through the cottage to show us all features. Shauna insisted on plying us with baked goods, having Eric deliver them with instructions to eat the chocolate banana bread while it was still warm. Every amenity was considered - from robes to jars of peanuts and M&Ms to a bottle of wine - and the kitchen was one of the most completely stocked we've seen. There was a selection of teas and hot chocolate, and even books and games were available. When we had a problem with one of the toilets, Eric had it fixed while we were out. We truly felt like visiting family while we stayed at the Ivy Cottage and will absolutely come back!
