El apartamento está idealmente situado en el romántico pueblo pesquero de Stoliv que serpentea maravillosamente a lo largo de la costa de la bahía de Kotor (Boka Kotorska). Gracias a cientos de pequeños embarcaderos y barcos de pesca tradicionales, los maravillosos palacios e iglesias históricas, Stoliv, tiene un rico patrimonio marítimo que ha ayudado a dar forma al carácter de este lugar tan buscado. Stoliv también mira hacia el hermoso pueblo de Perast y las famosas islas de Gospa od Skrpjela (Dama de Skrpjela) y Sveti Dorde (San Jorge). Stoliv está a unos 15 minutos en coche de la ciudad histórica de Kotor. También hay un servicio local de autobuses al casco antiguo de Kotor y a Tivat. Tiene una ubicación ideal para todos sus viajes de turismo por la península. Hay una variedad de restaurantes locales, tiendas y bares en Stoliv y en Precanj cercano. Stoliv es un gran lugar para vacaciones familiares, ya que es uno de los pocos pueblos alrededor de la bahía de Kotor con una playa, que está a solo 50 metros del apartamento.

Logement conforme à l'annonce situé à quelques mètre de la plage. L'appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée est spaciaux avec 2 chambres et une grande pièce à vivre. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité et également une grande superette largement suffisante pour faire des courses.

Séjour agréable

L'appartement est bien situé avec une jolie plage toute proche. Il est confortable, mais pratique pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il y a beaucoup de belles visites à faire. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce séjour

Yes, it is situated in a great location just beside a little beach. Also close to many restaurants and shops along the beautiful Kotor fjord and within easy walking distance from the apartment. I love Stoliv. My family and I stayed in this apartment two times and both times our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Last time we stayed in the apartment in July, 2016. The apartment has all the facilities you need when on vacation. It’s located at a small distance away from the road (which is an advantage) but at a very comfortable short distance to walk from house to the nice beach.You can easily buy the main food and vegetables/fruit not far away from the apartment or you can catch a bus to go to Kotor market to buy somthing special to eat. Even if you don’t rent a car you can travel by bus to Kotor old town or to the Porto Montenegro at Tivat. You never get tired of the changing beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor when having promenade over the small embankment which is not far away the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for comfortable rest. The owner provided the detailed information eg. how to find the apartment as well as good suggestions on where to go and what to see. I would highly recommend this apartment for rent to my family and friends.

Lovely Apartment

We have just returned from Montenegro having stayed 10 days in this property. There were four in our party, two couples. We thought the apartment itself was bright ,clean & well presented. The photographs on the website do not do it justice as it is larger and more spacious in reality. It is fully equipped with everything you would need, but no dishwasher. The bedrooms were large and very nicely furnished too with loads of storage, which is normally a problem I find with holiday apartments. The area itself is stunning, and what we loved most was the luxury of being able to get up in the morning and within a minute be straight into the fjord for a swim…a perfect start to our day. There are a couple of local shops within a few minutes walking distance where we found the essentials and several restaurants. We sat out on the terraces of various restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. There are many interesting places nearby to visit. Kotor town which is an old walled town, is truly beautiful and UNESCO protected. Also recommend visiting Porto Montonegro in Tivat. We had a lovely meal in Restaurant One, which was excellent. We used the bus service quite a bit, even though we had hired a car, as it was cheap to use and you can catch it anywhere along the fjord. We had no problems at all with this apartment but were reassured by the owners that help was at hand if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be returning to Stoliv and hopefully stay here as it is a great place from which to explore Montenegro. Jacki
