La villa, a 5 minutos a pie desde el pueblo, está a 800 pies, y con vistas al Mediterráneo a los delanteros, los viñedos y las montañas de Troodos a la izquierda. Se compone de dos dormitorios en la planta baja, y también hay un cuarto de baño grande. La planta alta consta de un área de cocina, comedor totalmente equipada, con mesa y seis sillas, y sala de estar, con dos sofás y un gran sillón, mesa de café grande y otros muebles. Hay un televisor con plena internetaccess y canales para todas las nacionalidades. Y equipo de música. Las puertas del patio conducen a la terraza muy grande (12 pies x 8 pies) que tiene una sobrecarga eléctrica ciega para dar sombra, y una mesa y seis sillas con cojines. Un coche Honda VRC con aire acondicionado se incluye de forma gratuita. Esto representa un ahorro de £ 100 a £ 240 por semana, dependiendo de la época del año. Excellent villa

The villa has everything that you need for a great holiday. Meals on the balcony admiring the view; comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen and air con when needed. The pool is a two minute walk around the corner. It was large and private and we mostly had it to ourselves. The centre of Pissouri is nearby and the beach, which had great waves when we were there was fun.

Perfekt Holidays

We had a perfect week of vacation in a beautiful, perfectly equipped house in a great location! The car faithfully took us everywhere. Pissouri has good restaurants, a beautiful beach and offers everything you need. Bodil ist totally uncomplicated, everything worked perfectly! Absolute recommendation!!

We found the house comfortable, very well equipped and clean. No complaints to make. Its owner responded quickly by email to our requests for additional information (notably for finding a taxi). Thank you for your service, Bodil ! We really enjoyed our stay in Pissouri.

Perfect for our needs

The property is situated on the edge of, but very close to, the delightful Pissouri village and enjoys amazing views from the balcony. It is within easy driving distance of many lovely places to visit. It is beautifully clean, comfortable and well cared for and Tim the caretaker is most helpful and friendly. We chose to use the car which worked well for us. We would not hesitate to return.

A lovely holiday

Really nice and comfy house with great access to the swimming pool and BBQ was great. The house was well furnished with a wide range of utilities. Car was exceptionally helpful to get around Pissouri and beyond. It had a minor problem but the car was absolutely a pleasure to drive. The location of the house (8-min walk to the Village square) is very quiet, remote and non-touristy which we wanted. Hence the car was a godsend. Owner was quick to respond to your queries. Overall a great place and happy to return in the future.

Beautiful property/area

The house was 1st class and had everything we could have needed Home from home .Quiet area with the village a short stroll away. Check in was easy as we were met by friend of the owner who showed us everything,then met the housekeeper and maintenance man Anne and Phil who couldn’t have been more helpful If you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay then look ok further

House is in two levels said clarly in house desription so there are stairs. We bought a new smart TV and for you a new program for getting UK program. that Phil installed. Did he not install properly?

A home from home

Loved staying here - we felt very comfortable, loved the balcony with the views, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy, quiet neighbourhood, having a car was brilliant, and we even made use of the golf clubs one day. Bodil was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would love to come again when the weather is warmer.

Nice villa

The owner of the villa is very reliable and promtly returns any requests or messages. The villa has a very nice view to the ocean from the living room and balcony. Several interesting sightseeings can be easily achieved by car. We recommend this villa.

A Warm Winter Stay - very comfortable king-size bed, quiet location, excellent vehicle

My partner and I stayed for more than 3 weeks from mid-January and found it to be a very comfortable and quiet place, and the roomy 4wd vehicle was excellent for exploring the nearby hills and feeling confident to drive on some of the unpaved roads and tracks to find the out-of-the-way spots. There are plenty of ways to heat the place, and all the windows and doors have bug screens for when you can and want to open them for fresh air. The living room is comfortable and set up well for hanging out to chat, view the TV screen or read, and the kitchen has whatever you need to cook any meals. It’s a corner unit with citrus trees and nice potted plants, and several options for dining al fresco in the shade. The king-size bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. There were some problems with the water supply from the village but local caretakers Tim and Rita were easy to communicate with for info and solving some problems. Easy walk to the village for restaurant meals or supplies from the village store (which carries the best whole-grain bread made by the local bakery), easy parking in a private compound, friendly and helpful neighbours. On the B road below the village the Papantoniou Supermarket, a gas station, and delicious breakfast or lunch spots are only a 5 min drive away. I was sad to leave our temporary home and I’d definitely stay here again when we return in a year or two.

A little piece of heaven

Lemon Tree House is a beautiful, private retreat that is situated in a very central location for people who want to explore the island. We had no trouble finding the villa and had good communication with the owners in advance and throughout our stay. Check in was seamless and we were delighted to walk into the spotless villa. The upstairs kitchen and living room has a lovely sunny balcony with a wonderful view. It is a great place for al fresco dining. We were visiting in December and during the evenings we enjoyed the propane stove, which made the villa very cozy indeed. The master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the room opens onto a sunny patio under the lemon tree that is pictured in the photo. The little village was fun to explore and we enjoyed some lovely walks. We would highly recommend Lemon Tree House to future travellers.

Terrific homeaway from home

We absolutely loved our stay at Bodil’s lovely home. Her caretaker Tim was the best! It was great to have a place that felt like home. And the air in the bedroom was a lifesaver. Everything you may need the house had. A bonus was squeak. Very verbal and friendly. The car was great to have use of. It wasn’t as bad on petrol as previously mentioned. We look forward to returning to lemontree.

A very well equipped looked after property that instantly felt like home from home but with sea views and sun. Lovely patio area to sit and relax in. Suitable for just a couple or a large family as everything is provided making life easy. Would highly recommend.

Delightful House with Lovely Views!

We have recently returned from a fortnight's holiday staying in Bodil's Lemon Tree House in Pissouri. Her house has all the amenities you need from a well-stocked kitchen, to TV, DVD player and mini hifi. As you will see, the main living accommodation is on the 1st floor so as to take advantage of the views towards Pissouri Bay which, when there's no haze, is beautiful! The ground floor has two bedrooms (a large double and a twin) and a bathroom. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning! There is an electric awning too to provide some shade. Communication with Bodil is nothing but excellent and is supported locally by Tim the caretaker should he be required. Pissouri is a lovely village whose centre is only a 10min walk from the house. There are a number of good restaurants & bars here and we sampled 3: O'Vrakas, The Bunch of Grapes and (our favourite), the Hideaway. The village is ideally located just off the main A6 motorway and is roughly midway between Paphos and Lemossos. The Troodos mountains are within easy reach and Nicosia is about a 1.5 hours drive away. Pissouri Bay is 2 miles down the road and there is a good beach along with a couple more restaurants and some shops. There is a small convenience store in Pissouri village, but there is a very good supermarket back down on the main road and appears to stay open late - even on a Sunday. Overall, a wonderful property in an excellent location!

Well equipped house with use of car

Lemon Tree Cottage was a delight and the air conditioning was a Godsend. There are lovely views from the balcony. Warm and good sized pool with comfortable sun-loungers (would be great if there was a lavatory at the pool but you can't have everything). Amazing to have use of the car so we could explore the beaches and countryside. Very convenient short stroll to the great restaurants in the village (our favourite being the 'Bunch of Grapes'). We saw Fleetwood Bac at the ampitheatre which was fun. Bodil was extremely helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family.
