Villa A9 disfruta de un entorno tranquilo en un pequeño desarrollo maduro llamado Klimataria, a poca distancia de la playa de bandera azul de Pissouri y con su propia piscina privada. Al estar a medio camino entre Paphos y Limassol, Pissouri Bay está lejos de los principales centros turísticos y está idealmente situado para explorar la costa, los pueblos y las montañas de Chipre. El área será adecuada para aquellos que deseen relajarse, relajarse y posiblemente disfrutar de una amplia variedad de actividades que incluyen golf (campos Secret Valley y Aphrodite Hills) y deportes acuáticos como vela, windsurf y buceo. Delightful week at the villa and it's great pool. Surroundings and views brilliant 👌. Tranquil yet close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. Simon our host has been great. Villa has everything you need for a chilled week in the sunshine 🤒

Lovely Family Holiday

Great Villa in a quiet location lovely pool for relaxing and also close to the local beach. Theres some lovely restaurants in the Bay area and a local supermarket aswell as more Restaurants in Pissouri Village which isnt far away. Simon the host was great and very informative and Alan who looks after the property in Cyprus was also brilliant. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return soon.

Fantastic location, quite and peaceful. Pool size was great. Villa very clean and tidy, Still could do with a bit of TLC ie new mattress in master bedroom and pool lining, and new patio furniture. Loved The Bay Tree !! Would not stop us from going back.

The house is in a fantastic location. Just minutes from the lovely Pissouri beach. You definitely need a hire car though. The pool was great and kept clean twice a week by the lovely Alan. He also helped to fix a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay.One larger issue was the a/c in the main bedroom didn't really work. We let the owner know and within a couple of days, they had arranged to get it completely replaced! We were very grateful for that. There is no a/c in the common areas of the house, only ceiling fans, which did mean those areas become much warmer, but it was bearable.We actually enjoyed there not being a TV as it meant we spent more time together. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely holiday home.

Wonderfully peaceful property very well equipped

This single storey villa is located in a development called Klimitaria a 10 to 15 minute walk to Pissouri Bay with its beautiful beach tavernas and 2 small supermarkets we managed well without a car. The property is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful pool and views over the hills all we could hear was bird song so vey peaceful. There is a well equipped kitchen with pots and pans gas hob and oven which we did not use as we love eating out. We have a very relaxing week and would recommend this property to anyone, Simon was very helpful and communication was great.

Overall impression was good, but we did point out 2 or 3 niggles to Alan. The bedrooms were of a reasonable size with well stocked wardrobes in term of hangers and good drawer space. Previous guests had left very little as a "starter pack. The rim of the pool could do with a good clean / re-paint. The use of some ant killer would not go amiss.

Hidden gem :)

From booking to arriving at the villa, communication with the owner was easy, directions sent were accurate and easy to follow. The villa itself was very peaceful and adequate for two adults space wise. Pool was a lovely temperature though did have to keep a hose running whilst there as was told by Alan it has a leak and level of water kept dropping, didn’t bother us though. The shower in the bathroom was so powerful, best we have had whilst away so far! Air con in bedroom was much needed as we couldn’t sit in lounge/kitchen area for long as too hot made worse by ceiling fans when on. The bathroom was like a sauna too, and watch the door handle when you come back to Villa, so hot! Overall, we would recommend this Villa as its location is perfect for peace and quiet watching birds go about their business, but it’s close to motorway for exploring the island too.

Herrliche Auszeit vom Getöse der Welt

Wir fanden in Pissouri einen Platz, der einzigartige Ruhe in einem sonnendurchfluteten Land bietet. Das Haus entspricht völlig der Beschreibung und bietet eine seltene Idylle fern von den Zumutungen durch WiFi und TV. Wir hatten jedenfalls eine wunderbare Zeit mit neuen Begegnungen und alten Hobbys (Malen, Lesen, Hinschauen). Der Besuch im nahen Kourion, wo eine öffentliche Ballettprobe stattfand, war einzigartig. Auch der Kontakt mit Simon und Alan (vor Ort) war immer schnell und herzlich. Unser Tipp: im nahen Ampeli Restaurant nach Alison fragen und sich beraten lassen :)

Excellent quiet location

Great value for money villa with private pool. Big enough for 4 comfortably. Shady patio in morning but a furnace in the evenings. All you need for a lovely holiday. Within walking distance of beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely quiet beach and restaurant on beach. Do n’t go anywhere else on Sundays very busy. Go to visit a winery on first day and stock up on cost price wine. Air conditioning in second bedroom not a strong as main bedroom but sufficient. Recommend car to go to larger supermarket as one in bay very expensive. Overal location and amenities.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Einrichtung hat einige Mängel Schlechte Betten Unzureichende Steckdosen ( keine Möglichkeit zum Föhnen ) Kein funktionierender Fernseher Gartenmöbel beschädigt und sehr gemischt Alles in allem wurden diese Mängel durch den Pool ausgeglichen

Well located, good value accommodation

An easy drive from Paphos airport with parking directly outside the villa. Close enough to walk into town easily, but far enough to be away from noise. Although there is no WiFi, you can get 4G if required on site, and most of the restaurants in town provide free WiFi. Pool and garden is great for relaxing, and has the sun all day long. As has been mentioned elsewhere the villa is slightly worn, but it is clean, functional and is a great holiday location. We had a brilliant holiday and would recommend Pissouri Bay in general and this villa in particular, to anyone seeking fairly priced accommodation for a memorable holiday.

Lovely, quiet, relaxing holiday, just what we wanted .

We were ready to sit in the sun, dip in a pool and read and relax and this was the ideal place with sunshine around the pool at all times of day. There is a 10 to 15 minute walk to restaurants, shops and beach, which for us was just right. We had hired a car so we were able to go up to the old village some evenings and thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants and the atmosphere there. Hoping to return next year.

Away from technology..... Bliss

This is our second time at the bungalow, simply love it. Escape from wifi, switch off your phones and enjoy. Not overlooked, lovely pool, parking outside. It is a little dated but, it is clean, everything works, air-con in bedrooms and plenty of dvds and books. A 15 min stroll to restaurants and shops at Pissouri Bay. All provide free wifi if needed. Plus a mini market 5 mins down the road. Hope to be booking again 2017

My name is Les Gibbon and I have been a property owner here in Cyprus for some 20 years now. I first holidayed on the island over 25 years ago with my wife Hazel and we both fell in love with the island and decided to purchase our property at Pissouri Bay near Pathos as a result. We visit 3 or 4 times a year though work commitments mean this is not nearly enough.

The property is two bedroom in size, both air conditioned with a fitted kitchen and lounge area. The villa is fully fitted and well presented and offers all the utilities you would find at home. There is a well presented, enclosed garden which has at it's centre the beautiful private pool. Parking is to the rear of the propert and all local amenities such as restaurants and bars are located near by.
