Ático de lujo de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con un gran balcón que ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas al mar. La playa que tiene algo para todos es accesible a través de un camino al final de la piscina, literalmente a 50 metros a pie. Desde la playa podrá acceder al puerto deportivo, que cuenta con restaurantes y bares encantadores y muy asequibles. Puede tomar un taxi marítimo hacia Sunny Beach o Nessebar. Nuestro apartamento está lleno de todo lo que pueda necesitar. Nuestra cocina tiene una nevera-congelador grande, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, etc. El apartamento está amueblado con un estándar muy alto y tiene aire acondicionado. Tenemos TV satelital, PC con banda ancha WiFi gratuita ilimitada, Hi / Fi, reproductor de DVD, etc. El centro de la ciudad de St Vlas está a 10-15 minutos a pie del complejo y hay un servicio regular de traslado en autobús a Sunny Beach, que dura unos 10 minutos.

Vue magnifique, mais confort à améliorer

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement. La vue est à couper le souffle. L'emplacement est idéal : au calme, tout en restant proche de toutes les commodités.Cependant, nous avons été déçus par le manque d’équipements de base dans le logement : pas de sel, poivre, huile, sacs poubelle ou papier toilette. La clim de la chambre du haut ne fonctionnait pas.De plus, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant la moitié du séjour, et aucune intervention n’a été faite malgré notre signalement.Enfin, il y a un énorme nid de frelons au-dessus de la porte d’entrée. Il semble inactif, mais il serait préférable de le retirer pour des raisons de sécurité et de propreté.L’appartement a du potentiel, mais un peu plus d’attention au confort des locataires serait vraiment appréciée.

Amazing Holiday

We travelled as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The apartment is spacious and the views are amazing. We had an amazing family holiday. There are alot of steps and hills in this area, this did not bother us but for people not good on hills and steps might find this a struggle. We loved everything about this apartment and will definatley be returning. Greg was brillant to deal with from the beginning great communication. I would highly recommend this apartment if booking in this area. Thank you for a wonder stay

Perfect summer holiday

Very helpful and nice host. Good communication and always available if we needed something. We had a fantastic stay in Greg’s very nice apartment in a quiet area of Sveti Vlas. Perfectly located in a nice and quiet atmosphere, though close enough to lots of bars and some good restaurants. The Dolce Vita Complex has a nice pool (not crowded) and a cozy restaurant serving good and affordable food. Beach 5 min walk from the apartment was excellent. Sveti Vlas surprised us, and we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Wir haben wieder einmal unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Fernseher hat Greg sich sehr schnell um die Beseitigung des Problems gekümmert. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Perfect 😍

Really clean apartment in an excellent location. The property has been modernised and is a great example compared to others. The apartment has so much room over 2 levels with a nice view of the sea. Across the road is a great hidden gem of a bar. Access to Glamour Beach is a few minutes walk through the complex grounds. Old town for the best food is just a 10 minute stroll. Perfect. Greg is always available at just a text away.

Great stay!

This was our second stay and we’re equally as impressed as the first time! The view is something you will never tire of and the apartment has everything you need, Greg has been great throughout and replies very quickly. We used the recommended transfer to and from the airport and couldn’t fault, the driver was so nice and friendly. Can’t fault our stay would highly recommend.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in Sveti Vlas

Die Ferienanlage befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage und die Ferienwohnung hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Nessebar/Burgas. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Greg hat schnell und unkompliziert auf Anfragen reagiert und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir sehr empfehlen. Auch der von Greg organisierte Shuttle-Service hat perfekt geklappt. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher :-)

Simply awesome!

We have truly enjoyed our vacation in Saint Vlas. Greg, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! The views were breath-taking!!! The condo itself was clean and spacious for a family of four. The condo's proximity to the beach and restaurants made it a great vacation considering we have young kids. Greg was an amazing host and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely return and recommend this place to our friends and family!!!

Sveti Vlas, situé après Sunny Beach (ville balnéaire sans âme type Benidorm), ets une station balnéaire agréable et humaine. L'appartement de Greg nous a offert tout le confort que nous attendions. Relaxing break in Sveti Vlas

A very fabulous ten days soaking up the sunshine on the beach and enjoying the beautiful view from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and having a 24 hour shop directly opposite was a great bonus. A short stroll to the beach, bars and restaurants made for a very relaxing break. Sveti Vlas is a very clean and well maintained resort, feeling 'upmarket' compared to sunny beach area. Nessebar well worth a visit for the history, its prettiness and choice of restaurants. Thank you Greg for your prompt responses during the booking process, plus the ease of accessing the apartment on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend, but next time would go to Bourgas airport being much closer. The drive from Varna airport at night was quite hairy.

Absolutely wonderful!!

We have just spent 9 days here and could quite easily stay for another 9! The apartment is lovely, very modern with everything you need whilst on holiday. The views are beautiful, I would love to wake up to that view every single day. Greg has been a super host from the initial booking all the way through to our stay, anything we needed he provided us with, superb communication. Sveti Vlas is beautiful!! There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance with the main square being approximately a 15 minute walk. The pool is down a number of steps and the beach is about 5 minutes away. We felt the location of the apartment and all the amenities we wanted were excellent. I recommend Old Nessebar for a day out and we went to Aqua paradise in Nessebar another day which had amazing slides. I cannot wait to come back again, one of the best holidays we have ever had and thank you Greg for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

Excellent penthouse apartment

The property was very spacious and over two floors. Very clean with all amenities. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. The views from balcony and reading area were breathtaking overlooking the sea with just a 5 minute walk down to the Marina. There were plenty of restaurants based around the complex, and just a 10 minute walk in St Vilas town which hosts an abundance of restaurants. Really nice beach just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Sunny beach was just a 15 minute bus away, and you can get a free bus to the water park which you can pick up just at the top of the road from the apartment. Customer service from Greg the apartment owner was second to none. Already recommended this property to family and friends. 😊😊😊

Stunning views, lovely apartment

We'd never been to Bulgaria before so weren't sure what to expect. Greg was very helpful giving us advice about where to go and what to do, responding quickly to emails. The apartment is very light, airy and comfortable with stunning views of the marina, sunny beach and across to Nessebar. There is a small supermarket opposite the entrance to the apartment. There are steps down to the pool, beach and marina. The town of St Vlas is about 15 minutes walk away and the Marina about 10 minutes. At this time of year, many businesses were still in the process of opening up but there were still lots of restaurants to choose from. We got taxis into Sunny Beach and Nessebar old town. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment or St Vlas as a holiday destination.

Lovely apartment

Just come back from a lovely 2 week holiday staying in this apartment. The apartment is on a complex with excellent views. There was plenty of excellent restaurants around within walking distance of the apartment and we used the local buses to take us into Nessebar or Sunny Beach which were very cheap although rather crowded. The apartment was perfectly equipped for our needs and Greg the owner was always available and responded immediately if we had any questions. There are a lot of steps down to the communal pool and the beach but I would not let this stop me from staying in this apartment again.

Lovely views but not much else

The views were stunning and the apartment was nice, but the kitchen area was extremely small, and unfortunately we didn't have the room cleaned once during the whole 2 week stay even though we asked and paid for this service. Ideal for a quiet holiday but too quiet for us, too far from bars or restaurants and sunny beach, and there were far too many steps, (description made out the beach was right in front of the apartment but it was further than we thought!

Superb view in a convenient location.

Breathtaking view was a holiday highlight. The apartment is clean and comfortable with UK TV , Wii and Xbox to amuse children. Set on a lovely complex and minutes from a beautiful beach and marina with excellent choice of eateries. Owner was a pleasure to deal with - helpful and efficient and 100% contactable.
