Este apartamento céntrico es espacioso (87 metros cuadrados en total) con sala de estar principal que da al balcón que ofrece vista completa de la gran piscina y zona de recreación ajardinada y también vistas sin obstáculos sobre la bahía y el puerto deportivo a Nessabar y Sunny Beach.

El apartamento está alicatado, tiene una unidad de aire acondicionado en el salón principal y dos dormitorios, dos baños cada uno con su propia caldera y ducha, un salón interior, una sala de estar con una cocina abierta y un balcón que conduce desde allí. Cada una de las habitaciones también conduce a balcones separados. La sala de estar y los balcones del dormitorio principal ofrecen vistas a la piscina y al mar y al sol: ideal para controlar la actividad de la piscina y broncearse al mismo tiempo.

Dos grandes balcones con vista al mar (que está literalmente a un tiro de piedra) y un puerto deportivo de nueva construcción donde encontrará muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

De beneficio real es la ubicación del complejo. Está en primera línea y en terreno elevado, por lo que ofrece excelentes vistas. Está a pocos minutos de la playa y también está justo al lado del pueblo de Sveti Vlas (aunque realmente pequeño pueblo) lo que ofrece un fácil acceso a pie en cualquier momento.

Aproximadamente a 5 km de distancia se encuentra el animado complejo de Sunny Beach, a 5 km. Se puede llegar en taxi o en un servicio de autobús barato y regular que se detiene fuera del complejo. Sunny Beach es una ciudad turística costera muy concurrida que tiene un ambiente bullicioso y una gran cantidad de bares, tiendas, restaurantes, discotecas y diversión. ¡El lugar perfecto para divertirse toda la noche!

También a través de la bahía desde el apartamento es la antigua ciudad de Nessebar, un asentamiento de 3000 años de antigüedad y Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Cuenta con 10 espléndidas iglesias medievales y tiene unas hermosas calles antiguas donde hay algunos restaurantes fabulosos con una vista al mar increíble y un montón de tiendas para turistas. Puede llegar a Nessebar en taxi acuático desde el puerto deportivo. Este es un gran viaje con una excelente vista de toda la bahía, incluyendo Sunny Beach o, si lo prefiere, hay un servicio de autobús que sale cada 20 minutos desde el exterior del complejo.

Hay muchas excursiones en autobús, paseos en bote, caminatas, paseos a caballo, deportes acuáticos y se puede alquilar un coche en varios centros de servicios turísticos locales. spacious, stunning view

the apartment is spacious and comfortable; stunning view; It has all the necessary facilities for a successful holiday; the owner responds promptly to any requests; the complex also has several swimming pools - free access, small restaurants, shops and bars / pubs; fine sand beach (blue flag) and clear water; quiet area suitable also for families with children. the property is 15 km away from the largest aqua park in Bulgaria. We will return next year.

By far the worst property and experience we've had using VRBO!

This property was badly misrepresented by the owner who would also prove to be completely unresponsive and unaccountable throughout our brief stay. We were originally scheduled to stay for about a month, but left after just 4 days. Virtually none of the amenities advertised were open. For example, the pools, gym, hair salon, onsite restaurants, 24 hour security and onsite rental office were all closed for the season! This was never disclosed in the listing or in any communication with the owner prior to our arrival. The owner told us that we would be able to pick up the apartment keys at security when we arrived. Because security and the rental office was closed, we had to roam around after midnight to try and find someone who could eventually help us gain access to the apartment. Once we finally got in, we discovered a dirty apartment, disgusting furniture, a broken hot water heater and no cable TV or WIFI. There were no paper or cleaning products for us to even clean the apartment ourselves. When we were finally able to contact the owner after more than 24 hours, he did absolutely nothing to fix our problems. Moreover, he didn't even offer an apology for any of the issues! He wouldn't return our phone calls. He only sent emails 24 hours after we tried to reach him and stopped responding altogether when I requested a refund. I would highly recommend staying away from this property and this owner. BTW, he would not process a refund for our scheduled stay so we had to contact VRBO to resolve the issue through their policy against property misrepresentation. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful stay as we had to scramble to find a suitable last minute replacement property. We have had so many great experiences using VRBO so this was quite a surprise to us and one we hope others will avoid.

Unfortunately, main issue encountered was the holiday period for the guest fell out of season and facilities normally open in the resort and surrounding area are closed down during this time at the resort in preparation for winter. I would encourage guests travelling long distances to become familiar with the holiday season in Bulgaria to ensure expectations will be met; and also to raise questions as appropriate when making enquiries. As owners, we have no way of knowing whether you are looking for peace and quiet or something else. Also, to further assist guests in future, the advert has been updated to reflect the holiday season runs from mid May to mid September.

Fabulous Location

Padraics apartment is a perfect size for a family of 4 adults. With a fabulous view from the balcony, lovely pool, friendly staff in reception, taxi rank in front of reception plus the wonderful Diamonde Restaurant on site (ate there 4 times and delicious everytime including the Sushi) and a cute beach right on the doorstep plus the Marina. What more could you want! Sunny beach as expected fun and lively. Nessebar disappointing as very commercial. Nessebar aquapark the best with free bus on main road. Sveti Vlas up the hill behind complex, lovely village and well worth exploring. Tip.... use taxi on site, they don't rip you off! 15lev to sunny beach. 25lev to Nessebar. Of course there's always the local bus too. Padraic was very helpful right from the start, sent instructions, contact numbers and recommendations before our arrival. Plus no hassle getting into apartment as the key was also sent to us, which was perfect when arriving at 5am! The only thing I'd like to point out was that the wooden and plastic balcony furniture was rotten and brittle. Clearly other holiday makers have not read Padraics instructions when he asks for the balcony furniture to be taken inside at the end of the holiday! We have informed Padraic but I can see Padraics reluctance to replace the furniture! Thank you Padraic for a lovely holiday! We will be back.

"Apartment is one of the best I''ve ever rented, nice and functional (fully equipped kitchen- cutlery, plates,-AC, etc.). Flat position is excellent. Is more beautiful than shown on the site. The owner has been prompt and very seriously, and provided all necessary instructions. Area is suitable for children, very clean beach sand, and very nice childrens pool. We found playgrounds, several small shops and several restaurants, an outdoor theater and a nice Orthodox church painted in the resort. Wait to return next year."

Lazy days in Complex Diamante

First of all thanks to the owner for the very helpful and engaged attitude! Everything, also the pick up service from and to the airport, was reliable and just in time. We never had a better view to the sea like in this appartement!The app. was very spacious and clean. Every room was air - conditioned, for that we were very thankful, because it was very hot in the summer. The TV has had a lot of programms. So the kids were happy, to watch their favourites also in the german language. Not only the appartement was clean but also the whole compex and the pool area. The sun chairs were free at the pool, the sunshade did cost circa 1Euro/ day. At the beach you had to pay ca. 3,50 Euros/ day for 2 sunchairs and 1 sunshade. The beach also was very cultivated. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the near of the appartement and a nice wellness center. German people we did not notice in this complex, the most people came from England and Russia. Our kids came in contact with some english kids, so that their experience in the english language did make progresses! If you like to clean your towels, it is better to bring them by yourself to the laundry in Sveti Vlas! Don´t use the service from the manager of Diamante, because the prices are absurd exsessive!!! There is only one negative point in the appartement: the bed sofa is not very comfortable and has not a high mechanical load capacity, but for 2 weeks and 1 kid it is okay. We wish all the guests in the future lazy and relaxing days like we had! Silke G., Germany

Dolce Vita

We (2 adults, one child) spent our last year's summer holiday in Dolce Vita and really enjoyed it. Mr. Gannon responded very quickly to all our requests and we felt very secure. The place was neat, big balcony, great view on the sea, nice and quiet. The pool was nice and cleaned daily, the beach is very close by and quiet (maybe it depends on the season). - Thank you very much and hopefully until next time. C+S+T

The owner has 3 properties available at the resort. This can be very convenient for large groups travelling together. Please enquire with owner regarding availability.

Each apartment is within its own complex that has a pool(with children's area) and restaurant/bar areas, 24 hour security and parking and staff/management ensuring the upkeep of the complex. Also, all the facilities of each complex are at the disposal of the guests - this includes a hair dresser/beauty treatment saloon, shops, restaurants & bureau de change etc. The resort area is free from local traffic and it is easy to get around in a relaxed manner.

The atmosphere in Sveti Vlas is relaxed and friendly, and there are many pleasant courtyard restaurants where you can eat alfresco and a charming town square complete with a fountain.

Sveti Vlas also boasts a new marina development located within the Deveni resort. The Marina is a great place to go for a special meal out and has some of the most exclusive bars and restaurants on the Black Sea coast. At the Marina there is also also yacht hire, boat trips, bike hire, exclusive shopping and a lovely clean beach with some really interesting beach bars.

The lively resort of Sunny Beach is 5km from the resort and can be reached by taxi or a cheap and regular bus service which stops outside the Resort. Sunny Beach is a very busy seaside tourist town which has a buzzing atmosphere and an abundance of bars shops restaurants nightclubs and fun! The perfect place to party all night!

There are 2 good water parks to visit. The Aqua Action Park at Sunny Beach is the closest and can be reached by a free bus service which has a stop outside the resort. There is also Aqua Paradise at Nessebar which also runs a free bus service from the same bus stop - this is considered the best water park to go to.

The whole area is known as the Black Sea Riveria. There are countless Bars , Restaurants, Nightclubs and shops to enjoy, as well as all the beach has to offer.

The DIAMANTE complex is one of over 10 complexes that make up the Deveni resort.

The apartments are in a new sought after resort right on the black sea coast in St Vlas. The resort is built on high ground thereby granting the apartments great views of the surrounding sea and coastal area. Nearby is a new marina - a big attraction with fine restaurants and stylish bars and shops.

The resort has it's own private beach and the apartments overlook or have a short walk to it. In all, there are 3 sandy beaches in St Vlas. Indeed, right along the coastal line of St Vlas in both directions, there are pockets of sandy beach areas interspersed with rocky pebbly places and high cliff faces. Some are very secluded and ideal for those in search of privacy. As you are surrounded by the picturesque slopes of the Balkan mountains and green forests, you are never far from a tranquil spot offering great views.
