I gave the review an overall 1 star. We never got to stay at the place because when we landed we were told by Parrish Collections that there was a leak in the bathroom and that if we stayed there we would only have one bathroom and a plumber would be in our unit for an unknown amount of time. We have two teenagers and that would be difficult for us to share one restroom. The property management offer to refund our money so we could find a new place (however this was right before we were supposed to check in) or they would give us a different place. We felt like the only option was to take the other place and I had ask for a greater discount which they said they would consider. We had booked an ocean front view and instead they gave us a greenery view and only discounting us 30 a night. I was not wanting to sign the agreement since we had not agreed on the discount but was wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were acting concerned and caring. All that to say they never planned on discounting us more. They said it was because they gave us a bigger place but that wasn’t what we had wanted, we were going for the oceanfront view. They kept giving me the run around and finally after we arrived back home they said they were not willing to give us a greater discount. This was our first time to the island and also celebrating our daughters 18th birthday. It was definitely not what we had planned and very sad that the way they handled the entire situation.
