The unit was exactly as described and shown through the pictures. Check in was super easy. Having parking and in unit laundry made our stay even better. Also, the beach amenities and cooler were a great touch!

This was the most beautiful view. We enjoyed the balcony and the whole unit was very nice and had everything we needed. A good location to stay to explore the entire island.

Beautiful stay in an unbeatable location!

We had a truly lovely stay—thank you! The decor is stylish and thoughtfully put together. The lanai was a favorite spot—perfect for relaxing, and just steps from Poipu Beach. You really can't beat the location.The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything needed for cooking and cleaning, including laundry detergent and dishwasher soap—such a thoughtful touch. We did have an old-fashioned tea kettle; an electric one would have been faster and more convenient, but it wasn’t a big issue.The dining set looks great, though the chairs aren’t ideal for playing cards since they lack back support. The couch, however, was fantastic—big, sturdy, and super comfortable.A few notes about the bedroom: there was only one dresser, and unfortunately it was unusable—the drawers were difficult to open and already half full of bed linens, leaving very little space for guests’ clothes. The closet was quite small, and 50% of it was locked, which made it tough for two women to share the space. Unlocking more of the closet or providing additional usable storage would be a big improvement. Also, a side table on both sides of the bed would be helpful when the bed is set up as a king.The pool area is outstanding. It’s a smaller pool, but it’s rarely used, so there were long stretches where we had it all to ourselves—a real bonus!The front desk staff were fantastic—friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to every request. We also really appreciated the beach chairs—another though

Hawaii base

The view was fantastic! Location made it easy to explore Kauai. The management company, Parrish, was very communicative and helped us make entertainment reservations. It was a comfort to know they were available in case we had a problem. If we decide to visit Hawaii again, we would use Parrish.

Family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect! It's beautifully decorated and has stunning views with crashing waves and sea turtles every time we looked out! We took our daughter and her boyfriend for their senior trip and we couldnt have picked a better spot. Shopping and restaurants within 5 miles along with poipu beach which is perfect for snorkeling, body surfing, or just watching the turtles come up to lay on the beach at night! This condo is truly equipped with everything you need! No AC but a nice breeze that comes through along with plenty of fans to keep you comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Location location location

This unit is closest to the ocean, so it was really nice hearing the tides in the night. Unit was superb. Good toiletries, clean towels including extra ones, even on-the-house coffee. There was no AC, but there were ample fans and we really didn't need the AC. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy easy access to beaches (daily), trendy restaurants as well as the dock that offers sailing adventure to the Napali Coast.

Mother / Daughters Milestone Birthday Trip

My adult daughters and I stayed at Poipu Palms to celebrate turning 60,40, & 35. We wanted somewhere with a beautiful ocean view, a deck, full kitchen , and three beds. Your condo was perfect ! We had the vacation of a lifetime , and we all hope to return to Kauai as soon as possible . Thank you !

Couldn’t ask for a better view!

Everything was beautiful, inside and out! Condo was updated and supplied with everything we needed. There are no words to describe the gorgeous view and hearing the ocean waves. I highly recommend this property.

Great place! Lived up to its ad

We lived this condo! We used the pool daily, Spent a great deal of time on the porch enjoying the views and watched sea turtles all day long! The condo is upgraded and very comfortable. We hope to go back!

Breathtaking location to chill and watch Honu

Lanai views are outstanding, with turtles dancing in the surf at breakfast and lunch. Beach chairs and boogie boards were well used but appreciated. A quick walk to Brennecke beach for the waves or Poipu beach to snorkel. Or could walk to shipwreck beach and many trail options. Lots of fans helped to bring the trade winds inside. Pool is small but nice for a quick dip.

Absolutely perfect!

The property was in the perfect location. Waves crashing every night, sunsets and sunrises like a magazine cover. Every time you look into the ocean, turtles. Stunning and everything you need. 3 minute drive to dining and multiple beaches. Will be back again!

Great Condo

This condo worked out perfectly. It looked great just like the online photos and the oceanfront location was beautiful and convenient. We loved watching the turtles from the lanai every day and there were great beaches just a short walk away. The communication from Parrish Kauai was excellent. The only thing we wished we had were a few staples for the kitchen. There were no spices, oil or condiments, but there were plenty of dishes and cookware. We would stay again!

Amazing vacation

This was our first trip to Kauai and we absolutely loved it and will for sure be back. The condo was perfect and in the best location for us. The views of the water and then seeing whales, dolphins and sea turtle made it a very special time for us. Thank you!!!

Location is EVERYTHING

We loved our stay in Poipu and this condo met all our needs. The oceanfront linea is spectacular…. Loved hearing waves throughout the day, the sunsets were awesome and the whale spotting was super fun! This unit is a short 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and our fave restaurant, Brennecke’s Beach Broiler. There are also incredible trails along the ocean leading up to the Grand Hyatt which became my daily run. Loved it and would return.

Breathtaking Views

Lovely location and property

Great location to explore the beautiful island of Kauai. Well appointed and clean condo, very well managed property, and the communication with the property managers was timely and efficient when needed. Not having AC was known but was something we actually wished we had at times when humidity was very high and it was hard to get indoor temp lowered due to lack of windows in a cross breeze configuration. Some of the windows were impossible to open and one bathroom window was missing a screen so we didn't use it to avoid bugs coming in.

Family getaway

We had an absolutely awesome time at Poipu Palms #203 and would highly recommend this location and unit! It was a tropical paradise and was, by far, an exceptional family vacation after 2 years with no vacation. The location to such beautiful beaches, local restaurants, stores, etc. was perfect. Our teenagers (13 and 14) are ready to plan another visit as well as Mom & Dad! :) Perk for this site is it is a small place (only 12 condos total) compared to nearby huge resorts - liked the friendly environment with other condo guests.
