Amplia y bonita villa de 7 dormitorios con vistas a la pintoresca laguna de Obidos rodeado de bosques de pinos y eucaliptos en la Costa de Plata virgen de Portugal, en el norte de una hora (60 millas) del aeropuerto de Lisboa. Situado en una tranquila zona residencial con jardín privado, zona de barbacoa y vallada 10m piscina climatizada, proporcionando un ambiente agradable para relajarse. A pocos minutos de una gran playa de arena, con una selección de otras playas preciosas cerca. También a 10 minutos del campo de golf de tres de alta calidad y 15 minutos de la famosa ciudad medieval amurallada de Obidos. La villa está bien situado para muchos otros lugares de interés dentro de una hora (Lisboa, Sintra, Nazaré, Fátima, etc.). La villa tiene un nivel superior con 5 habitaciones dobles (dos con baño en suite), un cuarto de baño, un amplio salón / comedor con chimenea tradicional, cocina totalmente equipada y terraza. En la planta baja es un amplio edificio anexo independiente con 2 habitaciones dobles, un gran cuarto de baño y un salón, cena y cocina área integrada.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! The location is very peaceful, near to the lagoon and some smalls cafes. The heated pool was a big plus for the kids! The owner was quick to respond to minor issues. A car is recommened to explore the area and to visit the beaches, villages and events nearby.

Home was very clean. Some minor repair issues came up with the stove and the pool. The down stairs apartment has mold issues. The pool heating never did work. The owner was very responsive and attempted to remedy any issues that came up during our 3 week stay.

This was a lovely house, that felt like a home and not a holiday let. Inside is massive and well equipped. Games and DVDs to use if you want. A good size pool, which we all enjoyed for swimming and games is on the top side of the house. A nice garden to sit in as well which goes around the 3 remaining sides. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. A pleasant short walk to the lagoon. A little further on, there are 4 places to eat and a small shop. A wonderful place for a family holiday. We wished we had stayed longer.

We had a lovely time at this villa. We were a family of 14 and found the property to be plenty spacious. The pool was lovely, the villa had everything we needed for cooking. Sitting on the veranda in the evening overlooking the lagoon when the children were all tucked up was relaxing. Daily strolls down to the lagoon and paddling in the water only 5 minute walk was a treat. The beautiful beach by the restaurant Boca was only 6 minutes to drive and was great for swimming in and jumping the waves. Paddle boarding and pedalos next to the Musaranhos restaurant was a big hit with all of us. We visited Obidos, WOW beautiful place, Peniche Fort and Berlingos Island was a special day. 🤩 #Villa #Family #Pool #Lagoon #Beach #Restaurant #Paddleboarding #Island #Vacation

Nice Villa mit schönem Pool

we loved the silence and the enviroment there, we were there for learning kiting, for this it was perfect! We were 3 Familys (6 Adults and 3 Kids)!

A beautiful villa in a perfect location.

We had a lovely week staying at this villa. It was a perfect size to accommodate our large group of 9 people. The pool area was a big hit, along with the beautiful views from the balcony. The villa itself had everything we needed and the location was ideal for accessing Obidos Lagoon and the nearby beaches. I especially enjoyed the track that runs alongside the lagoon, it was great for an early morning run.

Great time had by all

There were only 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children therefore didn’t use the annex, there’s plenty of room for a large party. Pool is a great size and enjoyed by everyone although colder than expected as it said it was heated. Short walk into the village which has 3 bars and a small shop where you could get essentials. The beach area is outstanding. Found the villa easy as we had found it on Google maps, it wouldn’t except address so put Villa Catharina or Kitesurfing Soul obidos lagoon and it took us there. Will hopefully go back in the future.

Lovely Location and Pool.

We had a bad start due to the property not being prepared due to the property manager being ill. We did contact the owners and managed to accesses the key safe and they managed to get a cleaning team in that night. We only used the upstairs rooms which were roomy but quite dark. The pool was lovely, although the trees from a neighbouring plot put the pool in the shade late afternoon. The location was great for us as we liked to walk around the lagoon with its wonderful wild flowers and wildlife. It was also well placed for touring central Portugal. There is a good choice of local restaurants just over a mile away, close to the beach. The kitchen was fine for the five of us and the lounge/ dining room was lovely with views over the lagoon. We have given an ok rating partly due to issues when we arrived and that that property could do with some matainance.We did have a lovely holiday and would recommended the area. For our family holiday it was overall good value.

Beautiful Experience

Villa Lobos is a beautiful home set against a rural but equally beautiful landscape. When we arrived, we couldn't believe the size of the villa - and the pictures on the Vrbo advert dont do it justice in this regard! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the little ones in particular loved the lazy days by the large pool at the property. I would definitely recommend for large family groups who are looking for a quiet getaway in Portugal. The property is authentic Portugal, and whilst clean it does have a certain musty smell given it is quite dated. The beds too could do with upgrading - but overall enjoyed by all!

Great family holiday

We had a party of 11 people, age range 25-84. A family celebration for my 60th birthday. The taxi firm had trouble finding the villa as the Sat nav couldn’t find the address but we contacted Robert who directed us. Pick up was fine. The villa is a bit remote and there’s not a lot around it. We went to the local restaurants which was a 25 min walk (we had elderly people with us). Restaurants were fabulous. A very small shop is by the restaurant but you do need to hire a car to get to main supermarkets. Taxis are difficult to find. The villa had everything we needed. There are beautiful nature walks for the able bodied!

Great location and good, but humid house

The main part of the house is nice with 5 bedrooms that are all big enough for two people and 3 bathrooms. It is a bit humid, for example there was water on the floor a couple of times, and you could tell that this is a general problem by the look of the floor. But other than that the house met all our expectations, as it is easy to use the kitchen, there is enough of everything, and the pool is great! But the annex is actually the basement of the house, and it is so humid that we had to give up using it. Luckily, we were 10 people including a baby staying in the house, and there was space for all of us in the main part of the house. But it was a bit of a hassle to move upstairs after trying to sleep downstairs and being vey uncomfortable, so it would be better if the house was just let without use of the annex. A small note could also be made on the barbecue not being in very good shape, but other than that we were very happy and enjoyed the stay.

PLAYA Y CAMPO

La casa está muy bien ubicada. El entorno es formidable. Las condiciones de humedad en la casa no son buenas. Pero si se tiene cuidado con la ventilación y se usan adecuadamente los aparatos deshumidificadores se puede conseguir un ambiente aceptable. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. La piscina climatizada fue muy aplaudida por los más frioleros de la partida.

C’est la quatrième fois que je loue cette grande villa pour un groupe d’amis, villa très spacieuse comprenant 7 chambres pour une capacité de 14 personnes, l’environnement est très sympa proche du lagon pour la randonnée, de 4 golfs internationaux, et nombreux sites touristiquesLa maison est systématiquement chauffée pour notre arrivée et très propre, grande piscine et plusieurs terrasse , bref tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bons momentsTrès bonne communication avec Robert le propriétaire ou l’équipe qui gère la villa Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr

Fijn verblijf gehad met elkaar

Het was een heel fijn verblijf. Ruimte genoeg voor ons. De omgeving is mooi en fantastisch om te wandelen. Het zwembad is ook super lekker. Je zit wat afgelegen waardoor het prettig was dat we auto's hadden gehuurd. Het is wat vochtig maar met goede ventilatie goed te doen. Het is ook een plek in de buurt van een aantal byzondere bezienswaardigheden van Portugal. Wij waren met 12 en hebben een fantastische tijd gehad.

We fell in love with the area, it is a fantastic place!
We find that not only ourselves but our gests too, love to enjoy the real Portuguese culture and many historical places to visit within 1 hour from the villa, including Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Nazare, etc.
You can find lots to do and if you want just to relax it is great for that too.
