Apartamento contemporáneo con decoración totalmente nueva en el centro del puerto deportivo. Ubicado en la mejor zona del puerto deportivo y en el último piso, por lo que es más privado. 1 minuto a tiendas / restaurantes, 3 minutos a la playa, 3 minutos al centro de Lagos. 2 camas, 1 baño, amplio salón, cocina de galera (con vista al mar), amplio balcón privado con vista panorámica del puerto deportivo. Balcón tiene sol todo el día. Recientemente renovado al más alto nivel posible. Mejor aspecto / vista en Lagos!

Lovely apartment with exceptional location in the heart of the Marina area. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and access to the nearby pool and beach. Perfect for our family.

Great Location and very attentive host

The location was perfect and the Apartment met our needs very well. The host went to great lengths to make sure we were all set with everything we needed. Interestingly, the picture shows a view overlooking a pool, but the actual apartment has a great deck overlooking the Marina (and we had access to the pool nearby). I'll take the Marina view any day!

Family trip at the marina

The apartment was very clean and spatious, but not “new” as said in the online listing. Large balcony with an amazing view of the marina bay. Well equipped. Perfect for families of 3-4.

Needs some TLC

Great location, quiet, top floor, parking, A/C all these are great but he apartment was sold as “recently renovated to the highest possible standards “ I would question the wording and dates of this statement ? , it all needs a lick of paint and and some loving. No freezer, this was broken so no ice for drinks or freezer packs for the beach bag . Curtains aren’t great so loads of light in the mornings in the bedrooms , the shutters were also broken so you cannot close them to block out the morning light . The second bedroom looked like it was for the 70’s . We only used the main bedroom but I think if it had been 2 couple there would have been straws drawn. Sofa not comfortable if your staying in. The seagulls poop all over the balcony you can’t stop it I know , we had to wipe the beds and table every day if you wanted to use them . I just think these things needed pointing out as I was expecting a nicer quality apartment for my hard earned money.

Great marina property in Lagos

Clean and great location over looking the marina with restaurants just around the corner. Leon was very helpful explaining the property and it's surrounding. Underground parking was clean and cool, easy access from apartment. Overall 4.5 out of 5 and would definitely contact Michael again on our next trip to Lagos.

Needs Refreshing - Pleasant view of harbour - Close to everything

Location is terrific. Excellent view. Nice late day sun and sunsets. Grocery store and restaurants are plentiful and within walking distance. Very close to central, historic Lagos. Parking is ample and free. Top floor, so it’s quiet. If planning on cooking meals in the unit it may not be ideal. It has very close quarters with only one person fitting into the narrow space at a time. Very awkward. Ceilings are nice and high and airflow through the unit would be good. Pictures present a bit nicer than actual. We found it dated, needs refreshing. Would get 4 stars if price was less and the master bed more comfortable, but we paid a premium price especially for the time of year. We might rate a 3.5 stars if we could.

Beyond Amazing!

We reiterate many of the previous reviews. Fabulous spacious apartment, superb balcony overlooking the marina. We found the atmosphere very relaxing whilst also being close to nice restaurants and bars. Owner and agent couldn’t be more helpful and engaging. We would absolutely go back again and again :)

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Die Lage zur Stadt und überhaupt verkehrsmäßig ist ideal. Alles recht kurze Wege, großzügige Tiefgarage und dennoch ruhig. Kleinere Reparaturen würden alles komplettieren, insbesonder die Klimageräte, die bei dieser Wetterlage als Heizung dienen. Das Wetter spielt halt nicht immer mit, was aber nicht dem Vermieter angelastet werden kann.

Beautiful view of the Marina!

Michael is a fantastic host! We stayed in his bright and modern apartment for 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of it, especially when having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful views of the marina. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos, is very spacious, and also very well-equipped. It's close to restaurants, a big grocery store, as well as an approx 15 min walk to the centre. Check-in with the local agent , Leon, was easy and went seamlessly. Michael also sent us an extensive list of recommendations on restaurants, beaches, and other nearby must sees/dos. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate recommending this apartment to anyone visiting Lagos. Thanks again Michael!

Location is first rate.

Just returned after spending two weeks at this apartment.loved the location as there was so much to watch & entertain you from the impressive balcony. Continual sunshine from midday to sunset, you certainly need the sun brolly at times. The apartment is very spacious & provides every thing you want, we are certainly hoping to return before too long. Booking was easy & straight forward & help always on hand from the owner & his agent I do not write many reviews but felt this one was needed , you can book with confidence as you really get what is advertised.

Great Location

My family of four recently stayed in this apartment during our trip through Portugal and Spain. The apartment is very well located, easy walking to town, the beach, and all that beautiful Lagos has to offer. The porch is lovely, just like the pictures, with wonderful views over the Marina. The apartment was well equipped with plenty of towels, but could have used an extra blanket. I would stay here again, and would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Lagos.

Spacious apartment in ideal location .

Just returned from three weeks in this spacious apartment with interesting marina views. Many hours spent relaxing on the large balcony after using bus,train and road train( all close at hand) to visit Lagos town , cliffs and beaches as well as nearby Portimao and Alvor. The apartment was comfortable and clean and arrangements through Michael and agent Leon were very clear and reassuring. Very easy to shop for supplies and to find tempting places to eat. Hope to return maybe next year.

Excellent apartment on the Lagos Marina

This apartment was ideal for us, the location was superb, very close to the restaurants and bars both on the marina and very close to the town and within easy walking distance to the beach.The top floor apartment is well appointed for a holiday vacation with wonderful marina views, and the agents were very helpful and provided an excellent service. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in the best location in Lagos!

My husband, his parents, our 16 month old baby and I spent a wonderful 4 nights in Michael's beautiful apartment in Lagos Marina. This was our third trip to Lagos and this apartment and it's location were the best by far! The views over the Marina from the balcony were amazing and it was the perfect setting for enjoying breakfast or a bottle of wine in the evening as the sun shines on the large balcony all day. Shops, restaurants and the beach were a stones throw away and we particularly enjoyed the free passes that Michael had arranged for us to use the pool and facilities at the nearby Marina Hotel. The apartment was very well equipped and it catered for our every need which was important when traveling with a toddler. Michael supplied a cot bed and booster chair for dining and some toys for the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and we would definitely rebook in the future. Thanks to Michael for being so helpful prior to our trip. We really appreciated the swift and informative correspondence. Also to Leon and his wife Taitiana who gave us a warm welcome and ensured that the apartment was cleaned to a high standard for us arriving. Briege McGreevy (10th June 2016, Belfast)

Sehr schönes Appartement

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten und toller Balkon. Den 5. Stern würden wir auch geben, wenn bei den 300 Fernsehprogrammen wenigstens 1 deutsches dabei gewesen wäre. Gern werden wir erneut bei Michael Urlaub machen!

Lagos good for the Soul.

Our second stay in lagos ,and for location you cant beat this apt.No better setting and calming views for lunch than on your large balcony.Apt has everything you need for your stay.10mins walk to beach 6mins to large supermarket and all level ground,believe me you dont need hills in that type of heat,and you have fresh legs for dining and (of course) shopping in the evening.Bars/Rest right outside your apt around the marina and in the town 5mins over the bridge,its all about location.Michael (the owner) was excellent with e-mail response and info and Leon (local agent) was hands on and anything you need or ask for was no problem to him.We will be back. Brian and Brenda ,Dublin Ireland.

I run my own business based in Germany. Recently married but no kids(yet). Love travelling and have lived abroad(US/Spain/Italy) for many years. Worked a lot in Africa up until end of last year. Try to get to Lagos every few months, even for a WE. Love water-sports/surfing so have to tell my work colleagues I am off to attend a 'board meeting' if/when I do escape to Lagos!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Fell in love with Lagos and the marina is the best part of Lagos. Apartment is best of locations and, as it is top floor, is both private and directly over-looks the marina. Love the fact that you can drive to within 2 footsteps of lift and spend an entire holiday without the car. Beaches in/around Lagos are incredible and there are so many things to do/see and amazing restaurants, Lagos, in my humble opinion, is by far the best part of the Algarve.

Apartment is prime location and a very easy stroll to everything(town/beach/restaurants, etc.). The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the marina and, unlike many marina apartments, has sun from 12pm to sunset. Apartment is newly renovated so very contemporary decor.
