Esta hermosa villa está situada en la paz y tranquilidad de la campiña andaluza, tiene las vistas más impresionantes a través de los valles y pueblos blancos (pueblos blancos). La propiedad tiene su propia piscina privada, jardines y patios. Hay Agas zona de estar barbacoa y cubierta para comer "al fresco". La villa es muy espacioso y proporciona un confort excepcional. El pueblo de Colmenar, situado a poca distancia en coche ofrece una excelente selección de bares, restaurantes, supermercados, bancos, centro médico las 24 horas y bullicioso mercado semanal. Casa Bellavista es una base ideal para excursiones de un día a la histórica Granada, cosmopolita Marbella, el casco antiguo de Málaga, Nerja, las extensas playas y campos de golf. A nivel local, estamos cerca de los Montes de Málaga Parques Nacionales Torcal y, también una zona ideal para paseos, ciclismo, equitación, etc. A lo largo de la costa hay excelentes centros comerciales, parques acuáticos, puertos deportivos, zoológicos y complejos de cine. House with a view to see

Angela is very nice et reactive. The area is very calm and we slept well. We managed to visit a lot of great sites thanks to the house central location. One thing to be improved is perhaps the water flow.

Lovely villa in beautiful setting

The villa is reached down a steep track so confident driving is needed. The grounds/gardens have spectacular views are very attractive and provide shaded areas throughout the day. The pool was well used. The villas is comfortable and well equipped.

Stunning location

The villa was amazing with breathtaking views. If you enjoy peace and solitude whilst being surrounded by nature and wonderful starlit skies. Then this is the place for you. It was a little difficult to find, but then the best places are! Jenn was really friendly and went the extra mile so you could enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Villa had everything you needed for a great holiday. Really enjoyed the pool. But it is the breathtaking views across the valleys that’s the star. Host Angela is brilliant extremely friendly and has loads of local knowledge. She is happy to be always accessible should you need her. The only drawback is that there are a lot of fairly steep steps down to the villa and also steps down to the pool , which could be difficult if anyone in your party has mobility issues. We had a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Heaven

Well where to start. Angela the host was amazing so helpful and friendly. The setting well you could not ask for more so quiet no cars didn't even hear the birds , scenery straight out of a post card we sat most morning in the dark waiting for the sun to rise what a spectacular sight ,and at night the stars.The kitchen was a good size plenty of workspace gas oven and hob, bedrooms a great size high ceilings so the fans in the we're sufficient. Main bathroom a good size with a large rustic shower.we spent days relaxing round the pool with our dogs in sheer heaven. Can't thank Angela enough for her warm welcome and hope to see her soon .

Lovely spot and view

You get what you pay for here. It’s a lovely spot with a private pool and wonderful view. The accommodation is dated, but everything works. The owner is extremely efficient and helpful. We were just 2 people and it was a great price, à family group would have a very inexpensive holiday. The cottage is attached to a much larger property which is also let. This was a surprise but it was fine. The WCs cannot accept paper, this was the one thing that would stop us returning. Overall a pleasant relaxing stay.

Terrible!!

Property not prepared for arrival and not accurately listed. 50 min drive from Malaga and 12 min drive from Colmenar. Access to the property down a precarious 1km steep narrow dirt road. We experienced two long periods without any water, 14hrs and 8hrs despite it working in houses near by! House unclean in general. Pool dirty and surrounding area. Pool light broken and all outside lights not working. Ensuite out of order. Gas bbq filthy an unfit to be used. Kitchen pans etc. unfit for use. A large rat was visualised in and around the property despite our best efforts to keep everything clean. Owner full of excuses from start to finish. We had to vacate early….!

Spectacular view

The area and views are fabulous and the host very friendly. We felt like the property hadn’t been totally prepared for us as no gas bottle for bbq, no pool towels, no logs for burner and no waste bags. We had to chase for instructions on how to get there. You need these as you will never find the villa without them. The villa is rustic and elements need updating. Sun beds and outside table by the pool were broken. The gas fire was broken and the coffee machine didn’t work. The hot tap in the en-suite sink did not work either. We had no water on 3 occasions which was inconvenient for showering and flushing the facilities. Angela was responsive in rectifying things. If you don’t mind a little inconvenience the villa is in a great location with lovely sitting and dining areas and the best view of the mountains and surrounding sky. Simply beautiful.

Tranquilidad y paisaje

Hemos estado en familia pasando el puente de diciembre. Llegamos a Colmenar con una niebla muy cerrada, menos mal que Ángela nos estuvo esperando para guiarnos a la casa que estaba a 5km del pueblo. Si no, hubiera sido un poco difícil pues está escondida y situada en la ladera de la montaña. Nuestra sorpresa al día siguiente, fue al despertar comprobar la tranquilidad del lugar y aquellas espectaculares vistas frente a la casa. La casa está equipada y con buen gusto en cuanto a decoración. Sería fantástico volver en verano para disfrutar de la piscina en ese maravilloso sitio.

Das Haus liegt schön abgelegen und ruhig. Es ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Der Pool war toll. Unsere 3 Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Angela, die Besitzerin ist super nett und war jederzeit für uns da.

Simpel huis op mooie plek

Het uitzicht vanuit dit huis en vanaf het terras is prachtig , maar wordt helaas beperkt door de verwilderde bomen en planten. Angela is heel vriendelijk, maar helaas zijn huis , interieur en tuin al lange tijd verwaarloosd. Het kan prachtig zijn, maar dan moet er eerst een flinke renovatie van huis en toen uitgevoerd worden. Jammer van deze mooie Polen; helaas vergane glorie 😢

Just amazing views!

We had such a good week! ideal place to get away from the crowds and enjoy some spectacular and ever changing views. We managed to explore the local area and Angela the host gave us many suggestions with GPS co-ordinates for places to visit. It was always a pleasure to return from a day of adventures , to be greeted by one of the friendly rescue dogs, just like coming home. The property itself had everything we needed. I am sure we will be back

Locatie sprookjesachtig mooi en zeer rustgevend.

Prachtig gelegen waar je geestelijk en lichamelijk tot rust komt. Alleen jammer, dat je minimaal 45 minuten met de auto onderweg bent om in een grotere plaats te komen. En de toegangsweg van de weg naar het huisje is lastig en moeilijk begaanbaar.

Sehr ruhiger und privater Aufenthalt

Angela ist eine sehr hilfsbreite Vermieterin, die zu Fragen immer direkt antworten gibt. Wenn ihr etwas wissen wollt, fragt direkt sie. Die Villa ist bezaubernd! Alles wie auf den Bildern! 100% Privat! Es gibt neben dieser Villa noch das Bauernhaus und noch eine Villa die auf dem selben Gelände ist. Alle Eingänge sind privat und keiner hat Einblick auf die Außenanlage des anderen. Der Pool wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Zum säubern von Blättern etc sind Geräte da. Ein Auto müssen Sie haben, um an die Villa zu gelangen. Die Kleinstadt Colmenar liegt in 10 minütiger nähe, in der man alles findet was man braucht. Malaga erreicht man in 25-30 min. Da die Villa mitten in der Natür steht, sind Kleintiere wie Eidechsen öfters zu sehen gewesen. Man sollte die Türen oder Fenster ohne Fliegennetze nicht unbeaufsichtigt offen lassen, da man sonst kleine Besucher im Zimmer haben kann. Ich kann die Villa mit reinem Herzen jedem weiter Empfehlen.

De locatie was prima, mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk buitenverblijf. De locatie was slecht te vinden. We kwamen aan ' s avonds in het donker. De weg naar het huis is niet verlicht, vanaf de weg is het huis niet te zien. De weg er naartoe is heel steil en moeilijk begaanbaar. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk, reageert direct via WhatsApp. We misten wel een ontvangst door de gastvrouw en uitleg over de omgeving en praktische tips.

Schönes Haus in den andalusischen Bergen

Meine Frau und ich waren mit unseren 2 Hunden (Labrador-und Golden Retriever) für 2 Monate im Februar und März dort. Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön wie erhofft. Angela, unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren rustikal eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man so brauchte. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war nur der Gasbackofen für uns. Die Zufahrt war etwas abenteuerlich: auf einem unbefestigten Weg in Serpentinen ca. 200m bergab (ca. 60 Höhenmeter) was aber in dieser Gegend nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Die Aussicht ist grandios und wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen will, ist hier richtig.

I’ve fallen in love with this area!!!

What can I say WOW, we had a fantastic holiday, our host Angela was absolutely great, extremely helpful and accommodating. The views from the villa were stunning and everyday felt like a new vista.❤️ We will definitely be coming back, the house was rustic and homely and perfectly located to see Andalusia in all its glory. Great accommodation

Located in the mountains with very nice view. For arrival, it is recommended to request the phone number from the landlady for a location. There is only one area and no real address. The communication was very good ! The small apartment is well equipped with everything you need. However, you should pack lighters, and be prepared for the occasional power failure. There are many small things to repair, if one does not care about the high standard will feel comfortable here. We recommend renting a car at the airport. The nearest shopping and restaurants is about 7km away.

Als je houdt van Kalmte rust en prive omgeving is dit precies wat je zoekt. Fijn zwembad en ultieme rust. Eigenaresse is iemand met een gouden hart prachtig mens.

We have a selection of beautiful properties to suit most peoples' requirements, with private pools, gardens and fabulous views. It was worth it, sometimes we even squeeze a little time to enjoy the sunshine, relaxing way of life and fabulous regional vino!
