Cuenta con 3 amplios dormitorios y 3 baños, cocina totalmente equipada y salón comedor de planta abierta que conduce a una piscina privada. . Cuenta con 2 televisores de plasma, internet wifi, aire acondicionado en cada habitación, sauna, jacuzzi, barbacoa, caja fuerte, calefacción central, gran piscina privada con vista al mar y terraza con vista al mar. Bien posicionado. Fácil acceso a la autopista y al resto de la isla. Una casa nivelada sin escaleras, adaptada para sillas de ruedas.

Villa et propriétaire exceptionnels

Grande maison, propre au calme. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, très intentionnés et à l'écoute pour tous renseignements nécessaire. L'environnement est très calme et dépaysant, il faudra néanmoins une voiture pour les petites courses journalière. Nous y avons passez un agréable séjour en famille.

WELL APPOINTED SPACIOUS TRANQUIL VILLA

All 6 of us much enjoyed our week's stay in this well-run, appointed and comfortable villa, tucked away, but well-placed for visiting the sights on the North Coast. Peter and Lena were attentive hosts, ensuring that we made the best of our all too brief stay. Would recommend to all.

A wonderful holiday villa in beautiful setting

We have just got back from a perfect 10 day holiday in Crete. The island is beautiful with lots of fun things to do and the villa was everything we hoped for. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard with a stunning pool and garden area. The owners were really friendly and helpful with prompt replies to all my communications and available by text throughout our stay to answer queries. There was regular maid service and therefore the Villa was kept nice and clean. The owner also came to clean and refresh the pool every couple of days. We travelled with our three children and can't recommend this villa highly enough as a lovely family accommodation to stay in. My only recommendation is that a car is ideal ( which we were aware of in advance so came prepared!) as it is a bit of a way up a hill which would be hard to do daily if walking. It is very central and therefore a good base from which to explore the whole island. Thank you very much to Peter and Lena for letting us stay in your lovely villa!

great villa for the family

Stayed for 14 days with my family, from the initial booking enquiry with Lena the booking was promptly confirmed . great directions from the airport had no problem meeting Peter who took us to the villa, showed us around and even took us to a nearby super market, very helpful. We had a couple of issues which were sorted out promptly by Peter who came daily to clean the pool, the villa was clean ,in a great location although a car is essential. It would have been great to meet Lena but we were looked after by Peter. I would highly recommend the villa for family breaks. I would like to suggest that one bedroom could do with having twin beds in as I have 2 boys who would sleep on a double bed. Thank you very much Peter. Regards Dina

Villa Zafira

Peter and Lena (wonderful people) met us and we followed them to the Villa which we would never have found without them - car definitely needed. Villa perfect, pool felt rather cold but cannot have been that bad because we got in it. Very peaceful location with views of countryside and sea in the distance. No tavernas or anything nearby so as I said earlier definitely need a car although Peter did say he could organise a taxi if needed. Peter and Lena were very helpful even providing some shopping for our arrival. Anyone visiting Crete we would recommend Villa Zafira. Thanks Peter and Lena you were brilliant xx

Can't wait to go back!

5 of us holidayed here last month and were thrilled with the villa. It was spacious, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The location offers privacy and is undisturbed by noise. The views are stunning. The beach is a short drive away and the nearest shops a 30 min walk or 5 min drive. You do need a car to stay here, but shops, restaurants etc are not far and are a cheap taxi ride. The villa is well maintained with the pool cleaned each day and towels and bedding replaced half way through the week. Peter and Lena were so helpful if we needed any advice. One of our party uses a wheelchair and the property was ideal. Whilst not adapted for anyone with severe disability, there is ramp access, the doorways are wide and 2 of the bathrooms were accessible and we easily made provision to accommodate our friend. We all enjoyed the setting and privacy. It was most comfortable and we all said that we would definitely visit again.

Villa Zafira

Villa Zafira is a perfect place to stay for families and friends. the villa is spacious air-conditioned and has a beautiful pool and patio area to relax. A car is required to to get to beaches and shops, however, the quiet location more than makes up for this. Lovely quiet beaches are close by and local restaurants are no more than 5 minutes drive. Nicely located to visit the historical sites. Peter Pispas is the perfect host and more than willing to advise on where to visit or eat. I wold have no hesitation in recommending the villa for a perfect family holiday.

I visited Rethymno for the first time in 1993 and I loved it here. I emigrated from Johannesburg, South Africa in 1995 with my family and we have lived in Rethymno ever since. Peter and I found a very nice piece of land in the village of Nea Magnisia which we bought and built Villa Zafira. We offer all our guests personalized attention from the time of their arrival to the time of their departure and we are at their disposal at all times.

We thought that the location was ideal as it is close to the beach, quiet setting and offers all our guests panoramic views and easy access to the rest of the island. Nea Magnesia is close to Prinos village and Scaleta beach, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum. Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, as well as hiring a boat trip which takes you to the local caves. Skaleta offers a variety of shops that you might need, such as supermarkets, taverns, cafes, souvenier and local product shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. A bus stop with regular itineraries can also be found there. Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 5 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Nea Magnesia village is among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views! Additionally, wonderful nature surroundings are at very close distance…you can visit Arkadi monastery, Ancient Elefterna, Anogia, Argyroupoli, Kournas lake, Matala, Knossos and a lot of other places that are nearby. Definitely you have plenty of choices and chances to experience moments that will be memorable to you!

Villa Zafira was build with great care always thinking of our guest's comfort. It has no stairs! There is ramp for easy access.

You will enjoy a very nice and warm sauna and then you will be able to jump into the pool or have a nice jacuzzi bath to relax you! Each bedroom has its own wc shower/bath.
