Luxury Ski Chalet con chimenea y Sauna

Fabuloso chalet de lujo en la pintoresca aldea de Russbach en la región de Dachstein West Ski (140 kilometros de pistas). 1 hora al sur de Salsburg. Gran esquí a través de árboles pistas alineadas o senderismo en verano, senderismo o esquí de verano en el glaciar de Dachstein. Ideal para familias y parejas. Libre de cuidado de niños durante el día para los niños y los bebés en la estación permite a los padres, con niños pequeños, algo de tiempo libre en las pistas. Relájese en la sauna después de un día esfuerzos luego acurrucarse en una alfombra persa frente al fuego de leña. El pueblo cuenta con virgen de Gasthof tradicional, un banco, supermercado, tienda del pueblo y turístico info oficina. Russbach está vinculada a Gosau y Annaberg y se puede esquiar entre los 3 pueblos. Un montón de tapa de la montaña "hutte" ofrecen música, comida y bebida. En verano, el teleférico tiene un "kiddies / adultos tren de juguete", que te lleva desde la parte superior de un restaurante de montaña. También hay un parque de agua natural, con toboganes en la piscina, además de una cafetería. Tenemos una instalación local de esquí GRATIS climatizada en la estación de teleférico para guardar las botas y los esquís durante la noche para evitar caminar a casa en ellos.

Wir waren zu 8 für eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus war sauber als wir ankamen und es war soweit alles vorhanden. In der Küche haben ein paar Utensilien gefehlt aber man konnte sich gut aushelfen. Der Kühlschrank ist für 8 Leute etwas klein. Zum Glück war es noch kalt draußen und wir konnten einiges draußen hinstellen bzw. Waren öfter einkaufen. Der nächstmögliche Spar ist 14 min mit dem Auto entfernt.Super praktisch war das beheizte skidepot direkt am Lift. Somit konnten wir morgens gemütlich innerhalb 10 min an den Lift laufen oder den kostenlosen Bus nutzen.Insgesamt war es eine super Woche und das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein schönes Haus in einer herrlichen Landschaft

Trotz des (leider) regnerischen Sommerwetters haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt....vor allem dank der Sauna im Juli.Einfach ein superschönes Haus mit einer richtig guten Ausstattung.

Vielen Dank für die netten Worte. Wir können den Regen in den Bergen zwar nicht beeinflussen, aber zumindest können wir das Haus bei nassem Wetter behaglich gestalten. Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir hatten mit zwei Familien eine tolle Skiwoche in einem sehr schönen Haus. Durch den eigenen Skischrank am Lift konnten wir jeden Tag entspannt zu Fuß zur Gondel spazieren. Im Haus ist inklusive Kamin und Sauna alles vorhanden, was es für eine gemütliche Woche im Schnee braucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber (inkl. aufmerksamen Willkommensgruß) funktionierte hervorragend. Auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung!

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Rußbach und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Das kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir waren im Sommer da und es ist eine tolle Gegend für Ausflüge und wandern. Das Haus liegt am Hang und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Es fließt ein kleiner Bach neben dem Haus. Alles sehr idyllisch. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas steil. Zwei Autos können da gerade so parken. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und man hat viel Platz für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Zwei tolle große Bäder, vier Schlafzimmer und ein großer Wohn- und Essbereich auf zwei Etagen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt. Allerdings könnte die Ausstattung des Hauses etwas besser sein. Auf die Terrasse passen gerade so 8 Personen. Sie ist etwas eng. Der Kühlschrank ist für 8 Personen viel zu klein. Wir waren zum Glück viel unterwegs essen. Rußbach hat auch gute Restaurants. Die Böden in zwei kleinen Schlafzimmern wellen sich. Das Laminat kommt hoch. Das ist eine Stolpergefahr vor allem für die Kinder. In einem kleinen Schlafzimmer hört man leider etwas das Brummen der Heizungsanlage im Zimmer darunter. Im unteren Bad gab es kein Regal oder ähnliches, worauf man etwas abstellen kann. Der Wäscheständer ist sehr klein. Nach dem Baden reicht dieser leider nicht. Es gibt keinen Staubsauger und in der Küche fehlen auch ein paar nützliche Dinge. Aber das ist in Ferienhäusern oder Wohnungen ja häufig so, weshalb wir immer Utensilien dabei haben. Das Haus war sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.

Wir sagen danke! Das Haus sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten und endlich auch mal eine für eine grössere Gruppe sehr gute Anzahl und Auswahl an Gläsern, Besteck und Geschirr! Zwei Skidepots am Lift für jeweils 4 paar Skischuhe (beheizt) und jeweils Platz für jeweils 4x Skier und Stöcke! Vermieter reagiert schnell und professionell auf die Anfragen und wir alle hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub! Gerne wieder 😉

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Lädt zum Verweilen ein und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jeder Zeit und ohne zeitlichen Verzug gegeben. Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Die Lage es super. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und auch der Skilift erreichbar. Zum einkaufen wird das Auto benötigt. Absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Spacious house

We celebrated Christmas with our family which was a wonderful experience. The house is specious with a lot of light. The sauna was a great hit during those winter days. Unfortunately, we did not have snow but the ski area was open and there was snow on the slopes. We got welcomed with a Christmas tree and greetings from the owners. The communication was fast and kind. Thank you for being in your house - it was fantastic!

Wir - 6 Erwachsene & 1 Kind - hatten einen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub im Chalet „Skiblick“ in Rußbach. Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, bietet ausreichend Platz in jeglicher Hinsicht und ist wirklich herrlich und ruhig gelegen. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Region (zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto) gelegen. Absolut empfehlenswert - wir kommen sicherlich wieder 😊

Schönes, großzügiges Haus inmitten toller Landschaft.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt als Gruppe mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, die Landschaft wunderschön. In Rußbach war das kostenfreie Naturbad für die Kinder toll. Wir konnten viele tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen.

liebevoll eingerichtetes Chalet mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Skiblickhaus und haben das Haus, die Aussicht und die Nähe zur Talstation sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen und die Sauna ist ein Highlight. Zum Haus gehört ein Skidepot in der Talstation, so dass man die Skier und Ausrüstung nicht tragen muss. Bei der Talstation sind Skiverleih und Skischule mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern vorhanden. Den Lebensmittel Grundbedarf kann man zu Fuß im malerischen Dorf Rußbach decken.

A nice place to stay in Salzburgerand

We were two families with a total of 7 people who stayed here in August. The house is modern, clean, spacious, and lets a lot of light in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My only suggestion is that a hand drawn map of where the house is located would be provided. Finding it for the first time was a bit tricky, but once you know where it is then it is no problem.

Wonderful Winter Wonderland in a Luxurious Chalet

The skiing resort of Dachstein West is a beautiful place to go skiing. It's picturesque setting and circa 150 kms of groomed pistes are ideal for beginners to professionals. This is our 3rd holiday in the region, staying in Annaberg on two previous occasions and we will be back again. If you are considering taking a vacation in this area look no further than Skiblikhaus. A wonderful, luxurious chalet that more than catered for our every need. From a spacious kitchen, relaxing sitting room overlooking the mountains to the much needed sauna at the end of a days skiing. A 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to the gondola that opens up the mountains of the region. The picturesque little village of Russbach, whose skyline is dominated by the beautiful church, has all the required amenities for a wonderful holiday. We wish to thank you Steve for giving us the opportunity to rent your chalet and for all the advise and help on the run up to the trip, including providing a discount for ski-hire in Abtenau!!!!! A modern, impressive chalet

This was our first visit to Russbach and we enjoyed it very much. There was something for all ages and the crèche at the bottom of the gondola was a real bonus. The chalet is well designed to maximise on light and space in the living areas and there was always seating for 9 of us. Despite the heavy snow the chalet was always warm and the sauna much appreciated after a day's skiing. It was great to be able to walk everywhere and the local Gasthofs were very friendly. The drive was kept clear by the snowplough but there was some confusion over car parking and we were fortunate that a friendly neighbour was able to spend half an hour digging us out on our last day. The only disappointment was the twin bedrooms which seemed unnecessarily small in such a spacious chalet and the 2 single beds back to back were not ideal for a group of 4 couples. Steve, thank you for the use of your lovely chalet and for your help getting the Internet back on.

Stunning house, beautiful location

We (5 adults and 2 children) were so glad we chose the Hauskiblich for our first holiday in Austria. The house is stunning in design and in a picture postcard location. I would encourage anyone to walk via the underpass to the Gastof Schoenblick opposite, sit in the pub garden and look back at the house with its amazing backdrop of forest and mountains. Truly breathtaking. The house had everything we could possibly want and we really looked forward to coming back after a hard days sight seeing. My grandson aged 4 was amazed by the mountain stream running down the hill next to the house and insisted on having a paddle every morning. The location is perfect as a base and we went to Salzburg, Gosaussee lake (which is incredible),St Gilfen,St Wolfgang,Bad Ischl,the salt mines at Hallsattt, Hallstatt itself is stunning too, Lake Konigssee in Germany as well as the nearby theme pk in Germany Frietzepark. The nearby water park at Russbach and Bruno's mountain trip were great to have so close by. We really loved the tobogannan run at Abtenau and the Lammerklam Gorge walk also at Abtenau was draw dropping in it's beauty. The people are friendly and it was great not to hear an English voice all week, the food is great and a real challenge to order something in German, not knowing what you'll get ! Thanks once agian to Steve and Janice for making our stay so memorable.You have a lovely house and we will recommend it to all our friends and family.Best wishes Mike Denney and family.

We are Steve and Janice Jackson. We live and work in England but have had a love affair with the Alps since working in Bavaria in 1981. We stay in our chalet several times per year. We have tried to give a personal and 'at home' feel to the house, as we certainly feel at home there. We Ski in Russbach in Winter and hike and relax in Spring/Summer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We had been looking for an Alpine home for a while, mainly from developers or existing stock. We came across this plot of land for sale by chance when skiing in the village one New Year holiday. We returned 2 weeks later and had an offer excepted by the owner, the local fire chief. We tended for local builders and found a great builder at a trade fair in Salzburg. We designed the house together and we are delighted with the result.
We love Dachstein West as it is a bit off the beaten track, yet only 1 hr from Salzburg for shopping and culture. The Christmas markets are great in December even if you're a non skier. The skiing is fabulous, no waiting for lifts. Spring /Summer provides a sense of fresh air and peace.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We designed the house with large living spaces and lots of windows for a great feeling of light and space. We are near all amenities yet private too. We are the only chalet of this style and standard in the area and this gives our guests something unique to enjoy.
