Fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Paradise Court. This is recognised as being one of the smaller better run complexes in the area. The balcony is to die for with all day sunshine and fabulous views. WiFi available in the apartment. The Aqua Park is less than 5 minute walk away offering excellent water activities for all the family together with a daily dolphin shows. Well positioned for excellent beaches and markets. San Eugenio shopping centre close by with more shops in Torviscas/Fanabe. Siam Park & shopping cerntre are also nearby.

Great location and views

The apartment has a splendid quiet location, a little uphill from the hectic areas which are still only a 15 minute downhill stroll (and a short taxi ride back) away.Apartment well equipped and Teresa a very helpful and responsive host.

Fantastic

Fantastic property, perfect for what we needed. Exactly as described with some amazing views. Excellent for self catering, I cooked breakfast lunch & dinner daily with no issues, everything you need is there. Host was amazing, very quick to respond when contacted. Would highly recommend and would most definitely consider staying again.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely views

The patio with the views really is fantastic!!We were a little unlucky with cloud and wind and rain for our stay but that’s nobody’s fault, the weather is in the lap of the gods. Apartment does what it says on the tin. Overall we were happy with our stay and will look to return hopefully in the near future

Lots of sun and fabulous sunsets

Nice and spacious property, comfortable beds and a large sunny verandah. A sun umbrella would have made it perfect.

Six Weeks Stay

we stayed for six week at this very nice apartment for January/February 2025.The complex is a mixture of rentals and permanent residents and was well maintained and cleaned daily. The owner provides a weekly change of linen.In addition Teresa is easily contacted and provides answers to your questions promptly. NB the area is very hilly.

Long stay paradise court

Found the property without any problem And the description given online to be totally accurate.we were at the property for three weeks and had a totally relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would try and book this holiday when we return to Tenerife.I must single out the bar tender at the complex a chap called Amon couldn’t do enough to help you with local information and information on the complex keep up the good work

Nice break

The apartment is nicely situated away from the busy areas but still with some good local restaurants and bars. Lovely sun trap terrace with fantastic views over to Ls Gomera, Taxi from Metcadona the main supermarket only 3.50 euros so a good option if you don’t fancy driving. Probably cheaper to get taxi transfers than hiring a car.

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment with outstanding views.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for, the only drawback is the long uphill walk from the beach, but without it you would not get the stunning views. Unfortunately since we booked the holiday almost a year ago I have developed a problem with my foot which made it impossible to climb the hill so had to use taxis every day but a small price to pay for such a fantastic balcony with stunning sea views.

Sunny spacious apartment

The balcony at this apartment is huge and receives all day sun, so we spent a lot of our time sitting out there. It is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. But it is very hilly so would not recommend if you have mobility issues at all. This wouldn't be an issue if taxis were easy to get but we found this not always to be the case. Twice we gave up and walked after waiting for a taxi nearly an hour. Lovely holiday though and would return.

Fantastic Property

If you are in need of sunshine all day then this property is one of the best. Owner is easily accessible and will respond as soon as possible if there is any issue that need addressing. The only down side is that the property does not have air con but there is an additional movable stand alone fenn in the bedroom that can be moved around if need be. If it was not for this i would have rated the property with 5 stars. If ever i am to have another holiday in Tenerife, i would stay at the property again.

Sunshine break

We booked the apartment as a last minute break away. I cannot fault the whole place. Spotlessly clean, everything you would need in a self catering apartment, the balcony is huge and gets the sun all day and the pool area is small and quiet. Our host was amazing and very accommodating with our flight times. Answered all questions promptly and gave lots of other advice for us as we were arriving during the Easter holidays. It’s a bit of a walk uphill to the apartments which was fine for us. Taxis are readily available and around €5 per trip down to the centre. All in all we had a fabulous week away and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Spacious well equipped apartment with nice view.

The apartment was clean, well equipped & a good size for the two of us. There is a large sunny terrace looking over Adeje towards the sea. The waterfront of Adelje was about a 30 minute walk but there were a few bars & restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There are hills & lots of steps which would not be suitable for those of limited mobility. We hired a car & nearby parking was a bit challenging. Initially finding the apartment was a little difficult & it should be noted that the the turn off the TF1 is junction 75( not 29!). Overall, I would recommend a stay at this apartment.

Stayed in tenerife for my sons wedding

Stayed at paradise court for 12 days the apartment is in an ideal location and cental to everthing just a 15 to 20 min walk to la pinta beach the toby jug pub is about 5 mins walk we stopped here first for a pint are two and ideal for ordering a taxi to where you want to go around the island there is a pizza place next door and a steak house if you feel peckish just 10 mins walk down the road there are shops restaurants bars ect .the apartment it self was clean tidy and had everthing your needed for self catering with a large terrace which got the sun alday with a beautiful outlook over the sea its a steep climb up the hill with steps we are both in out fifties but it wasnt a problem the host was very informative and helpful from start to finish and we didn't have any problems at all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again Pete

Large sunny balcony

Good base to explore from . Pool heated bar friendly little shop for esentials and complex was clean tidy too. Apartment was clean beds linnen ect and changed on the saturday . Pleanty of pans cutlery glasses and egg cups !!! I do like egg cups . But are you going to stay inside with a huge balcony that gets early morning sun till it sets . No as we didnt . Table for 6 and easily enough room for 2 sunbeds easily . Plus sun shade 2 canopys that you wind out . Would we stay again its a big YES!!!!!!! I give it 4.5 stars out of 5 simply fantastic . Ps yes steps hills its Tenerife though everything attatched to big volcano . But the views are worth it .

Great location, excellent balcony for sun worshippers

Good communication ahead of our stay from Teresa with clear instructions on how to find and get into the property. Teresa kindly let us know that we could check in earlier on the day as it wasn’t a handover day. Property was very clean and everything in the apartment was as described. Great balcony which does get the sun all day with amazing sunset views. Property is in a great location and was quiet during our stay. Pool area easily accessible and there was never more than half a dozen people in the pool area at any one time. Couple of restaurants (Italian, Balkan and Steakhouse) within 5 minutes walk and the plethora of restaurants in Fanabe is only a short 5-10 min drive. My only two recommendations for improvement…… Cooling fans - the ones in the apartment seem to be inadequate and don’t really create much of a breeze. We got the tail end of a heatwave during our first few days and it was unbearably hot in the apartment through the night, even with the window open. Fridge - even on the max setting, the fridge didn’t really cool your drinks/food items down. We had to buy ice to put in drinks to get them cold, but we could only buy 1 pack of ice at a time due to the small freezer compartment. Overall, a great place to stay. I have given a 4 star rating because I think there is room for improvement with the fridge and fans.
