Refurbished to a high standard property with magnificent frontline sea views, located in an sought after location nearby to Sao Rafael and Arrifes beaches in a perfect tranquil setting within our beautiful coastline. South facing 1st floor apartment tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, quality linen and towels, air conditioning, comfortable living area with a large smart tv and unlimited internet. Shared pool and private parking. Condominium offers a small poolside bar/restaurant and a tennis court. Area also offers varies restaurants bars scattered locally within walking distance and a small supermarket.

Albufeira Marina is 15 mins walk away, where you can enjoy boat excursions, water sport, scuba diving and more. Restaurants, bars, bowling alley amongst other activities.

Marriott Group W Algarve Hotel is nearly Evaristo Beach where you can enjoy 5* restaurants bars and an exquisite Spa.

Old town fisherman’s beach is well known for its nightlife is 25 mins approx walk away or 10 mins drive.

Albufeira has entertainment/nightlife for all age groups we can advice you accordingly on your arrival.

This recently refurbished first floor apartment was excellent, very tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. The modern kitchen and bathroom were of a high standard with new appliances. The beds, chairs, couch, and balcony furniture were all very comfortable and a cut above the usual standard. An exceptionally nice apartment that we would happily return to. A car is a must for getting to shops etc. There is a guaranteed parking spot within a few metres of the apartment.

Ideal place near Albufeira

We loved the location, fairly quiet and a great view from the balcony. Bed very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Nice to be able to use the pool facility and the cafe/bar. Lovely coves near by.

Lovely relaxing time

My wife and I loved our stay there amidst the lovely trails and cliffs of Praia dos Arrifes. Close enough to Albufeira that we could walk into the Marina or Old town when we wanted, or a short ride for an evening dinner. Paula was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful apartment with sea view

We had a brilliant time at the apartment. The photos are accurate - a very modern refurbished place. Great location, beautiful sea views and a 15 min walk to a local beach. Easy to get around with Bolt/Uber. Paula was great at keeping in touch.

Cute place

The apartment is very cute and was perfect for our family of 3. My son enjoyed having upstairs room to himself. You definitely need a car to move around. The communication with host was excellent and super easy.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday stay in Albufeira. Paula was very helpful at check in with a few queries that we had. The apartment was in a great location, close to the Marina and beaches. It is in a quiet area and very peaceful. We enjoyed long walks in the surrounding area. Everything was as we expected in the apartment. It was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Vacation in Albufeira

We had a very nice time in Albufeira. It was during easter time und very calm and quiet. The location of the apartment is very nice see view, sun and sea. Good place for having some nice walks. The apartment is very clean an cosy and is enough for pairs and family. The contact with Paula was very nice and easy. Her response time was pretty quick too. Overall a great place to recharge and enjoy Portugal.

Wonderful accommodation in lovely area and superb host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is extremely clean and well equipped. There is a pool with restaurant on site and the beach is approx 10-15 minute walk. The Marina is close by (15-20 minute walk) and has a range of restaurants, a small football pitch and Arcade. You can also book trips from there. Taxis are cheap from property to Marina at 5 Euros. The host is very helpful and responsive to messages which we found reassuring. She even arranged our Airport transfer with Roger who we found to be extremely helpful also. We would highly recommend this property.

The View

We picked this condo because of the view and it didn’t disappoint. The location was fantastic, quiet but just a 20 minute walk to the marina with its variety of restaurants, bars and small grocery store. It is a pleasant 45 minute walk to old town Albuferia. The condo was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Thanks to Paula for answering all our questions and being there to welcome us when we arrived.

A beautiful place to stay

I meet the owner direct and she is a very nice lady indeed. The apartment is beautiful and in first class condition You could not fault it at all. Well worth the cost We stayed for 15 nights and I highly recommend this apartment. There is a swimming pool and cafe onsite and the food is very nice and good prices. Even though taxis are easy to get, I hired a small car. A fantastic apartment and location. We would definitely use this property again A truly fantastic holiday

Lovely apartment in quiet location

Newly refurbished apartment perfect for family with older children as the Twin beds are on a mezzanine level. Quite small but has everything you need and the view from the comfy balcony makes up for that. Gorgeous view to the sea, very peaceful residential area. Would be perfect if there was a nearby supermarket but you can't have everything. Friendly pool bar/cafe on site was good value. Lovely walk down to Arrifes bay, with a larger beach another 5 mins walk away. 10 mins taxi/uber to Old Town. All in all just what we wanted!

Good base and well-appointed property

Lovely clean, light and airy apartment with decent beds and a fully equipped kitchen where the coffee and tea making supplies were appreciated. Reasonable 0.5 mile walk to the nearest beach (Arrifes) which is beautiful but we preferred the Sao Rafael beach which was approximately a mile walk or very short drive away with good parking. The pool area and cafe bar were very nice and the food was good especially the Arroz de Tamboril. As a host Paula was quick to respond to any messages but we had no real reason to contact her after check in as everything was more than satisfactory. Highly recommend Restaurante Dom Dinis if you're looking for a higher standard of dining but would avoid A Sardinha as rather overpriced although admittedly this was due to the location.

Great stay in the apartment

Really well finished and equiped flat. Everything you needed was there down to coffee pods and washing powder. Excellent kitchen, plenty of fresh towels etc. Paula was an excellent host and was there on messenger straight away of you had any questions and she kindly arranged an airport transfer for my friend. There is no problem with parking as there is a place right outside the flat. Air con works well and is not noisy. The location was perfect for us 20 min walk to the marina but far enough away that its silent there at night. All in all a really nice holiday apartment.

Lovely apartment, but . . .

First off, this is a lovely apartment. And the view is epic. The apartment is spotlessly clean, has brand new appliances and most essentials for the kitchen. What would have made it better: 1. Detailed instructions for finding the rental. Even the local drivers didn't understand how to get there with the address given. We finally started giving the address of the restaurant out the back gate and down the street and meeting them there. 2. Directions for using appliances and the TV system. They were very different from what we were used to and made the first few days very challenging. Paula, the manager, was lovely to work with - I would just think providing basic information would result in a more satisfying experience.
