We had a amazing stay, the home was comfortable, and clean. I especially enjoy the property grounds, it was a beautiful place to have my morning coffee. My children enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Excellent property and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. It has a beautiful pool and relaxing patio that we enjoyed during the day. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property.

Beautiful place!

As my husband and I are horticulturists we especially appreciated the wonderful landscaping. Also being birders it was fun to just sit on the patio and see what showed up! The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful Tuscon experience!

Wonderful, quiet property near Oro Valley Aquatic Center

Lovely, exceptionally clean home that has everything you need for a wonderful stay and more. Owners were great to work with. We will be renting again in July when we are back in Tucson for another swim meet.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Lovely home with all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the birds and the sun set over the mountains. Close to a long paved bike trail, restaurants and shopping. Only 10 minutes to Catalina State Park.

Slice of Heaven in The Catalina Foothills

This was a great vacation for us celebrating our retirements; we stayed for a month and struggled to leave! Perfect location, beautiful home with wonderful views, privacy and landscaping. The backyard is gorgeous with incredible pool and new outside kitchen. Inside the home has great furnishings and anything you could need for cooking/entertaining. Owners friendly and helpful with activities/highlights of the area. Can’t give enough stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peaceful retreat. Great place to rest and refresh

Super clean, well equipped and stocked home with wonderful sunset views in a quiet private neighborhood. You will not be dissapointed with a soak in the pool, coffee at your choice of seating locations on the patio. Great place to watch the monsoons roll in or glisten in the amber light of the evening sunsets. Super close to the Oro Valley Aquatic Center for the swim families out there. I look forward to my next stay at Casa Mocha.

Great time in the HOT desert!

My husband and I were out to visit a friend living in the Tucson area. Casa Adobes offered us the perfect place to hang out and catch up. The pool was much appreciated and the kitchen had everything we needed for making dinners. But the best part was the landscaping and the wildlife (prairie dogs, road runners, quail, and paloma) Would stay here again!

Gem Show Stay At Casa Mocha

We stayed at Casa Mocha for much of the 2023 Tucson Gem Show. What a great house and grounds! Very private. We were joined by some family for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for everyone. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores not too far away. We would definitely return!

Casa Mocha was the perfect base for our family wedding weekend.

Our family of five, with three adult children, loved the house. Beautiful setting, great vistas for sunset gazing, exquisite landscaping, lots of spaces for seating inside and out. Our wedding was in Oro Valley, so the location was perfect, yet downtown was only a half hour away. The house feels like home, very nicely decorated and warm. A great choice!

Encore in Perfect Place

This is our second stay at Casas Adobes. That tells the whole story. Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood. Close to great hiking trails. Immaculately maintained. Kitchen with all the essentials. At least five outdoor seating areas. Excellent host.

UofA Graduation 2023 Weekend

Beautiful house and amazing location. Online pics do not do this place justice. We had a great long weekend celebrating our nieces UofA 2023 Graduation. The outdoor patio and barbeque were outstanding! The beds were great, and the house was beautifully decorated in a western style. Thank-you for sharing your home with us.

You will not regret staying here!

This is great property -- spacious, quiet, clean, very comfortable beds and a big kitchen with well stocked supplies! The location is great and has good access to grocery stores and some good restaurants. The landscaping is beautiful with lots of patio furniture and a beautiful pool area. Unfortunately we hit a cold spell during our stay and were not able to enjoy any of these outdoor features. The owner was great to work with. Tucson Oasis

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this Tucson oasis. Our son graduated from U of A and this home was perfect for our family. The outdoor living space is perfect for a BBQ and pool time. This is not a typical neighborhood in that your closest neighbor is well out of view affording your own desert oasis filled with wildlife, beautiful mountain views and amazing sunsets. The home is very clean and well stocked. I wish we would have found this home before our son’s Senior year. Would have loved to stay here for every visit to Tucson.

Back in Tucson

. The location was great,close to everything we needed. The house offered everything four over 70 adults could need; as stated TV was not great but hubby ordered an antenna and we were able to watch the girls NCAA final four. The “ steep” driveway offered a bit of a challenge to we walkers but asphalt trail a few blocks away was great. Overall a wonderful desert experience

Wonderful Christmas full of family meals, sunsets and hot tub time...

We loved our stay. We hosted our family in this wonderful family home. If you enjoy spectacular sunsets in the rocking chairs in the Sonoran Dessert this is the place. Amazing views, a great hot tub, and the spacious and well-appointed wrap-around porch was perfect for our in-door outdoor Christmas Dinner with our family. We only wished for a better TV and stronger WIFI. It was football season and we are a technology-using family so the weak WIFI was frustrating with no cable TV. We could not watch TV. But in the summer this would not be an issue. Otherwise, this home is stylish and perfect. Location, location, the location we loved! So much to do (trails) and places near to eat! (yum)

Casa Mocha Excells!

My wife and i just completed a weeks stay at Casa Mocha. from the start everything was great. The owner did a good job of communicating prior to arrival and she did an Excellent job of furnishing the property. There is nothing to want for. The sunrises are beautiful and the sunsets from the front porch in a rocker is a wonderful way to transition into evening. The location is very close to a combination bike, walk, run trail just off of la Canada. We jogged each day. We went to Sabino Canyon for a hike (only 20 minutes away). There are several nice places to eat within a 5minute drive. The new grill on the patio begged us to cook a great steak and enjoy some cabernet- so we did! Our only disappointment was knowing that the property is already rented for this same time next year. We understand why - it is just a superb place to stay. We will keep it on our watch list in hopes of returning. Thank you for everything Villette! The stay was Great. John and Lorraine

Comfortable Home with Wide Covered Porches and Great Sunsets (Weather Permitting)

We enjoyed the spacious porches on front, back and side with at least 7 district seating areas. Great view of sunset from front porch. Nice privacy on hill at end of cul-de-sac. You can hear a little road noise outside if the wind is not blowing. Inside had nice furnishings and ample amenities. Nice sized rooms. Clean and neat. All beds very comfortable. Large master suite with king bed and small en-suite bath with walk-in shower. Hall bath with tub/shower. Two twins convert to king with strap and matress spanner in one bedroom. Queen in third bedroom. Some drawers in twin bedroom dresser tough to open. Granite counters in kitchen. Gas stove works great. Fridge a little dated but keeps food cool and ice maker works. Microwave works well but a little noisy. Dishwasher works well. Toaster, toaster oven and Mr. Coffee coffee maker work well. Washer and dryer in outside building work well. Completely enclosed back yard with walls, fences, and locked gates. Adequate gas grill. Dining table for 6 outside. Dining table for 6+ inside. A few interesting books. Very good internet. Over the air TV has a number of channels but you need to fiddle with antenna. Netflix worked well. Nice pool but too cold to swim in February. Property named Casa Mocha with 4:00 in and noon out - ignore what you read online. Very nice owners who were happy to adjust heat. Would definitely rent again.

Great views. The outdoor areas were awesome. Spent a lot of time relaxing on the many outdoor sitting area after a day of hiking. Already booked for next year!

Beautiful oasis

We loved this house and property and would return on a future visit. The wide porches and pool were wonderful for escaping the summer heat. The views of the mountains were lovely and the birdwatching and nature around the property were just what we were looking for. The house was clean, comfortable, and cool. Communication with the host was easy. Would definitely recommend.
