Una villa privada con una licencia turística establecer dentro de su propio jardín orientado al sur en una zona tranquila de Binibeca. La villa ha sido reformada a principios de 2019. Tiene su propia piscina privada con terrazas y ducha exterior y una gran terraza con vistas al mar. Las tres habitaciones ofrecen un alojamiento confortable con capacidad para 5 personas. La playa de Binibeca es una oferta de playa de arena baño seguro familiar encantador para la familia. La ciudad capital de la isla, Mahón, está a sólo 20 minutos en coche fácil de distancia y los numerosos lugares de interés histórico y turístico de la isla son fácilmente accesibles desde Binibeca.

Delightful casita with great pool

Rented this property for a week and enjoyed the location, pool and everything about the rental experience. The owners were very helpful all along and the welcome pack was particularly appreciated. Highly recommended

Lovely little villa

The villa was very nice, as stated in the advert it is not huge . The pool was amazing as was the outside area. For me who likes to cook a lot on holiday the kitchen was a challenge but very useable with a gas job.

Thankyou for kind review. We do believe we pack a lot of features and facilities into our small villa and as a family home we try and improve them every year so your feedback is always appreciated. I am not sure that we can compete with the commercial size kitchens you are used to but I am glad that as a chef you were able to make good use of the separate kitchen and prepare some wonderful meals! We continue to benefit from so many of our guests making return visits, in some cases frequently and over many years and most importantly we continue to keep our costs affordable which continues to be a major factor for couple, families and friends all of whom we have welcomed this year. We hope to welcome you both back in the future.

Relaxing holiday

We loved this place, The pool is amazing, it’s a lovely homely villa with everything you would need, beds we’re comfortable.It’s only a 5 min walk to restaurants and shops , also the beach , Helen was a lovely lady and there when needed, The only thing I think you need to add is a working tv, nice sometimes late at night to watch a movie and dvd player was being replaced so we couldn’t watch those , amazing selection of books though.

Good location with Nice swimming pool

All is fine ! Location near to the sea and Binibeca, with very nice swimming pool ! Could be perfect with air conditionning in the second bedroom and the main room because existing one is not enough.

Thank you for your positive review and feedback and suggestions. We do have roof fans in all bedrooms in addition to the air conditioning in the main bedroom but we are always looking at improvements whilst keeping our prices affordable.

we had wonderful holidays in binibeca

the house is very close to the village. you can walk to the supermarket or to the beach. the best was the pool. our kids loved it. The communication with the landlord was very quick and uncomplicated. we hope to come back.

Lovely villa

Pictures really don’t do this villa justice. The villa itself is very comfortable and very well presented. The outdoor space is much bigger than the pictures suggest as is the pool. And who doesn’t like a roof terrace. All communication with Andrew and Sarah was very easy and they even managed to sort out an early check in and late checkout for us. Would highly recommend this villa.

We had a lovely weeks stay. The villa is very well equipped, much more than what i was expecting. The pool was great, the kids really enjoyed having their own pool. The villa is situated close to the sea and the beach is a short walk away. I didn't think we would be able to afford a villa so close to the sea with its own pool! Helen and Terry, the house keeper and pool maintenace man, were very helpful and communication with Andy and Chris was brilliant. Thank you!

Wonderful

We had such a great time. The location was perfect with a stunning sea to jump into only a block away. The villa itself was well stocked and very comfortable and the air conditioning and fan most welcome at night. The pool was spotless and we enjoyed the BBQs at night watching the beautiful sky. Binibeca Vell was very close with a supermarket that had everything we needed. The manager of the property was a delight and responded really quickly to any queries and the owners were equally easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We had a special and relaxing family holiday. Thank you very much.

Charming Villa sorry Outdated and tired property is more descriptive

On the plus side; location close to local restaurants and shops. Pool saw sun all day long and was very welcoming. This property may be acceptable as the owners second home but falls well short of the expectations of a holiday villa rental. Beds and mattresses were small hard and noisy, bed linen was sparse. One hand towel and small bath towel per person which were threadbare and well used. No pool towels provided which should have been noted under the description in the advert. Although fans were provided they were old, noisy and not able to maintain at least a somewhat comfortable temperature, especially during the hot summer months. Garden and Barbeque access hampered by overgrowth

Thank you for your review, we always welcome suggestions on improvements and are glad you appreciated having your own pool - it is a a real benefit of the property. In common with many areas of Southern Europe there have been record temperatures recently and we will be reviewing our fan provision in the light of this summer's weather. We also do provide additional linen for guests if requested. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion although we do have a very high number of repeat bookings from guests who have liked the homely nature of the villa at a reasonable price.

Maison des très bien située. Supermarché a 5' a pied ainsi que restaurants et le BB covktail qui ouvre a partir de 18h avec musiciens du coin ou DJ. a San Luis 10' en voiture vous avez boulangerie, primeur, boucher... donc emplacement ideal !

Super séjour à Minorque

Semaine idyllique en famille dans cette jolie villa à Binibeca. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée pour une famille, la piscine très appréciable bien sûr et le tout très bien situé à 50m de la mer et des commerces, dans un très joli coin de Minorque. Je recommande !

Incroyable séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ici. La maison et la piscine sont agréables, surtout pendant la journée et ses températures élevées. Binibeca est un très joli petit endroit et nous avons tous pu passer de très bons moments ici. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et nous espérons revenir un jour. Merci !

This is a beautiful villa and the pool is fantastic - the photos do not do it justice - the villa and pool are much bigger than they look in the photos. Great location with short walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely sea views from the roof terrace.

Super séjour proche de la mer

Situation parfaite aux portes du joli village de Binibequer Vell. La piscine est magnifique, en mosaïques, longue et profonde pour vraiment nager. La maison est charmante avec son toit terrasse d’où l’on voit la mer et le coucher de soleil. De là on rayonne facilement sur l’île et on est à 15 minutes de Maho. Mi septembre un peu hors saison c’était un havre de paix. Merci Andy pour votre accueil et gentillesse (late check out and check in)!

Pool and 1 min walk to snorkelling.

We absolutely would highly recommend this place to stay. It’s pool was Clean,Cool and well maintained and our young son spent his days soaking up the sun. The location is super close to a grocery store and many cafes and restaurants and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much from the Clarke’s.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, Der Vermieter ist sehr kommunikativ, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Objekt ist schön gelegen, ruhig und gemütlich. Es ist soweit alles da um sich zu entspannen und wohl zu fühlen. Von Binibequer kommt man schnell nach Mao. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder 👍

Excellent Location with very pretty surroundings

Very pretty , cosy property having everything you need for a relaxing stay ! Helen , property manager , is amazing and does all she can to help.Would definitely recommend for both couples and family alike.No car needed as all facilities are 2-3 minutes walk away.We will definitely book again ! We have owned the Casita for over 17 years and have enjoyed staying there both ourselves and with our family. The property is furnished as a family home and it is regularly updated. We have had guests coming back year after year because of its homely feel and affordable price (and its private pool!).

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose to have our “second home” in Binibeca because everything you could want is in walking distance. There are no clubs or discos or high-rise apartment blocks but there are welcoming local shops and cafes. We have never regretted our choice and have always wanted to share the property with our guests who can enjoy their holidays in this beautiful part of Menorca.
